移动互联网环境下农机企业危机沟通的思考*

从危机沟通的渠道、危机沟通的具体策略、危机沟通的后续行动三个方面,为中国农机企业的危机沟通提供可行建议。以形象修护理论为基础,结合移动互联网环境传播特点以及中国农业机械化发展的实际情况,分析新浪新闻手机客户端、今日头条手机客户端上的两条农机质量纠纷视频。推荐农机企业使用的8条具体策略包括:否认事件不实部分;表明事件的意外属性;阐明自身出发点;阐明自己的贡献及所做出的努力;提出物质补偿;提出改进措施;承担有错部分;主动向用户征询意见。提出危机沟通应在线上、线下两种渠道进行,危机沟通应与具体行动相结合。     

视觉传达设计中的人性化设计及其在家具设计中的应用

当年轻族群成为终端消费市场上的主流之后,为有效满足这些年轻人个性化的需求,在家具生产与设计的过程中,越来越多的人性化、个性化设计方案被投入实际应用中,这不仅有效增强了这些家具的实用性,同时也扩充了其适用性。概述了视觉传达设计中的人性化设计,阐释了家具人性化设计具体内涵,详细分析了家具人性化设计基本特征,进而对家具人性化设计发展趋势进行研判,以期为人性化设计理念在家具设计中广泛应用提供参考。     

Factors determining the adoption of laser land leveling in the irrigated rice–wheat system in Haryana,India

Laser land leveling has been increasingly adopted in the irrigated rice (Oryza sativa L.)–wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cropping system in the state of Haryana (India), located in the north-western Indo-Gangetic Plains. Still, many farmers have applied it to only a fraction of their land. In this study, we used data collected from 621 farm households in Haryana and applied a double-hurdle model for assessing the factors that determine the adoption and intensity of laser-leveling technology. The results show that large land holders are more likely to laser level their farm land; however, we found a negative association between land holdings and the proportion of laser-leveled land. Information about technology through farmer-to-farmer communication and through private traders, participation in agricultural training and membership in local agricultural institutions increased both the likelihood and the intensity of adoption. Our findings call for a closer collaboration among the various stakeholders, specifically to promote farmer-to-farmer communication through increased participation in local institutions and increase the rate of adoption of laser leveling technology.     

浅析与烟农沟通的技巧

本文分析了烟叶工作者在日常工作中与烟农沟通存在的一系列问题,如缺乏相互了解、地方语言差异、烟叶技术员性格及烟农老旧思想问题,对以上障碍提出了以下对策：一、加强培训,注重德育; 二、尊重风俗,巧借桥梁；三、主动沟通,换位思考；四、心平气和,机智应对；五、循序渐进地推广新技术,期望不断增进烟叶工作人员与烟农之间的交流,增强农商互信,积极引导烟农利用现代生产技术将烟种好,适应卷烟品牌发展要求,满足高端卷烟的原料需要。     

新媒体环境下农业科技知识传播实证研究——以“农科专家在线”为例

[目的]论文旨在研究新媒体传播特征，积极探索新媒体环境下做好农业科普工作的途径。[方法]基于中国农业科学院的首个官方科普微信公众平台“农科专家在线”的工作实践，通过对后台数据的统计，分析农业科技知识传播特征、总结传播经验。[结果]“农科专家在线”累计净关注人数线性增加，北京市的用户占比数最高20.2%。“农科专家在线”72期的平均图文转化率是64.5%。从文章类别角度看重大热点事件（126.5%）、食品营养类（93.7%）和作物科学类（71.7%）的图文转化率较高。[结论]实践证明选题的新颖性、亲近性、借势性，表达方式科学性、可读性，以及文章标题的趣味性对农业科普知识传播有积极的推动作用。     

Using webinars to extend the reach of soil learning in New South Wales: A first look

Increasingly knowledge is shared using new web‐based channels. The use of these channels is relatively new in the realm of soil science. However, they may prove to be very useful for connecting time‐poor, geographically dispersed audiences in an efficient and cost‐effective way. There has been limited study of this form of knowledge sharing for natural science (let alone soil science). In New South Wales (NSW), Australia, the NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) has coordinated the Soil Network of Knowledge (SNoK) monthly webinar over 3 years, with over 40 webinars targeting an audience of next users of soil information. Aggregated data collected from these webinars indicated that the majority of information is used for professional development by participants. Whether this will eventually lead to on‐ground practice change because of the improved professional and technical knowledge of participants is still a moot point and will require further investigation over time. The information collected on attendance and participation showed that webinars are a good way to connect with some target audiences such as other government bodies that have a historical relationship with NSW DPI. However, other target audiences that NSW DPI has always found difficulty in engaging, such as private advisers, require more active overtures to drive participation. The growing subscriber base is encouraging.     

从形象传播到可沟通城市——基于CiteSpace的中国城市传播研究知识图谱分析

城市传播作为城市学和传播学的交叉领域，其自身的历史进路是一个值得探究的问题。基于2001—2018年我国城市传播的研究成果，运用CiteSpace这一可视化工具，可直观量化地观察并提炼出该领域从起步到探索、丰富、发展、拓展和深化的多个阶段。经过近18年的研究积累和学术共同体的推进，城市传播愈发成为我国传播学界的热点，研究视野从形象传播逐渐发展为可沟通城市等更深广的议题。随着各类城市进入新一轮发展期，城市传播要积极拓展更多的研究领域，尤其是要注重立足于城市文化发展的实证研究，并以此引领城市传播理论的全面升华。     

移动通信基站在森林防火工作中的应用

移动通信基站基于卫星系统和通信系统的相关技术已相对成熟,在森林防火工作中已逐渐推广应用。本文根据工程实例,简要阐述了移动通信基站在森林防火工程项目中的应用。
