马齿形玉米种子尖端激光定向与胚面识别装置研制   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了实现玉米种子的尖端定向与胚面识别,该文以现有尖端定向装置输出的马齿型玉米种子为对象,基于激光开关和测距原理,提出了一种尖端定向与胚面识别方法:依据马齿形玉米种子尖端窄大头宽的轮廓特征,利用激光开关传感器等部件对玉米种子的尖端朝向进行识别,并将大头朝前的玉米种子进行剔除;依据马齿形玉米种子胚面上有胚沟而反面较为平整的表面特征,利用激光测距传感器等部件对尖端朝前的玉米种子进行胚面识别。设计并搭建了玉米种子尖端定向与胚面识别装置,配合现有的尖端定向装置进行试验,结果表明:尖端定向与胚面识别装置的尖端定向成功率达到99.1%,相比现有的尖端定向装置提升了9.5个百分点,胚面识别准确率为96.4%。该方法基本可以实现玉米种子的尖端定向,同时保证胚面识别准确率达到较高水准。该文提出的玉米种子尖端定向与胚面识别方法可为后续玉米种子的自动化定向包装提供参考。  相似文献

【Objective】Mechanized transplanting of rice with synchronous side deep application of fertilizer is a new and advanced technology that is still developing rapidly. In-depth studies on the effects of mechanized side deep placement of different types of nitrogen (N) fertilizer on the grain yield and N utilization efficiency of mechanized transplanted rice will be helpful for devising strategies to improve the mechanization of planting and fertilization, and to provide a theoretical basis for reducing costs and increasing fertilization efficiency in rice production. 【Method】Field experiments were conducted in 2017 and 2018 with a randomized complete block design, with five N fertilizer application treatments: N0-plots without N fertilizer; CUB-manual surface broadcast of urea (CU); CUM-mechanized side deep placement of CU; CRUB-manual surface broadcast of controlled release urea (CRU); and CRUM-mechanized side deep placement of CRU. The characteristics of matter production, as well as N uptake and distribution, N use efficiency, yield, and yield components of rice were determined. 【Result】Each N fertilizer application treatment had similar effects on yield formation and N use efficiency in the two years. Compared with the CU treatment, the CRU treatment significantly improved dry matter accumulation, N uptake, N utilization efficiency, and grain yield. The dry matter accumulation and N uptake at maturity, N recovery efficiency (NRE), N agronomy efficiency (NAE), and grain yield were higher in the CRU treatment than in the CU treatment by 3.22%, 17.50%, 46.00%, 17.79%, and 3.72%, respectively, in 2017; and by 8.77%, 13.27%, 32.07%, 12.74%, and 3.32%, respectively, in 2018. Compared with surface broadcasting, mechanized deep placement of N fertilizer, regardless of the type of N fertilizer, significantly enhanced N use efficiency, and increased NRE and NAE by 17.91%-43.14% and 19.61%-37.39% respectively, in 2017; and by 53.80%-54.10% and 21.11%-35.11%, respectively, in 2018. Compared with surface broadcasting, mechanized deep placement of N fertilizer (CU or CRU) increased the grain yields in 2017 and 2018 by 4.46%-6.95% and 5.55%-8.11%, respectively, because of increased numbers of effective panicles and spikelets. The N uptake in stems-sheaths and leaves and the apparent amount of N translocated in stems-sheaths and leaves (TNT) were significantly higher in the CRUM treatment than in any other N application treatments from the heading stage to the maturity stage. Compared with the other N fertilizer treatments, the CRUM treatment also increased N uptake, SPAD values, and total aboveground biomass at the panicle initiation stage and full heading stage. 【Conclusion】Mechanized side deep placement of controlled release urea is an efficient fertilization method to increase the grain yield and N use efficiency of mechanized transplanted rice.  相似文献

在农业供给侧结构性改革的时代背景下,通过对上海本地品牌鲜食玉米的购买意愿及其影响因素的实证分析,为更好地推进上海鲜食玉米的品牌建设及为引导本地品牌鲜食玉米的消费提供相应的建议。通过建立多元有序Logit模型定量分析不同消费群体的个体特征、家庭特征、消费群体对鲜食玉米的认知特征及消费者的饮食偏好对上海品牌鲜食玉米产品购买意愿的影响程度和作用方向。结果表明,消费者的性别、年龄、出生地、学历、是否愿意把鲜食玉米当作零食、是否知道上海种植鲜食玉米、对鲜食玉米产品质量安全的信任度及是否在意鲜食玉米的产地,是消费者对本地品牌鲜食玉米购买意愿的显著影响因素。综合来看,当前市场与消费者之间的信息不对称,仍是制约本地品牌发展和高质量农产品消费的重要因素。据此,从消费群体的精准定位、降低市场与消费者间的信息不对称、增加鲜食玉米产品的多样性这几个方面提出针对性的建议。  相似文献

为解决北方寒地传统搅浆平地耕作模式造成稻田泡田灌溉水量大和肥料利用效率低等问题,于2018—2019年以稻田水整地环节振捣提浆机与侧深施肥机为材料,采用2种耕整地模式和2种施肥模式的正交试验设计:搅浆平地耕整地模式(WPF)、振捣提浆耕整地模式(VEP)、基肥撒施模式(CFA)和侧深施肥模式(SDF),分析振捣提浆+侧深施肥技术模式对泡田期灌水量、干物质积累量、产量指标、肥料利用率及经济效益的影响。结果表明:与常规搅浆平地耕整地+基肥撒施(WPF+CFA)相比,搅浆平地耕整地+侧深施肥(WPF+SDF)、振捣提浆耕整地+基肥撒施(VEP+CFA)和振捣提浆耕整地+侧深施肥(VEP+SDF)3种技术模式对水稻泡田灌溉量、产量性状、肥料利用效率和经济效益均产生显著的影响,以VEP+SDF增幅最大,WPF+SDF次之,VEP+CFA最小。与WPF+CFA相比,VEP+SDF模式能显著提高肥水效率,节约泡田灌溉水11.4%,减少肥料施用量10%,产量和经济效益分别提高7.3%和1628.7元/hm2。本研究表明,VEP+SDF模式显著改善肥水利用效率,提高植株产量和经济效益,是北方寒地水稻较为理想的机械化整地施肥技术模式。  相似文献

Background

Although the pupal parasitoid Trichopria drosophilae is used in conservative and augmentative biocontrol of Drosophila suzukii infestations, current pest management strategies mostly rely on multiple insecticide applications. In this context, the aim of the study was to investigate the baseline toxicity of nine insecticides on D. suzukii larvae and their multiple sublethal effects (LC10) on immature stages of the pest feeding on contaminated diet and T. drosophilae developing within the intoxicated host.

Results

Chlorpyriphos and azadirachtin showed the lowest and the highest LC10, the values of which were 9.78 × 1013 and 1.46 × 103 times lower than their recommended label field rate, respectively. Among tested insecticides, imidacloprid, malathion and dimethoate were the only treatments that did not affect the juvenile development time of D. suzukii, while spinosad and the organophosphates chlorpyriphos and dimethoate did not influence fly pupal size. No sublethal effects were recorded on T. drosophilae degree of infestation (DI) and juvenile development time. On the contrary, cyazypyr and dimethoate negatively affected the success of parasitism (SP) and the number of progeny of the pupal parasitoid, in association with malathion for the first parameter and spinosad for the fertility. Compared to the untreated control, more female progeny emerged following azadirachtin exposure, while dimethoate caused the opposite effect. Imidacloprid, lambda-cyhalothrin and spinetoram decreased hind tibia length of emerged parasitoids.

Conclusion

This study provides new insights on the (eco)toxicological profile of nine insecticides and new information needed to support the deployment of T. drosophilae in the field within the sustainable management techniques against D. suzukii. © 2023 The Authors. Aphidoletes aphidimyza is one of the most important predators used in the augmentative biological control of aphids, key pests of many crops worldwide. Adult females are very efficient in locating aphid infestations over a relatively long range, up to 45 m, and deposit eggs near or within aphid colonies. The predatory larvae are aphid generalists preying on several agriculturally important aphid species. The successful use of this biocontrol agent in agricultural systems depends on several biotic and abiotic factors. Among biotic factors, aphid species, plant structure, interspecific competition and intraguild predation may significantly impact the predator´s population dynamics. Key abiotic conditions include day lengths (above a critical threshold to prevent diapause), availability of mating sites in the crop, temperature (above 15 °C to enable egg laying), air relative humidity (above 70%) and availability of pupation sites. Although several successes have been reported in open field crops with naturally occurring or released populations, commercial releases are primarily used in protected crops. Optimized emergence boxes combining provisioning of food sources for the adults, integration with the technological advances that occurred in the greenhouse environment lately, insights into the nutritional ecology in open field crops and exploration of the genetic variability are proposed as future directions to improve adoption and efficacy of A. aphidimyza in crop protection. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
