This study compares the factors associated with variable interval to oestrus and ovulation between early versus late ovulating goats following PGF administration. The time of ovulation in Beetal goats (n = 38) was monitored through transrectal ultrasound at every 6 hr following a single dose of PGF (experiment 1). Variations in oestrus and ovulation times were further explored through the changes in follicular dynamics, endocrine profiles and behaviour in another set of goats (n = 13) following single PGF given randomly during the luteal phase (experiment 2). The ovulation time varied between 60 and 96 hr, and 57% of ovulations occurred by 72 hr following PGF (experiment 1). Accordingly, the goats (n = 13) in the second experiment were retrospectively divided either into early and/or late ovulating, that is, ≤72 and/or ≥84 hr following PGF. The onset of oestrus, peak estradiol‐17β concentration and LH surge after PGFwas first observed in early than late ovulating goats (p < 0.05). The goats ovulating early had larger follicle and smaller CL in diameter at the time of PGF administration than those ovulating late (5.4 ± 0.2 vs. 4.3 ± 0.2 mm and 10 ± 0.6 vs. 11.8 ± 0.3 mm, respectively; p < 0.05). Likewise, plasma progesterone concentration tended to be lower (p = 0.087) in early than late ovulating goats. In conclusion, the size of dominant follicle and CL at the time of PGF2a determines the interval to ovulation following a single dose of PGF2a during the luteal phase.  相似文献

为探究同期排卵处理母牛体温和活动量变化规律及不同同期排卵技术处理效果,指导同期排卵技术优化。本研究自动监测了18头20月龄左右同期排卵(GnRH-PG-GnRH)处理荷斯坦母牛和17头产后40~60 d预同期排卵(PG-PG-GnRH-PG-GnRH)处理荷斯坦母牛的体温和活动量,应用自动检测系统进行母牛发情监测。结果发现,同期排卵处理母牛发情时阴道温度平均升高(0.43±0.20)℃,持续(12.37±2.73)h;活动量平均升高(18.28±18.61)倍,持续(11.00±1.68)h;排卵时阴道温度平均下降(0.20±0.10)℃,持续(11.00±1.68)h。自动化发情监测显示,同期排卵处理母牛7头发情并排卵;预同期排卵母牛GnRH处理前全部发情排卵。两种同期排卵处理,虽可改变母牛性周期进程,促进母牛性周期同步化,但均难以使母牛性周期完全同步。因此,将同期排卵-定时输精和发情鉴定技术科学结合才能取得更好的繁殖效果。  相似文献

通过使用羊排卵测定仪准确掌握不同繁殖期小尾寒羊的排卵期,旨在有效提高母羊的受孕率。选择1.5~3.5周岁和4~6周岁小尾寒羊空怀期繁殖母羊各30只,利用羊排卵测定仪测定发情期内母羊生殖道黏液电阻值,研究其变化规律,发现1.5~3.5周岁母羊组发情持续时间较短,电阻值下降和上升均较快;而4~6周岁母羊组发情持续时间较长,电阻值下降较快但其上升曲线较为曲折。比较处于不同阴道黏液电阻值范围的母羊人工授精后的受孕率发现,4~6周岁的羊群组比1.5~3.5周岁的羊群组可受孕范围宽,但1.5~3.5周岁的羊群组在可受孕电阻值范围内受孕率明显高于4~6周岁的羊群组。该研究结果提示,不同年龄小尾寒羊母羊阴道黏液电阻值变化幅度不同,发情周期内电阻值下降到最低点后再上升时期为小尾寒羊的排卵期,适宜配种,该时期为母羊配种受孕率高。  相似文献

The acceleration of final oocyte maturation and ovulation is recognized as a principal process in Caspian kutum Rutilus frisii kutum, a commercial and valuable species in Caspian Sea. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of catecholaminergic pharmaceutics which include Salbutamol (β2‐adrenergic receptor agonist), Metoprolol (β1‐adrenergic receptor antagonist), Clozapine and Olanzapine (the third generation of D4 and D2 dopamine receptor antagonists) which can be more efficient than the first and second generations, in combination with Buserelin ([D‐Ser(tBu)6,Pro9‐NEt]‐GnRHa) and Ovaprim (D‐Ala6,Pro9‐Net)‐sGnRH+Domperidone on ovulation and spawning induction in Caspian kutum. One hundred eight adult females were injected once with Buserelin Acetate (BUS) 5 μg kg?1 BW, Ovaprim 0.5 mL kg?1 BW, Salbutamol Sulphate (SLB) 4 mg kg?1 BW, Olanzapine (OLZ) 5 mg kg?1 BW, Clozapine (CZ) 12 mg kg?1 BW and Metoprolol Tartrate (MTP) 5 mg kg?1 BW, being divided into 12 groups: group 1, intact (negative control); group 2, Ovaprim (positive control); group 3, OLZ+SLB; group 4, OLZ+MTP; group 5, OLZ+BUS; group 6, CZ+SLB; group 7, CZ+MTP; group 8, CZ+BUS; group 9, OLZ+BUS+SLB; group 10, OLZ+BUS+MTP; group 11, CZ+BUS+SLB and group 12, CZ+BUS+MTP (N = 9). The results showed that the highest mean value in ovulation success, ovulation index, fertilization success, relative fecundity and the number of eggs belonged to Ovaprim treatment. On the other hand, spawning was successful in OLZ+BUS+SLB and CZ+BUS treatments (P < 0.05), whereas it was lower in CZ+MTP, CZ+BUS+MTP and OLZ+BUS than the other treatments. Therefore, it could be concluded that Clozapine and Olanzapine potentiated the effect of Buserelin treatment in ovulation and spawning induction, while Metoprolol blocked the stimulatory effects of GnRHa, Clozapine and Olanzapine. Salbutamol also can amplify stimulatory effect of all mentioned pharmaceutics.  相似文献

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) is the main category of pattern recognition receptors.It is not only expressed in classical immune cells,but also expressed in the ovary and the genital tract of a variety of mammals.It plays an important role in ovarian activities.Biological functions of TLRs in the ovulation processes is the main research content in the field of reproductive immunology because that ovulation is a core event in ovarian activities and the key to determine the success or failure of reproductive.This review will concentrate on expression and distribution of TLRs in mammalian ovary,regulation mechanisms of TLRs expression and function,and the functions and significance of the ovulation process.Then we analyze briefly its possible functions in ovulation-related diseases.We want to provide a reference in research areas of reproductive immunology.  相似文献

[目的]研究人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)对母驴卵泡发育、排卵率、受胎率以及血清生殖激素水平的影响。[方法]选择优势卵泡直径在30~35 mm以及大于35 mm的母驴各30头,不同优势卵泡直径的母驴群体分别设置1个500 IU/头hCG处理组(n=10)、1个1 000 IU/头hCG处理组(n=10)、1个不接受hCG处理的对照组(n=10)。采用肌肉注射方法对各组母驴进行hCG处理。每隔24 h进行1次B超检查,观察各组母驴卵泡发育情况,测量卵泡直径;记录各组发生排卵的母驴数量,计算排卵率。对各组母驴进行人工输精,输精后第18天进行孕检,记录各组受胎母驴头数,计算各组受胎率。于hCG处理后0、24、48、72 h分别测定各组母驴血清中雌二醇(estradiol,E2)和孕酮(progesterone,PROG)水平。[结果]2个群体母驴的卵泡直径随hCG注射剂量的增加而增大;优势卵泡直径大于35 mm的母驴群体中,肌肉注射hCG的2个组在处理后24 h内均出现排卵,而对照组母驴没有排卵;优势卵泡直径不同的2个母驴群体,在hCG处理48 h后排卵母驴数和排卵率与对照组相比均有所提高,其中,hCG处理后72 h,优势卵泡直径大于35 mm的母驴群体中,1 000 IU/头 hCG处理组的排卵率达到100%。2个母驴群体中,接受hCG处理的母驴,受胎率均高于对照,并且随hCG剂量的增加,受胎率有所提高;优势卵泡直径大于35 mm的母驴群体中,1 000 IU/头 hCG处理组的受胎率达到50%。2个母驴群体中,1 000 IU/头处理组在hCG处理后24 h的血清E2浓度均较0 h时有较大幅度的提升,在0~72 h内血清PROG浓度的总体提升幅度较大。[结论]hCG处理可提高母驴的排卵率、受胎率以及血清中E2和PROG水平,1 000 IU/头剂量的效果更好。  相似文献

为了提高家兔繁殖力,使用不同剂量的FSH对家兔进行了超数排卵研究,结果表明:采用高剂量FSH处理母兔的平均排卵点数与平均卵泡发育数显著(P〈0.05)高于低剂量FSH组,两种处理方法的平均卵泡囊肿数与平均卵泡数则差异不显著(P〉0.05)。家兔早期胚胎发育观察结果表明:母兔交配后24h采胚所获取的胚胎大多处于1细胞期,交配后30h胚胎多处于2细胞期,交配后35h胚胎多处于4细胞期。采用52IU FSH进行超数排卵处理,对家兔的胚胎发育无影响。  相似文献

Jundiá (Rhamdia quelen) is an important species for aquaculture in temperate and subtropical climates. In the present study, the results of different forms of GnRH analogue treatments on ovulation in jundiá have been compared with those from treatment with carp pituitary. Seven out of eight females ovulated in groups treated with carp pituitary (4.0 mg kg?1 BW) and Ovaprim (0.5 mL kg?1 BW). Injection with sGnRHa (10 μg kg?1 BW) combined with metoclopramide (20 mg kg?1 BW) caused a significantly lower rate of ovulation with three out of eight females responding. None of the fish injected with sGnRHa (10 μg kg?1 BW) alone ovulated. Mean PGSI [(weight of stripped egg mass/BW of the female before stripping) × 100] and mean fertilization rate values were high and similar between treatment groups. The obtained results indicate that in jundiá, there is a strong dopamine inhibitory tone on gonadotropin secretion. The gonadotropin releasing activity of sGnRHa can be potentiated by dopamine receptor antagonists and the combined treatment is effective in inducing ovulation. In this regard, domperidone proved to be more potent than metoclopramide.  相似文献

Seventy crossbred ewe lambs, born from Pelibuey (PB) dams mated with five sire breeds: White Dorper × PB (WD × PB), Black Head Dorper × PB (BHD × PB), Ile de France × PB (Ile × PB) Katahdin × PB (KT × PB) and Pelibuey (PB × PB), were used to determine age and weight to puberty, follicular populations during prepubertal development, ovulation rate at first ovulation and function of the first corpus luteum (FCL). Ewe lambs were maintained under grazing conditions and were supplemented with 300 g head− 1 day− 1 of a concentrate with 14% CP and 3.0 Mcal ME kg− 1 of DM. From 145 days of age, monthly observations were performed by endoscopy to monitor follicular populations and luteal structures. Ovarian follicles were classified according to size into small (≥ 1 and < 3 mm), medium (≥ 3 and ≤ 4 mm) and large (> 4 mm). Additionally, weekly observations by ultrasonography were performed in four ewes per genotype to assess follicular populations. Luteal function from first ovulation was determined by circulating concentrations of progesterone. Ovulation rate was not affected by genotype (P > 0.05). All breed groups had the same pattern of follicular populations, where most of follicles were small, followed by medium and a small proportion of large follicles. Maximum diameter of follicles was similar for all genotypes during prepubertal development (P > 0.05), with an average range of 3.9 ± 0.20 to 4.4 ± 0.20 mm. The BHD × PB reached puberty at the youngest age of 240.9 ± 13.0 days, compared to all other genotypes (P < 0.05), 259.1 ± 11.7 for WD × PB, 279.3 ± 9.6 for KT × PB and 289.0 ± 15.3 days for PB × PB and 308.6 ± 11.9 days for Ile × PB ewe lambs. Ile × PB had greater weight to first ovulation (31.5 ± 1.19 kg) as compared to other breed groups (P < 0.01). The largest percentage of FCL was for KT × PB ewes (100%) (P < 0.05), followed by BHD × PB (88.9%), PB × PB (83.3), WD × PB (78.6%) and Ile × PB (77.8%). There were no differences in ovulation rate attributable to type of lambing from which ewe lambs came from (P > 0.05). BHD × PB ewe lambs reached puberty at an earlier age than other in this study. KT × PB ewe lambs had the highest percentage of FCL in their first ovulation. Breed of sire Ile de France increased weight to puberty and decreased FCL at first ovulation. In conclusion, the BHD × PB ewe showed puberty at an earlier age than other genotypes, while the KT × PB had the highest percentage of functional corpus luteum in their first ovulation. Ewe lambs coming from single lambings reach puberty at a heavier weight than those coming from multiple lambings. The ovulation rate in the first ovulation of ewe lambs is not affected by genotype and type of lambing.  相似文献

[目的]探讨理囊散治疗排卵延迟不孕奶牛血液生殖激素和微量元素含量关系,分析其相关性与回归方程.[方法]采用ELISA法测定理囊散治疗排卵延迟不孕奶牛前后血清中促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、孕激素(P)和雌二醇(E2)的浓度,采用原子吸收光谱法测定血清Cu、Fe、Mn和Zn含量,分析4种激素和4种微量元素间的相关关系与回归方程.[结果]P浓度与Cu、Mn、Zn含量呈正相关,而与Fe含量呈负相关.E2浓度与Cu、Fe、Zn含量呈正相关,而与Mn含量呈负相关.FSH浓度与Fe含量呈正相关,而与Cu、Mn、Zn含量呈负相关.LH浓度与Cu、Fe含量呈正相关,而与Mn、Zn含量呈负相关.[结论]排卵延迟不孕奶牛血清中微量元素含量对激素的分泌有影响.  相似文献
