In ovo injection (IOI) of Naringin (N), flavanone was examined on post‐hatch blood biochemical parameters, antioxidant status and bone characteristics. Fertile eggs (n = 700) were distributed in seven groups with 100 eggs. On 14th and 17.5th days of incubation, four groups were injected using 15 or 30 mg active ingredient levels of naringin/0.5 ml saline/egg, low and high level, into amnion sac. Controls include sham (injected normal saline, 0.5 ml/egg on day 14 and 17.5th) and un‐injected group. IOI of high naringin and saline on 14th day of incubation resulted in lower hatchability and then higher mortality in last week of embryonic life. On day hatch, high levels of injected groups more body weight compared to the control. Chick length was increased at high levels of naringin on day 17.5th compared to control and saline injected. Quality traits of bones were improved in naringin‐injected groups compared to control. IOI of naringin influenced thyroid hormones on 14th day of incubation. Naringin groups influenced the Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Calcium (Ca), superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood biochemical and lipids. Totally, amniotic IOI of naringin in last days of developing embryo may be useful for hatched chick, development of leg long bone or effect on biochemical metabolites by levels of flavanone that it needs more research.  相似文献

对前期分离获得的柚苷酶产生真菌进行复筛,从29株脱苦酶产生真菌中复筛出了5株脱苦能力较强的真菌,其中实验室编号为3-3-21的菌株对柚皮苷的分解率为70%,对柠碱和诺米林的分解率分别为27%和14%,表明其具有较强的脱除蜜柚果汁苦味的能力。该株菌初步鉴定为常现青霉组(P.frequentans)。  相似文献

1. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with natural flavonoids (naringin and hesperidin) on laying hens’ performance, cellular immunity and egg quality parameters.

2. A total of 72 individually caged laying hens were allocated into 1 of 6 treatment groups: a control (C) group that was fed with a basal diet and groups that were offered the same diet further supplemented with hesperidin at 0.75 g/kg (E1), or 1.5 g/kg (E2), or naringin at 0.75 g/kg (N1), or 1.5 g/kg (N2) or α-tocopheryl acetate at 0.2 mg/kg (VE) for 67 d.

3. Supplementation with naringin or hesperidin did not affect the performance and egg quality (P > 0.05) apart from an improvement in the yolk colour that was more orange in naringin and hesperidin groups in comparison to the controls (P-linear < 0.05). Egg yolk and plasma cholesterol levels were not affected by citrus flavonoids (P-linear > 0.05).

4. Inflammatory immune response, measured by phytohaemagglutinin skin test (PHA), was suppressed in laying hens that were fed with either naringin (P-linear < 0.05) or hesperidin (P < 0.05). Egg yolk oxidative stability was improved from the 4th d after naringin or hesperidin supplementation. This beneficial effect was comparable to that of α-tocopheryl acetate and was observed in eggs that were stored for up to 120 d.

5. In conclusion, naringin and hesperidin may favourably prolong the shelf life of eggs, appear to possess anti-inflammatory properties and could improve the yolk colour without any side effects on the performance or egg quality traits.  相似文献

1. The aim of this experiment was to compare the effects of dietary supplementation of hesperidin, naringin and quercetin on laying hen performance, egg quality and egg yolk lipid and protein profiles.

2. A total of 96 Lohmann White laying hens weighing an average of 1500 g at 28 weeks of age were randomly assigned to a basal diet and the basal diet supplemented (0.5 g/kg) with either hesperidin, naringin or quercetin. Each treatment was replicated in 6 cages in an 8-week experimental period. Data were analysed using one-way analysis of variance.

3. None of the dietary flavonoids affected laying performance and eggshell quality. Hesperidin and quercetin supplementations decreased albumen and yolk indexes.

4. As compared to the control group, egg yolk cholesterol content decreased and egg yolk protein content increased in response to dietary hesperidin and quercetin supplementation. The mean egg yolk cholesterol (mg/g) and protein (g/100 g) contents were 10.08/14.28, 16.12/14.08, 14.75/15.04 and 15.15/14.85 for the control group and groups supplemented with naringin, hesperidin and quercetin, respectively.

5. Egg yolk lipid and protein profiles were variable.

6. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of hesperidin or quercetin could be used in the diets during the early laying period to reduce egg yolk cholesterol and increase egg yolk protein, which may be attractive to consumers.  相似文献

考察影响柚皮苷脂质体缓释凝胶制备工艺的各因素,以包封率为指标,确定柚皮苷脂质体缓释凝胶最佳制备工艺条件。以成型性、涂展性、稳定性的综合作用为指标,采用正交试验设计对影响凝胶剂质量的卡波姆940用量、载药量、5%羟苯乙酯乙醇溶液和三乙醇胺用量进行考察,并用高效液相色谱法测定所制凝胶中柚皮苷的含量。确定柚皮苷脂质体缓释凝胶最佳制备方法为以乳化-低温固化法制备柚皮苷脂质体;柚皮苷脂质体缓释凝胶处方为0.3 g卡波姆940为凝胶基质、2 g 10%月桂氮卓酮无水乙醇溶液为促渗剂、1.0 g三乙醇胺为p H调整剂、0.4 g甘油为保湿剂、0.4 g 5%羟苯乙酯乙醇溶液为防腐剂、载药量为2.08%。柚皮苷脂质体缓释凝胶剂制备工艺简单,所制凝胶质地均匀细腻,稳定性良好。  相似文献

The effect of UV irradiation on the levels of the flavanone, naringin, and the polymethoxyflavone, tangeretin, in the peel of Citrus aurantium fruits is described, as changes in the synthesis and/or accumulation of these compounds after infection with Penicillium digitatum. The growth of P. digitatum on previously irradiated fruit was reduced by up to 45%. Changes in flavonoid levels were detected, associated with inhibition of fungus growth, the naringin content falling by 69% and tangeretin levels increasing by 70%. The possible participation of naringin and tangeretin in the defence mechanism of this Citrus species is discussed.  相似文献

针对目前尚无柑橘属果实中黄酮类化合物标准化测定方法,建立了高效液相色谱同时测定柑橘属果实中类黄酮成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的标准化方法。以Waters Atlantis T3-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,3μm)分离,柱温40℃;以乙腈-0.5%乙酸溶液(体积比为20:80)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;采用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长283 nm。柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的线性范围分别为1~500μg/mL(r=0.9999)、1~500μg/mL(r=1.0000)、1~500μg/mL(r=0.9999),加标回收率都在95%以上。方法学考察结果显示符合测定要求,并适用于柑橘属果实的测定。该方法操作简便、快速,结果可靠,重现性好,可用来研究柑橘属果实中的类黄酮成分含量。  相似文献

• China is the largest producer of pomelo globally. • Chinese pomelos are adapted to subtropical climates and Thai pomelos to tropical climates. • Guanxi pomelo is a popular cultivar in China and Thong Dee is the most popular in Thailand. • Naringin is the most abundant flavonoid in Chinese and Thai pomelos. • Fruity, sweet, sour, juicy and overall flavor attributes are important in consumer preference. Pomelo is a member of the genus Citrus that is a key contributor to the breeding of modern citrus cultivars. China is the largest producer of pomelo and one of the top five pomelo exporting countries. Pomelos from Thailand are also well-known for their excellent quality and flavor and are ranked in the top ten export countries. This review introduces pomelo planting locations and conditions in China and Thailand. The characteristics and qualities of some commercial pomelo cultivars in China and Thailand are summarized to introduce them to international consumers and to document their similarities and dissimilarities. Data on bioactive compounds and antioxidant capacity are also included for most Chinese and Thai pomelos to highlight how they differ in this aspect because consumers are increasingly interested in healthier foods. In addition, the sensory perception in terms of aroma, flavor, texture and taste attributes and consumer perspective and preferences are discussed.  相似文献

[目的]研究湘西产槲蕨不同种质资源间总黄酮含量的差异。[方法]用微波法提取槲蕨中的总黄酮和总柚皮苷,以芦丁为标准品,用比色法测定8份槲蕨种质资源叶、叶柄和根状茎的总黄酮含量;另以柚皮苷为标准品,比色法测定槲蕨不同部位的总柚皮苷含量。[结果]湘西产槲蕨种质资源间总黄酮含量的差异较大。龙山样品的总黄酮含量最高,为13.5%;王村样品的次之;保靖样品的最低,仅有1.8%;槲蕨不同部位中柚皮苷含量高低的分布规律为叶〉根状茎〉叶柄。[结论]龙山样品的总黄酮含量最高,可作为人工栽培时的原种利用;而叶中总柚皮苷含量最高,可对槲蕨的叶加以利用和开发,为槲蕨的种质资源筛选和人工栽培提供试验依据。  相似文献
