琥珀核桃仁的传承与创新

琥珀核桃仁是云南传统特色食品,早在上世纪90年代初就多次获奖,至今仍然是核桃小食品的主销品种。然而其加工工艺及技术要求已不能适应时代要求,急需升级适应精准人群的精准营养和功能需求,提升核心竞争力,并加强知识产权保护。     

我国高压装饰板生产现状及高质量发展建议

高压装饰板具有优异的表面装饰效果和理化性能，在高质量发展的背景下有望破解内销不畅的困局。文中阐述了我国高压装饰板生产工艺、原材料、生产装备、技术创新和产品标准的现状，分析了高压装饰板产品质量的影响因素，提出了促进我国高压装饰板产业高质量发展的建议，旨在进一步推动我国高压装饰板的应用和发展。     

A typology of agricultural production systems: Capability building trajectories of three Asian economies

Analysing the agricultural sectors of Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore, this paper examines the capability‐building process that encourages productivity and innovation. It describes and explains the origins and subsequent evolution of three forms of agricultural production system, each generating different farming capabilities and distinct forms of competitive advantages. The paper argues that Taiwan's rice‐oriented agricultural production system stimulates both productivity and innovation, helping Taiwanese farmers raise their income level and living standards. The active deployment of state institutions and a malleable labour force, evidenced in the Malaysian palm oil industry, is effective in raising farming productivity but not the ability to innovate. Singapore's aquaculture‐oriented agricultural production system is somewhat useful in stimulating productivity and innovation. Yet the city‐state's inherent lack of space and open international trade regime have circumscribed the potential of its aquaculture industry. It now relies on the regional ethnic Chinese business networks to expand the aquaculture industry's knowledge base and its industrial commons. The principles discussed in this paper provide policy lessons, or at least some initial guidance, for other developing economies aspiring to modernise their agricultural sector.     

禾田稻2号选育技术报告

禾田稻2号(代号松辽628)是公主岭市松辽农业科学研究所以白粳1为母本、长白19为父本,双亲配组,有性杂交,后代材料经世代选拔培育,系谱法、穿梭育种,最终选育而成的水稻新品种。该品种株高适中、株型紧凑、分蘖力较强,成穗率好,结实率高,中感稻瘟病,米质好,产量高,综合性状优良,2020年通过内蒙古自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜在内蒙古中晚熟稻区等地种植。     

"双创"教育师资队伍建设存在的问题及对策 ——以河南省高校为例

高校"双创"教育改革的活动正在深入开展,教师在"双创"人才培养过程中起着重要的作用,在双创教育的驱动下,迫切需要建设一支既掌握学科前沿动态、又具有丰富实践经验的高素质师资队伍.目前我国高校"双创"教育师资整体水平较低,尽快建立起一支高水平、高素质的教师队伍是高校开展"双创"教育的首要任务.本文首先分析了我国高校"双创"教育师资队伍的建设现状,指出河南省高校"双创"教育师资队伍建设存在的问题,并给出相应的改进建议.     

上海古典园林桂花品种资源及景观营造调查分析

通过对上海古典园林中桂花栽培历史的梳理和桂花种植现状的调查,对上海古典园林中桂花与山、水、植物、建筑四大造园要素之间配置关系及桂花运用特点进行分析。上海古典园林中金桂和银桂运用最多,而四季桂和丹桂运用极少。桂花通过孤植、对植、列植、丛植和群植的方式,和四大造园要素相互搭配,引导空间,渲染了江南园林淡雅和朴素的基调,体现了"富贵""招隐"的文化含义。     

新时代下农业教育的创新模式研究

我党十九大指出:农业、农村、农民问题关系到我国民生之本，解决好“三农”问题是全党重中 之重。在农业人才资源下滑时代下，大力发展农业教育，为农业、农村经济发展提供应用型人才，是解 决“三农”问题的关键。对此，文本着重分析新时代下农业教育问题，提出新时代下农业教育创新模式 路径。     

Innovation and gendered negotiations: Insights from six small‐scale fishing communities

There has so far been limited investigation into gender in relation to innovation in fisheries. Therefore, this study investigates how gender relations shape the capacity and motivation of different individuals in fishing communities to innovate. We compare six fishing communities in Cambodia, the Philippines and the Solomon Islands. Our findings suggest that gendered negotiations mediate the capacity to innovate but that wider structural constraints are important constraints for both men and women. Our findings show that men's and women's capacity to innovate is strongly mediated by the behaviour of their marriage partner. Consequently, we argue that gender research from a social relational perspective has an important contribution to make in understanding poor fishing communities where new ways of doing things or new technologies are being promoted.     

新形势下加快农业科研院所战略转型发展的思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

阐述了安徽省农业科学院基本现状,分析了其发展存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了优化调整学科方向、培养造就领军人才、强化科研平台建设、加强农业科技合作、加快科技成果转化、深化体制机制创新等加快院所战略转型发展的对策建议。     

中国工业大麻种业创新发展策略研究

工业大麻是重要的经济作物，中国是工业大麻生产和出口大国。然而，工业大麻种业发展滞后对我国工业大麻高质量发展提出严峻挑战的问题。本研究采用实地调研和文献综述的方法，分析了当前国内工业大麻种业的发展态势和存在的问题，探讨我国工业大麻种业创新发展路径。研究表明，我国工业大麻种业构建了全国行业标准和地方法律规范相结合的政策保障体系，推动了育种创新主体由公益性科研院所向企业转变，创建了以多用途为特色的育种技术体系，形成了良种区域化的种植格局和技术服务体系，奠定了该产业创新发展的基础。但缺乏国家层面或跨区域协同的工业大麻法规体系、育种繁种技术资源分散和低效率共存、面临国外种业知识产权布局先发优势挑战、商业化育种体系不完善等问题成为主要障碍。因此，提出了加快完善政策保障体系、培育多元育种体系、打造生产经营体系、构建国际合作体系，以期提升工业大麻种业创新发展能力。
