益生菌制剂作为饲料添加剂,在维护畜禽机体肠道健康、菌群平衡以及营养生理方面发挥着极其重要的作用。一方面,益生菌制剂能够替代部分抗生素,为实现畜禽养殖过程中的"减抗"目标,开辟了一条优质、安全、绿色的道路;另一方面,益生菌制剂能够调控肠道生理结构和改善肠道屏障完整性,进而缓解畜禽养殖中的"亚健康"状况。本文围绕益生菌制剂的种类与作用,益生菌制剂对畜禽肠道免疫、应激、疾病的调控机制,益生菌制剂的发展前景进行阐述,为开发更多益生菌制剂的产品提供理论支撑。  相似文献

胃肠仿生消化是研究食品营养学及药物代谢动力的重要方法。为实现胃肠仿生连续消化,对胃肠仿生消化装置进行了设计,本胃肠仿生模拟消化装置包括胃肠仿生消化桶及仿生模拟消化控制系统,设置了结构相同的中间腔体的胃仿生消化桶和肠仿生消化桶,外围设置有加热仓,消化桶上均设置有搅拌机构、玻璃观察窗、取样装置、酸液存储槽及碱液存储槽、pH传感器、加热管及温度传感器,二号消化桶右侧固定有控制系统单元的配电箱。装置便于实现胃肠仿生模拟消化过程pH值、温度和搅拌速度的控制与调整,以及消化液的取样分析及消化过程的观察监测,可用于食品营养基质或生物活性物质的仿生消化情况的监测。  相似文献

Effective management of the nutrients and enzyme activity in the soil is necessary for maximum crop growth and productivity. However, the excessive use of chemical fertilizers (CFs) not only adversely affects the soil nutrient status and soil physicochemical properties but also aids pollution to the ecosystem. The objective of present study was to investigate the effect of single as well as combined applications of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and agrochemicals on important soil enzyme activities and their impact on the growth of kasumbha (safflower). Pseudomonas putida (P. putida;106 cells/mL) was applied as seed inoculation prior to sowing, and CFs were applied as full, half, and quarter doses during sowing to modulate the growth of kasumbha host plants. P. putida in combination with half dose of CFs (PH) increased the soil urease and phosphatase activities, while P. putida combined with quarter dose of CFs (PQ) augmented the soil invertase activities. Moreover, the PQ treatment exhibited the maximum colony-forming units of P. putida. Leaf chlorophyll, carotenoids, protein contents, and root lengths were increased by PH treatment. Whereas, shoot length and leaf area were improved by PH and PQ treatments, respectively. Leaf protease activity was enhanced by P. putida in combination with full dose of CFs and PQ treatments, while leaf phosphate contents were significantly improved by PQ treatment. It can be concluded that P. putida in combination with half as well as quarter doses of CFs is a promising approach for the improvement of soil enzyme activities and growth of kasumbha and replacing 50% of the use of CFs.  相似文献

The major constraint in the promotion of organic farming, a safe and sustainable alternative, is lack of availability of quality organic resources in sufficient quantities. The quality of resources can be ascertained by monitoring its nutrient release pattern, which has not yet been attempted. A controlled condition pot experiment was conducted at ICAR-Central Tuber Crops Research Institute, Thiruvananthapuram, India, in completely randomized design to study the nutrient dynamics of various organic and inorganic resources, commonly used in cassava production, at monthly intervals up to six months. The release of almost all nutrients and activity of soil enzymes were higher at the middle (3 or 4?months) of the incubation period. The pH showed an increasing trend and electrical conductivity, organic C and Fe content declined from initial. Averaging over stages, organic practice favored the activity of soil enzymes and release of almost all nutrients over conventional system significantly, except N.  相似文献

为探究不同碳水化合物和蛋白质水平膨化饲料对大规格草鱼生长、体成分、肠道消化酶和血清指标的影响,以初始体质量(398.6±5.9)g的大规格草鱼为研究对象,设置不同碳水化合物/蛋白质水平分别为C31P30、C34P28、C37P26、C40P24、C43P22、C46P20、C49P18的7组膨化饲料,养殖周期为16周。实验结果显示,各饲料组草鱼成活率(SR)差异不显著,随着蛋白质水平的下降、碳水化合物水平的升高,增重率(WGR)呈下降趋势,蛋白质效率(PER)呈升高趋势;肝体比(HSI)、脏体比(VSI)、肠体比(ISI)、肌肉和肝脏粗脂肪(CF)含量均有随饲料碳水化合物水平升高而升高的趋势。随着饲料中碳水化合物水平升高、蛋白质水平下降,各组间草鱼肌肉粗蛋白质(CP)含量无显著差异;肝糖原、肌糖原含量呈升高趋势,饲料中碳水化合物水平分别高于46%和40%时,肝糖原、肌糖原含量显著升高。肠道胰蛋白酶(PRS)和淀粉酶(AMS)活性随饲料中碳水化合物水平的升高呈先下降后升高趋势,脂肪酶(LPS)活性呈升高趋势;血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量及谷草转氨酶与丙转氨酶(GOT/GPT)比值都随饲料中碳水化合物水平升高和蛋白质水平下降而呈升高的趋势。本实验结果显示:当饲料碳水化合物水平高于37%、蛋白质水平低于26%时,将显著影响草鱼的生长,饲料中高碳水化合物水平将导致鱼体肝体比、脏体比、肠体比以及肌肉和肝脏脂肪含量升高。  相似文献

选择甘肃省不同海拔地区,以国内首个藜麦品种陇藜1号为材料,测定不同海拔对藜麦苗期叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明,随海拔的升高,藜麦叶片的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量先升高后下降;MDA含量和O_2~-产生速率升高后下降再升高,在海拔最高(2 130 m)处达到最大值;SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性先升高后下降。说明随海拔的升高,藜麦叶片通过积累渗透调节物质和提高抗氧化酶活性,以清除多余的活性氧物质,维持细胞渗透势平衡,缓解环境变化对其生长造成的伤害。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the activity of gastric, pancreatic and intestinal digestive enzymes during the embryonic and larval development of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) GIFT strain Aqua America® 1 obtained from a broodstock fed two levels of crude protein (CP). A total of 72 females and 24 males, 10 hapas, two CP levels (32% and 38%) and six phases of embryonic (cleavage, blastula, gastrula) and larval (hatching, 7 and 10 days post hatch, dph) stages were used. The eggs were collected in cleavage, blastula and gastrula stages, 300 mg was collected, and kept in cryogenic tubes in liquid nitrogen. For the samples at larval stage, the remaining eggs were separated according to crude protein level and kept in hatcheries and samples were collected on 7 and 10 dph the same way as before. A total of 48 samples were collected: at each protein level (32% and 38% CP), four samples were collected in each phase of embryonic and larval development. Statistical differences were not observed during embryonic development for acid proteases, trypsin, amylase and lipase activity at both levels of crude protein (32 and 38% CP). Differences for acid proteases were noticed on 7 dph; trypsin and amylase on 7 dph and 10 dph. Significant differences on blastula and 7 dph for protease; as for aminopeptidase, there was significant difference on 7 dph. The data indicated early appearance of digestive enzymes in Nile tilapia broodfish receiving 32% CP taking into account the rapid growth and development of this species.  相似文献

We evaluated the effects of different proportions of dietary protein (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% protein) on the activity of digestive enzymes of normal and albino Apostichopus japonicus. The experimental diets were fed for 60 days, the optimal conditions for digestive enzyme activity in sea cucumbers were studied. The optimal temperature for protease was 29.3°C and the optimal pH was 1.8. The optimal temperature for amylase was 34.3°C and the optimal pH was 6.7. The optimal temperature for cellulase was 56°C and the optimal pH was 5.9. The activity of intestinal protease increased at first and then decreased as the proportion of dietary protein increased, reaching the maximum when the proportion of protein was 19.7%. The activity of protease in the intestine of normal sea cucumber was significantly lower than that of albino sea cucumber, and the activity of amylase was significantly higher than that of albino sea cucumber. This study is expected to provide a basis for further explaining the ecological difference of albino and normal A. japonicus.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary red seaweed, Gracilaria pygmaea level on growth, antioxidant‐related parameters, digestive enzyme activity and intestinal morphology of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fry. Five isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets were formulated to contain four G. pygmaea levels (30 (GL‐30), 60 (GL‐60), 90 (GL‐90) and 120 g/kg (GL‐120)), and a control diet was used, without inclusion of seaweed. Results of the feeding trial indicated that final body (FBW: 2.8–3.5 g) and specific growth rate (SGR: 4.8–5.2) were significantly improved when 60 g/kg G. pygmaea was supplemented in the diets. However, there was a significant reduction (< .05) of final body weight (FBW) and specific growth rate (SGR) in fish fed 120 g/kg G. pygmaea. Protease activity was significantly lower in fish fed GL‐120 diet when compared to GL‐30 or control (< .05). Lipase was significantly affected by dietary seaweed regardless its level of supplementation (< .05). The inclusion of the Gracilaria in the diet led to evident changes in the fish antioxidant status with significant reduction of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase activity and lipid peroxidation products. The histological study demonstrated that all groups of fish displayed normal morphology of anterior intestine and pyloric caeca. Villi absorptive area in the anterior intestine of treatment groups GL‐90 and GL‐120 significantly decreased (< .05). Overall, the results obtained in this study indicate that dietary G. pygmaea supplementation up to 90 g/kg improves growth performance in rainbow trout fry without compromising antioxidant responses and digestive function.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of dietary humic acid sodium salt on growth performance, haemato‐immunological and physiological responses, and resistance of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss to Yersinia ruckeri. The experimental fish were divided into four groups; three of them were fed with humic acid incorporated diets (0.3% H3, 0.6% H6, 1.2% H12) and an additive free basal diet served as the control. Growth performance and haematological parameters of rainbow trout were not affected by humic acid supplemented diets (p > 0.05). However, dietary humic acid especially with 0.6% incorporation significantly increased stomach pepsin, intestinal trypsin and lipase activities p < 0.05. Following 60 days of feeding trial, fish were challenged with Yersinia ruckeri for 20 days. At the end of the challenge period, significantly higher (p < 0.05) survival rates were found in the 6% humic acid group compared to all other experimental treatment. Thus humic acid might replace antibiotics in diets for rainbow trout to control yersiniosis.  相似文献
