以国内部分圈养的健康华南虎Panthera tigris amoyensis作为研究对象,通过收集华南虎血液生化报告和采集华南虎血液样本检测建立样本数据,血样检测采用自动血液生化分析仪干式试剂片生化技术测定,测定血液生化指标包括血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、总胆红素(TBIL)、肌酐(CREA)等。得到华南虎血液生化共38项指标的正常参考值范围(95%概率),其中几项主要指标正常值范围如下:GLU(2.82-11.55)mmol/L、TP(56.58-85.93)g/L、CHOL(3.32-8.66)μmol/L、TBIL(0-5.30)μmol/L、CREA(52-349)μmol/L等。统计结果显示,雌雄华南虎间血液生化指标的部分项目有差异(P <0.05),幼龄组和成年组间各项生化指标差异不显著(P >0.05),与其他虎亚种相关血液生化报道的生化指标部分有差别。华南虎血液生化指标正常参考值范围不同于其他虎亚种,建立华南虎血液生化指标正常值对华南虎的饲养管理、疾病诊治预防和保育繁殖研究工作有重要作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨冠心病血瘀证与血液相关检验指标的关系。方法 选择175例冠心病患者,其中血瘀证组112例,非血瘀证组63例。研究对象均在住院次日清晨平躺测量血压,空腹状态下抽取静脉血液留置标本,检测血常规和血脂、血糖、肾功能等生化指标,记录患者吸烟史。比较两组患者指标的差异性。结果 血瘀证组患者的血常规中红细胞分布宽度-CV值(Rdw-cv)、红细胞分布宽度-SD值(Rdw-sd)、血小板分布宽度(Pdw)、血小板平均体积(Mpv)、血小板比积(Pct)、大型血小板比率(P-lct)均明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.01,P<0.05);血瘀证组患者载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、血脂总胆固醇(TC)均明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.01,P<0.05);血瘀证组中患者吸烟率明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病血瘀证组患者Rdw-cv、Rdw-sd、Pdw、Mpv、Pct、P-lct、TC、ApoB及烟率均明显高于非血瘀证组,差异具有统计学意义,故以上指标可以作为冠心病血瘀证中医辨证分型的客观临床指标。  相似文献

为研究食用油炸糯米糕的整体营养健康效应及其对血脂健康的影响,自制纯油炸糯米糕和蒸糯米糕,选用健康雄性小白鼠,分别用油炸糯米糕外壳层、中间层、油炸糯米糕全糕及蒸糯米糕进行6周连续灌胃试验,饲料、葡萄糖作为对照组。采用模拟BDI-GS体系评价法进行营养效价、健康效应评定及试剂盒法对小鼠血脂指标测定,并计算相应指标数据,做图对比分析。结果表明,外壳层组平均日采食量为(5.70 ± 0.56)g,其余各组为6.80 g左右,食用油炸外壳层组的小鼠采食量及体重显著下降;营养健康方面,油炸糯米糕和蒸糯米糕相比无显著差异,各试验样品的累加积分均大于8.0,基本益于机体整体营养和健康;血脂方面,油炸糯米糕全糕会提高小鼠血脂中总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,油炸糯米糕外壳层会提高总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。  相似文献

AIMS: To determine if abdominal insufflation with medical air will improve oxygenation and ventilation parameters when compared to insufflation with CO2 in xylazine-sedated sheep undergoing laparoscopic artificial insemination (AI).

METHODS: Forty-seven sheep underwent oestrus synchronisation and were fasted for 24 hours prior to laparoscopic AI. Each animal was randomised to receive either CO2 or medical air for abdominal insufflation. An auricular arterial catheter was placed and utilised for serial blood sampling. Respiratory rates (RR) and arterial blood samples were collected at baseline, after xylazine (0.1?mg/kg I/V) sedation, 2 minutes after Trendelenburg positioning, 5 minutes after abdominal insufflation, and 10 minutes after being returned to a standing position. Blood samples were collected in heparinised syringes, stored on ice, and analysed for arterial pH, partial pressure of arterial O2 (PaO2), and CO2 (PaCO2). The number of ewes conceiving to AI was also determined.

RESULTS: Repeated measures ANOVA demonstrated temporal effects on RR, PaO2, PaCO2 and arterial pH during the laparoscopic AI procedure (p<0.001), but no difference between insufflation groups (p>0.01). No sheep experienced hypercapnia (PaCO2>50?mmHg) or acidaemia (pH<7.35). Hypoxaemia (PaO2<70?mmHg) was diagnosed during the procedure in 14/22 (64%) ewes in the CO2 group compared with 8/23 (35%) ewes in the medical air group (p=0.053). Overall, 15/20 (75%) ewes in the CO2 group conceived to AI compared with 16/22 (72.7%) in the medical air group (p=0.867).

CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: There were no statistical or clinical differences in RR, PaO2, PaCO2, pH, or conception to AI when comparing the effects of CO2 and medical air as abdominal insufflation gases. None of the sheep experienced hypercapnia or acidaemic, yet 42% (19/45) of sheep developed clinical hypoxaemia, with a higher percentage of ewes in the CO2 group developing hypoxaemia than in the medical air group. Based on the overall analysis, medical air could be utilised as a comparable alternative for abdominal insufflation during laparoscopic AI procedures.  相似文献

本研究利用18对微卫星对西藏阿里地区改则县的16头本地牦牛和18头半野血牦牛进行遗传多样性评估。结果显示,18对微卫星的平均等位基因数为7.44,其中TGLA73, BM2113和BGR3012,三个位点的观测杂合度最高为1.0000,AGLA293位点的观测杂合度最小为0.2049。改则县本地牦牛的期望杂合度(HE±SD=0.7000±0.0422)、观测杂合度(HO±SD =0.7243±0.0270)、平均等位基因数(NA=6.22±2.86)以及多态信息含量(PIC=0.636)均要高于改则县半野血牦牛(HE±SD=0.6864±0.0394,HO±SD=0.6940±0.0265,NA=6.06±2.44,PIC=0.622)。另外两个群体之间的遗传分化指数FST=-0.00542,同时结合主成分分析,发现两个群体遗传分化不明显。  相似文献

采用垂直板不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对170只甘肃肉用绵羊(波德代羊、无角陶赛特羊、蒙古羊、滩羊和小尾寒羊)的4种血液蛋白(Hb、Alb、Tf和Es)进行多态性检测。计算4种蛋白各位点的基因型频率、等位基因频率和遗传杂合度,并通过聚类分析探讨不同群体间的遗传距离和亲缘关系。结果表明,4个蛋白(酶)位点均表现出不同程度的多态性。4个蛋白(酶)位点的平均杂合度分别为:波德代羊0.4341,无角陶赛特羊0.4176,蒙古羊0.339 3,滩羊0.332 5和小尾寒羊0.371 0。根据Nei氏标准遗传距离进行聚类分析,发现无角陶赛特羊和波德代羊亲缘关系最近,和滩羊亲缘关系最远;3个地方品种和2个引入品种间亲缘关系较远。  相似文献

In a preliminary in vitro study, a Panax ginseng extract exhibited an evident antibacterial activity against Yersinia ruckeri and Lactococcus garvieae and affected the respiratory burst and proliferation of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss leukocytes. Subsequently, the effects of a dietary ginseng extract supplementation on growth, blood biochemical profile, innate immune response and resistance against Y. ruckeri infection were investigated in vivo in rainbow trout juveniles. Four experimental diets were obtained by adding 0.0%, 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03% of ginseng ethanolic extract to a commercial feed. Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of fish (mean body weight 30.5 ± 0.15 g) at 1% of body weight day?1 for 10 weeks. The dietary supplementation with ginseng extract did not affect growth performance, feed utilization, biometric traits and fish whole body composition (P > 0.05). No major changes due to graded levels of ginseng extract in the diet were observed in blood biochemical parameters except for increasing plasma triglycerides and non‐esterified fatty acids in fish fed diets including 0.01% and 0.02% of extract (P < 0.05). The innate immune response was barely modulated by the dietary addition of ginseng extract. Serum lysozyme and leukocytes respiratory burst activities were just slightly increased in fish fed all the ginseng extract‐supplemented diets compared with controls, whereas serum antiproteases and leukocyte MPO were not affected (P > 0.05). The dietary administration of ginseng extract induced a reduction in mortality of rainbow trout infected with Y. ruckeri, although no significant differences between treated and control groups were observed (P > 0.05).  相似文献

The objectives of the present study were to investigate of GroBiotic®‐A (GBA) on growth, autochthonous intestinal microbiota and haemato‐serological parameters of beluga juvenile. A total of 180 fish (40.82 ± 5.81 g) were fed diets containing graded levels of GBA (0, 5, 10 and 20 g kg?1 diet) for 8 weeks. No significantly differences in body composition, total viable aerobic bacteria, mean cell volume, mean cell haemoglobin, mean cell haemoglobin concentration, neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, albumin, glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase were detected between treatment groups. The fish fed on 10 and 20 g kg?1 GBA significantly showed higher lactic acid bacteria, final weight, body weight increases, weight gain and lower feed conversion ratio compared with the control and 5 g kg?1 groups. The group fed 20 g kg?1 GBA showed a highly significant difference in condition factor, survival rate, final length, total red and white blood cells, lymphocytes, haematocrit, haemoglobin, total protein, total immunoglobulin and lysozyme activity. The specific growth rate of the treatment groups was significantly elevated compared with the control groups. These results indicated that GBA at level 20 g kg?1 improved growth, welfare and survival of beluga juvenile.  相似文献

在打击肉制品掺假走私、维护市场秩序、保护野生动物资源等方面,对动物源性成分鉴定技术的特异性、灵敏性、重复性提出了很高的要求。本文阐述了动物源性成分的检测鉴定技术,有多样性和局限性的特点。归纳了重组酶聚合酶恒等温扩增技术原理与应用,解决了PCR技术在仪器上的局限性,优化了早期恒温扩增技术的缺点。指出重组酶聚合酶恒等温扩增技术为动物源性成分的快速准确鉴定提供了坚实的技术基础,并在动物疫病诊断方面也有很好的应用前景。  相似文献
