益肾降浊胶囊对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的影响研究

目的探讨益肾降浊胶囊对腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾衰大鼠的肾脏保护作用。方法采用灌胃给与腺嘌呤法建立大鼠慢性肾衰(CRF)模型,造模后每日1次连续灌胃给予益肾降浊胶囊。4周后,测定各组大鼠24h尿量、24h尿蛋白含量,称取大鼠体质量、肾重并计算肾指数,测定大鼠血清中肌酐(Scr)及尿素氮(BUN)含量,并在光镜下观察肾脏组织变化情况。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠生长构建期间生长状态明显变差,体重增长缓慢。与CRF模型组大鼠相比,益肾降浊胶囊给药组的大鼠体重增加明显,大鼠血清中Scr、BUN及尿液中24h尿蛋白水平显著降低。病理分析结果显示,肾脏组织结构的紊乱、肾小球固缩,炎性细胞浸润、肾间质纤维化症状明显改善。结论益肾降浊胶囊能够有效的治疗腺嘌呤所致的大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭。     

Effect of collection date on capsule moisture content and germination of Populus ciliata Wall. ex Royle from central Himalaya

Seed maturity indices of Populus ciliata were investigated in collections from Sukhatal and Bhowali. Across both seed sources, mean capsule size varied from 68.0±1.5 mm² to 72.0±0.9 mm², while mean number of capsules/100 grams varied from 268±8 to 295±12. Mean weight of 100 capsules varied from 25.0±1.4 g to 27.0±1.4 g. Weight of 100 capsules among sources and individual trees differed significantly (P < 0.05), while number of capsules/100 grams and weight of 100 capsules was negatively correlated (r² = 0.69). As capsules matured moisture content decreased from 83.2±1.1% to 54.3±0.3% at Sukhatal and from 77.7±0.4% to 46.4±0.3% at Bhowali. The optimum germination was at 58–60% moisture content. Maturation was related to capsule colour changes as well as moisture content. These parameters were judged to be good indicators of when to collect P. ciliata seeds.     

HPLC法测定蒺参胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量

目的建立蒺参胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果人参皂苷Re在1.65～6.05μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为95.98%,RSD为1.35%(n=5)。结论方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于蒺参胶囊的质量控制。     

芝麻蒴果及种子的生长发育特性

通过对芝麻品种中芝11蒴果及种子的生长发育过程中蒴果长度、体积及鲜干重和种子鲜干重、活力及种子中粗蛋白、粗脂肪和脂肪酸含量的测定，获得结果如下：（1）蒴果长度和体积在24～27d达到最大值，随后进入失水收缩阶段，30d左右基本定型。（2）籽粒干重在授粉后36d达到最大值，此时种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数均为最高，即此时种子已经达到生理成熟。（3）侧位蒴果与中位蒴果的发育基本同步，但各项指标均弱于中位蒴果。（4）种子中粗蛋白质在种子发育15d以前便已达到一定水平，随后缓慢增加，粗脂肪在种子发育的18d之前增长迅速，18d以后积累较缓慢，第33d到达最大值，不同脂肪酸含量变化不同。

The genetic organisation of the capsule biosynthesis region of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes 1, 6, 7, and 12

The aim of the present study was to investigate the organisation of the genes (cps) involved in biosynthesis the capsular polysaccharide (CPS) of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes 6, 7, and 12 and to compare these to the corresponding genes previously described in other A. pleuropneumoniae serotypes. In serotypes 6 and 7 the sequenced DNA regions comprised five and four open reading frames, respectively, designated cps6ABCDE and cps7ABCD, whereas the sequenced DNA region in serotype 12 comprised only two open reading frames designated cps12AB. At the amino acid level, CpsA, CpsB, and CpsC of A. pleuropneumoniae serotypes 2, 6, 7, and 8 contained a high degree of homology. At the amino acid level Cps6D revealed a high degree of homology to Cps8D, whereas Cps7D contained a high degree of homology to the Cps2D. The deduced gene product of the partially sequenced cps6E gene showed no homology to any deduced gene products of any cps genes of A. pleuropneumoniae investigated so far. None of the deduced gene products of the cps genes involved in encapsulation of A. pleuropneumoniae serotypes 2, 6, 7, and 8 revealed homology to the deduced gene products of the cps genes of serotypes 1, 5A, and 12. For some genes, a local homology was found to genes probably involved in teichoic acid synthesis in other bacteria. The results obtained revealed a high degree of homology among the genes involved in CPS biosynthesis for serotypes 2, 6, 7, and 8 and a different group of homologous cps genes for serotypes 1 and 12. In some serotype 7 strains, including the serotype 7 reference strain, WF83, the cps genes were not located adjacent to the genes responsible for CPS export (cpx), probably due to genetic rearrangements.     

Effect of Yigu capsule drug-containing serum on apoptosis and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase secretion in rat osteoclasts

AIM:The effects of Yigu capsule on tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) secretion and apoptosis in rat osteoclasts were investigated in order to further explore its mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis.METHODS:(1) Twenty-month-old Sprague-daweley rats were randomly divided into two groups(Yigu capsule group and saline group), and the drug-containing serum and control serum were prepared. (2) The newborn Sprague-daweley rat osteoclasts were cultured with different concentrations of Yigu capsule drug-containing serum. At different time point, TRAP activity was measured and the survival osteoclast was counted under reverse microscope.The percentage of osteoclast apoptosis was observed under fluorescence microscope after acridine orange staining.RESULTS:TRAP activity was lower and the percentage of osteoclast apoptosis was higher in drug-containing serum group than in control group at 24, 48 and 72 h(P<0.01), respectively, and the survival osteoclasts were less in drug-containing serum group than in control groups at 24, 48 and 72 h(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:These data suggest that Yigu capsule drug-containing serum induces apoptosis and inhibits TRAP activity in osteoclasts, which may be one of the mechanisms of Yigu capsule preventing and treating osteoporosis.     

芝麻不同时期去叶对蒴果发育和产量的影响及保叶增产措施

采用定株观察，以芝麻生长正常单株为对照，研究不同生育时期，不同蒴果发育时期去叶，对芝麻农艺性状和单株产量的影响。结果表明，随着芝麻生育进程，终花期，封顶期，盛花期去叶减产值幅度递增。相同植株同天开花采取不同时期去叶所结蒴果分别与对照相比，去叶时间越早秕籽率越高，千粒重越低。同时还进一步研究出延长芝麻中上部叶片功能期，提高单株产量的技术措施。     

银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效和安全性的Meta分析

目的 系统评价银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 检索数据库包括：PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普、万方数据库等,关键词采用"疗效"银屑胶囊"和"银屑病",定年限为2000年1月至2018年12月,由两位研究者按照纳入排除标准独立筛选文献,进行文献质量评估和数据提取,结果采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入7篇文献,共涉及660例患者。Meta分析结果显示,在有效性方面,银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效优于单用阿维A胶囊,其60 d治愈率和60 d有效率的OR值分别为：2.21（95% CI：1.53~3.17）和2.66（95% CI：1.86~3.79）;在PASI评分方面,银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的PASI评分低于单用阿维A胶囊（SMD=-0.93,95% CI：-1.23~-0.62）;在血清炎症因子指标方面,银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的血清炎症因子IL-4、IL-10水平均高于单用阿维A胶囊：IL-4（SMD=0.83,95% CI：0.01,1.66）,IL-10（SMD=0.56,95% CI：0.28,0.84）;在安全性方面,除了鼻出血外,银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的眼干、皮肤干燥、毛囊炎、转氨酶升高、高脂血症等不良反应发生率均显著低于单用阿维A胶囊的情况。结论 银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病安全有效,然而,确切结论有待于更多的高质量、多中心、大规模的随机对照研究证实。     

止痛促愈汤对低位型肛瘘术后创面疼痛及愈合作用的临床观察

目的 观察止痛促愈汤对低位型肛瘘术后创面疼痛及愈合的临床疗效。方法 将70例低位型肛瘘患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各35例,对照组予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗联合红外线照射治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予止痛促愈汤治疗。14 d后观察创面疼痛、水肿、渗出及肉芽组织形态和创面面积等情况,评价创面愈合时间、愈合率及临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后创面疼痛、水肿、渗出及肉芽组织形态积分和创面面积较治疗前均有改善（P<0.05）,治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组（P<0.05）,治疗组创面愈合率及临床总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 止痛促愈汤可以改善低位型肛瘘术后创面疼痛、水肿、渗出,促进肉芽组织增生,缩小创面面积,促进创面愈合,提高临床疗效。
