ABSTRACT1. Reducing excessive chicken body fat deposition is a main goal of the poultry industry. Preadipocytes are important in adipose tissue growth and development.2. To discover proteins related to chicken fat deposition, two-dimensional fluorescence difference gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) was used to identify differentially expressed proteins in preadipocytes derived from Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content (NEAUHLF).3. A total of 46 differentially expressed protein spots were found in the preadipocytes between fat and lean broilers. Matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionisation time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) analysis showed the protein spots corresponded to 33 different proteins. The proteins were mainly related to biological oxidation, cell proliferation, cytoskeleton, lipid metabolism, molecular chaperone, protein synthesis and signal transduction.4. From the perspective of protein expression, these results lay a foundation for further study of the genetic mechanism of broiler adipose tissue growth and development. 相似文献

In this study, we aimed to clarify the mechanism of sinking death during the larval stage of Pacific Bluefin tuna Thunnus orientalis by investigating the effects of swimming performance on sinking death, using a behavioral approach. Swimming performance was examined 3–9 days after hatching (DAH) under day and night light conditions in cuboid experimental tanks. Swimming behavior variables such as swimming speed and swimming angle were measured under both light conditions. Larvae in the daytime experiment and larvae with inflated swim bladders at night were distributed on the surface layer of the water column. In contrast, larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night were frequently observed swimming vertically or sinking to the bottom of the tank. Larvae with inflated swim bladders at night were always distributed beneath the surface until the next morning (survival rates were 100 %). However, larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night swam upward repeatedly and later sank to the bottom of the tank (survival rates were 60 % and 38 % at 5 and 9 DAH, respectively). Larvae with uninflated swim bladders were not always able to maintain their swimming depth by swimming until the next morning. Additionally, their swimming speed and vertical swimming frequency (ratio) depended on the illumination and swim bladder conditions. Our findings show that larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night were associated with a higher risk of sinking death. The swimming energy capacity of Pacific Bluefin tuna larvae, which indicates the total amount of the energy that enables individuals to swim throughout the night without feeding, was found to be linked to sinking death. 相似文献

【目的】建立适合黑河下游地区的溃坝洪水演进的二维数学模型,为该水库的安全运行和调洪决策提供参考。【方法】根据天然河道复杂而不规则的地形特点,以及溃坝洪水的传播和运动特性,建立适合黑河下游地区高程跨度很大的溃坝洪水演进的二维数学模型;利用非结构化三角形网格,采用单元中心的有限体积法求解控制溃坝水流运动的二维方程;应用所建模型,对黑河金盆水库10 000年一遇入库洪水漫顶所致溃坝洪水(即工况1)进行数值模拟,分析不同时刻的水深分布图、流速矢量图以及淹没范围的变化过程;在此基础上,探讨100年一遇入库洪水延时遭遇10 000年一遇入库洪水工况(即工况2)下溃坝洪水的演进变化过程,分析该工况下淹没水深的变化范围。【结果】工况1、工况2下大坝溃决时间分别为该工况模拟初始时间后的15.6,37.5h,工况1、工况2下5个沿程观测点的最大淹没水深分别为3.10~6.18m和3.66~6.91m,最大流速分别为2.28~8.68m/s和2.46~9.40m/s。【结论】所建立的溃坝洪水二维模型可以模拟流域不同时刻的水深及流速分布,计算结果具体到点,为洪水风险分析和灾害损失评估提供了依据。 相似文献

提出一种根系可视化分析方法用于定量稻茬田环境的小麦根系构型。使用根系构型数字化仪测试稻茬麦苗期根系构型,将所测数据导入Pro/E平台进行根系构型的3-D重构,然后对可视化根系进行3向平面投影,计算小麦根系在不同平面的分形维数与分形丰度。结果表明,该方法可以真实反映出田间稻茬麦根系构型的动态变化状况,而根系分形维数与分形丰度随时间逐步递增,正视图面的分形维数和分形丰度总大于左视图面。从播后第98天开始,俯视图面的根系构型分形维数与分形丰度出现突增。在3个投影面上稻茬麦根系的分形维数与分形丰度都高度相关,二者与根总长也存在一定的相关关系。 相似文献

The issue of cross‐ or multiple resistance to acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitors and the auxinic herbicide 2,4‐D was investigated in Papaver rhoeas L., a common and troublesome weed in winter cereals, in a broad‐scale study across four European countries. A combination of herbicide sensitivity bioassays and molecular assays targeting mutations involved in resistance was conducted on 27 populations of P. rhoeas originating from Greece (9), Italy (5), France (10) and Spain (3). Plants resistant to the field rate of 2,4‐D were observed in 25 of the 27 populations assayed, in frequencies ranging from 5% to 85%. Plants resistant to ALS‐inhibiting herbicides (sulfonylureas) were present in 24 of the 27 populations, in frequencies ranging from 4% to 100%. Plants resistant to 2,4‐D co‐occurred with plants resistant to sulfonylureas in 23 populations. In four of these, the probability of presence of plants with cross‐ or multiple resistance to 2,4‐D and sulfonylureas was higher than 0.5. ALS genotyping of plants from the field populations or of their progenies, identified ALS alleles carrying a mutation at codon Pro197 or Trp574 in 2,4‐D‐sensitive and in 2,4‐D‐resistant plants. The latter case confirmed multiple resistance to 2,4‐D and ALS inhibitors at the level of individual plants in all four countries investigated.
