AIM: To examine the effect of traditional chinese medicine recipe, Taoren Honghua(semen persicae-flos carthami) decoction, on hyperlipidemia without symptom. METHODS: The plasma TC, TG, LDL, HDL, apolipoprotein(Apo) A, Apo Bof the patients with hyperlipidemia without symptom were measured using automatic analyzer (shimadiu CL-7200), the production of nitric oxide(NO) was detected by Greiss reaction, and SODactivity and MDAformation were examined using o-trihydroxy benzene and barbituric methotheds, respectively. RESULTS: After oral administration of Taoren Honghua decoction, the plasma levels of TC, TG, LDL, and MDAof the patients were markedly decreased, however, the plasma levels of ApoA, HDL, SODand NOwere significantly increased and almost no change was detected in the plasma level of Apo B. In control group, it was found that although the plasma level of TC, TG and LDL were decreased ( P<0.05 ) and ApoAas well as HDLwere increased, ApoB, SOD, MDA and NO production were all unchanged. CONCLUSION: The traditional chinese medicine recipe, Taoren Honghua decoction,has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with hyperlipidemia by removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation and in turn reducing blood lipid level. 相似文献

AIM: To investigate the regulation of ‘Tiao Gan Fang Yao’(TGFY) on neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rat . METHODS:The stressed rat model was made by bandage. RIA was adopted to measure the function of hypothalamus-pitutary-adrenal gland axis (HPAA) of stressed rat. Meanwhile, the immunity of stressed rat and the regulation of TGFY were observed.RESULTS:Bandage stress increased the contents of serum corticosterone(CORT), and ACTH, and hypothalamus corticotropin releasing hormone (P<0.01 or 0.05), which suggested that the excitability of HPAA was enhanced. In addition, bandage stress reduced spleen lymphocyte proliferation (P<0.01) and decreased H2O2 releasing from the macrophages significantly (P<0.01). While TGFY could decrease HPAA excitability of bandage-stressed rat and strengthen its immunity. CONCLUSION:TGFY could regulate disorder of neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rat. 相似文献

AIM To observe effects of emotional stimulation on expression of stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1) and CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in plasma, platelets, aortas, hippocampus and bone marrow of apolipoprotein E gene knockout (ApoE -/-) mice, and to reveal the possible mechanism of the aggravated atherosclerotic plaque vulnerability by emotional stimulation. METHODS Thirty 8-week-old male ApoE -/- mice were randomly divided into normal control group, high fat group, and emotional stimulation group. Ten 8-week-old inbred C57BL/6J mice served as blank control group. After 12 weeks of intervention, the serum levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were investigated by ELISA. The protein levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in platelets, aortas, hippocampus and bone marrow were determined by Western blot. The pathological damage of aortas was observed by oil red O staining. RESULTS Compared with blank control group, normal control group and high fat group, the mice subjected to emotional stimulation showed more serious atherosclerosis in aortas detected by oil red O staining, and increased levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the plasma and aortas were also observed (P <0.05). The results of Western blot showed that the protein levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in platelets, aortas and hippocampus were increased in the mice subjected emotional stimulation, but the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the bone marrow was decreased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION Imbalance of SDF-1/CXCR4 may be the key target by which emotional stimulation accelerates the progression of atherosclerosis. 相似文献

在广东省南昆山观光木天然次生林中设置了5个1 600 m2的样地,调查了观光木种群所在群落的物种组成及观光木种群的龄级结构和空间分布格局.结果表明:观光木种群所在群落具有较高的物种多样性,以樟科、山茶科、壳斗科植物为优势科;观光木种群以Ⅱ级幼苗为主,缺乏Ⅲ级苗,中龄树及成年母株少,是一个衰退种群;其分布格局呈随机分布或弱聚集分布.由于人为干扰活动较频繁,观光木自然种群处于濒危状态.建议采取积极的保育措施,加强对南昆山观光木资源及其生境的保护. 相似文献

[目的]鉴定转基因鱼腥草中外源抗菌肽的表达,分析抗茎腐病的能力。[方法]通过SDS—PAG电泳和Westernblot方法检测转基因鱼腥草植株中外源抗菌肽的表达,接种不同浓度的立枯丝核菌孢子,比较转基因植株与非转基因植株的染病情况。[结果]外源抗菌肽能在转基因鱼腥草中表达;立枯丝核菌的最佳侵染孢子浓度为3×105./ml,观察时间以3d为宜,转基因鱼腥草较非转基因鱼腥草的抗茎腐病能力增强。[结论]外源抗茵肽的表达能增强转基因鱼腥草植株的抗茎腐病能力。 相似文献
