污灌区有机氯农药的土—气交换行为与影响因素分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以我国东北典型污灌区为研究区域,获取相关数据及模型参数,并应用逸度方法探讨了有机氯农药的土-气交换行为及其分馏效应。研究结果表明,在土壤有机质含量一定的情况下,日均温度最大时有机氯农药六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)之间土-气分配系数(KSA)的差异比日均温度最小时高出一个数量级,HCHs比DDTs更容易挥发重新释放进入环境中而进行二次分配,土壤有机质质量分数每提高1%而引起的KSA值的变化率不同,且这种变化会随着有机质质量分数的提高而趋于平稳;辛醇-气分配系数(KOA)与土-气交换逸度分数ff呈负相关关系,当土壤有机质质量分数为1%、2%和3%时,其相关系数分别为-0.743(P0.05)、-0.763(P0.05)、-0.776(P0.05);应用土-气浓度比(Cs/a),进一步判定土壤浓度和大气浓度在其他参数不变的情况下,将会对HCHs及DDTs的土-气交换行为产生影响;HCHs与DDTs的初次分馏及二次分馏效应进一步说明土壤性质及其自身的理化性质均会对分馏效应产生影响。  相似文献

蛋白质和淀粉含量对小麦面团流变学特性的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以小麦强筋品种山农12和中筋品种山农11为材料,利用面团重组方法,在保持面粉中其他成分不变的情况下,配成不同蛋白质和淀粉含量的样品,研究了蛋白质和淀粉含量对面团流变学特性的影响。结果表明,当蛋白质含量依次为120%、140%和160%时,两品种面团的峰值高度和峰值宽度呈显著增加趋势(P<0.05),最大抗延伸阻力山农12分别为40.7 CK)、49.8 g、59.0 g和71.6 g,山农11分别为20.6(CK)、29.5 g、32.1 g和36.0 g,呈增加趋势,而延伸性变化不大;当淀粉含量依次为85%、90%和95%时,两品种面团的峰值高度和峰值能量呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05),延伸性山农12 分别为110.8 mm(CK)、68.8 mm、59.2 mm和36.5 mm,山农11分别为81.6 mm(CK)、75.8 mm、59.1 mm和50.3 mm,呈降低趋势,而最大抗延伸阻力变化不大。  相似文献

The stable carbon isotope technique has been widely used to infer the dietary ecology of a range of animal species; however calibration of the technique with animals fed known diets is essential for accurate back-calculation of dietary preferences. The aim of this study was to identify suitable samples and back-calculation methods to predict short-term (2 to 3 week) dietary selection by sheep among plants with C3 and C4 photosynthetic pathways. Variation in integration time of dietary carbon into plasma and faeces; diet-tissue discrimination of carbon isotopes (fractionation) and the importance of accounting for the digestible or indigestible components of the diet was investigated. The results indicate that faecal and rumen samples provided the most accurate prediction of short term dietary changes in sheep selecting between C3 and C4 plants. The most accurate back-calculation method for these samples used δ13C of the C3 and C4 plants and accounted for both diet-tissue discrimination and differences in the indigestibility between the C3 and C4 forage. For faecal samples, the organic matter content of the diet originating from C4 plants could be predicted with a mean error as low as 2.7%. Wool and plasma samples were not conducive to predicting proportion of C4 forage in the diet within 18 days after a change in diet; however plasma could be used to discriminate between animals fed 100% C3 and C4 diets after 3 days. The δ13C technique provides a valuable tool for researchers when designing pastures for dual environmental and production purposes. An understanding of what sheep select allows for development of appropriate grazing management strategies to optimise productivity and/or persistence of target species.  相似文献

Summary Lettuce and tomato seeds were treated in Petri dishes with a humic acid derived from an oxidized coal and with fractions of the same humic acid obtained by ultrafiltration through membranes of known molecular cutoff and by extracting with buffers set at pH 4 and pH 5. The unfractionated humic acid was applied at 40, 100, 1000, and 5000 mg l-1 whereas the humic fractions were applied at 40, 100, and 200 mg l-1. Germination parameters such as the number of total germinated seeds, the velocity of seed germination, the fresh weight and dry weight of total seedlings were measured and related to the chemical and physicochemical properties of the humic material. No increase in the germination percentage or the germination rate was observed for either lettuce or tomato seeds. The fresh weight of total seedlings and per seedling increased in treatments with unfractionated humic acid with increasing concentrations for both lettuce and tomato plants without showing signs of growth inhibition up to 5000 mg l-1. This was attributed to cell elongation and more efficient water uptake. For the lettuce, the fresh weight both of total seedlings and per seedling was enhanced by treating the seeds with fractions of low molecular weight and high content of acidic functions, whereas the dry weight both of total seedlings and per seedling did not change with the humic fraction used. For the tomato seeds in contrast, the dry weight both of total seedlings and per seedling was increased by the use of unfractionated humic acid and by some of the humic fractions. An uptake of humic material by growing tomato seedlings was inferred.  相似文献

Summary Purification of soil phosphatase-, urease-, casein- and benzoylarginamide-hydrolysing proteases was obtained by exhaustively ultrafiltering a soil extract using 0.1M pyrophosphate solution at pH 7.1, separating the retained material into fractions of molecular weight higher (AI) and lower (AII) than 105 and eluting the fractions on gel chromatography.Three peaks of phosphatase and urease activity were obtained after gel chromatography of fraction AI on Sephadex G200 using 0.1M pyrophosphate solution as eluant. Only one distinct activity peak was observed when casein- and benzoylarginamide-hydrolysing proteases were assayed in the eluted fractions. Elution diagrams obtained by gel chromatography of fraction AII on Sephadex G100, using a water as eluant, were characterized by one peak each of phosphatase-, casein- and benzoylarginamide-hydrolysing activity and by two peaks of urease activity.Gel chromatography of both AI and AII, generally, but not always, increased specific activity on a C and N basis of derivative fractions. Both proteases showed the highest increase in specific activity due to a marked decrease in organic C and N and an increase in total activity.  相似文献

The functional properties of wheat are largely dictated by composition and interactions of the gluten proteins. All flours contain gliadin and glutenin, but produce baked products of varying quality, which provides evidence that gluten proteins from different wheats possess different properties. A common method to study differences in gluten properties, which is utilized in this study, is fractionation/reconstitution experiments to understand how various gliadin to glutenin ratios and how fractions from different wheat sources affect gluten aggregation properties. Gliadin and glutenin from a vital wheat gluten were fractionated with 70% ethanol and reconstituted at various gliadin to glutenin ratios. Gliadin and glutenin from a Canadian eastern soft, eastern hard and western hard wheat (14% moisture) were fractionated and substituted between flours at the native gliadin to glutenin ratio. Gluten combinations were evaluated with a Gluten Peak Tester at constant temperature and mixing. Varying gliadin to glutenin ratio showed that 50:50 is optimal for fast gluten aggregation while amount of glutenin dictates strength. Substitution experiments showed that replacing good quality gluten fractions with those from a lower quality wheat decreases gluten quality, and vice versa. Data also showed that cultivar specific differences in gliadin and glutenin are more important in dictating gluten strength (torque), while gliadin to glutenin ratio dictates aggregation time (PMT) independent of the source of fractions. The study demonstrated the ability of the improved method to evaluate gluten aggregation by controlling for all variables except the one being tested. The data also revealed information about gluten aggregation properties never before seen.  相似文献

Basing on two long-term model experiments (microplots as well as greenhouse pot experiment) the influence of extreme management on a very easily decomposable pool of soil organic matter (SOM) was measured. The carbon content (C hwe ) of a hot water extractable pool of SOM was used as an indicator for the decomposable C pool. This parameter reflects both the dynamics of the amount of decomposable organic C pool and the different transformation conditions in case of the pot experiment (outside versus inside the greenhouse). Depending on soil type and both the total and decomposable organic matter level at the starting point of the experiments we can observe differences in the decreasing speed of the decomposable C pool: in the soils having a high level of SOM at starting point C hwe pool decreases more rapidly compared to the soils unfertilized or in case of the only P and K treatment of the Static Fertilization Experiment at the beginning of the pot experiment. At least we can observe a difference in decreasing intensity of this C hwe pool when comparing different soil types.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to identify the biochemical parameters that alter the soft wheat flour functionality for biscuit-making quality. A 9-point simplex centroid was used to investigate the effect of varying the ratios of gluten, water-solubles and starch-fractions isolated from three different flour grades (patent, middle-cut and clear flours) which exhibited a wide range of compositional and functionality characteristics on the dough rheological behaviour and the semi-sweet biscuit quality parameters. The amounts of soluble and insoluble proteins and pentosans as well as the endogenous lipids in each flour fraction were quantified. Dough consistency, elongational viscosity, hardness, half-relaxation time, relaxation rate constant, cohesiveness and springiness as well as biscuit density, firmness, tearing force and spatial frequency for the different flour fraction combinations were also assessed. Regression models have been developed to predict the responses of the rheological attributes of the dough as well as the biscuit quality characteristics to the compositional changes of the flour blends; in addition to the main linear terms (concentration of starch, gluten and water-solubles isolated from the different flour grades), significant interaction terms were identified which cannot be neglected in any prediction scheme for the dough and biscuit properties. Contour plots were drawn in an effort to better understand the overall property responses of the dough and biscuits. Significant relationships among certain dough rheological parameters and biscuit characteristics were found, implying a functional role for the total, soluble and insoluble proteins, pentosans and lipids in biscuit making.  相似文献

[目的]研究矿区土壤铜、铅和锌的形态分布及生物活性。[方法]选取广东某金属硫化物矿区外围2个代表性的农田深层土壤样品,运用Tessier连续提取法分析其铜、铅和锌的总量和5种化学形态。[结果]结果表明,土壤中铜、铅和锌主要以残渣态形式存在,铁锰氧化物结合态和有机物结合态次之,碳酸盐结合态很少,可交换态最低。不同元素在不同土壤类型和不同土壤层位的形态分布有很大差别。以生物活性系数来评价重金属的危害性,这3种元素的生物活性均偏低,其中铅〉锌〉铜,生物可利用性不高,对生态环境的潜在危害性不大。[结论]该研究结果对土壤铜、铅和锌的环境生物效应及其迁移转化规律具有重要意义。  相似文献

用连续提取法研究地球环境中重金属的存在形态在土壤化学、植物营养和环境科学中均具有重要意义,很多研究者对之进行了广泛深入的研究。针对以前提取程序分级较多,不便于操作的特点,近些年来,一些研究者更注重于研究简便,应用性强,又能提供有价值信息的重金属形态区分方法。笔者对此方法研究的新进展及其应用作了综述,并对以后的研究进行了展望。  相似文献
