随着除草剂使用量和使用频率的不断增加,杂草抗药性问题也逐渐成为杂草防除及治理的难点和热点。目前杂草对PS(Photosystem)Ⅱ抑制剂类除草剂产生抗药性主要分为靶标抗性和非靶标抗性。本研究综述了近年来杂草对PSⅡ抑制剂类除草剂抗药性的产生、发展现状及杂草抗PSⅡ抑制剂类除草剂的机理。针对这些问题,提出除草剂使用过程中需要注意的事项,为延缓杂草对该类除草剂产生抗药性提供一定参考。  相似文献

To assess the effect of the angiotensin‐converting enzyme (ACE) inhibition on the efficiency of the fixed‐time artificial insemination (TAI), 69 goats were divided randomly into two groups: enalapril (n = 35) and control (n = 34). In the experiment, all animals underwent the protocol of fixed‐time artificial insemination for 12 days. Enalapril group received enalapril maleate dissolved in saline (Enalapril, Lab Teuto Ltda) subcutaneously at the following doses: 0.2 mg/kg/day in D0‐D2; 0.3 mg/kg/day in D3‐D6 and 0.4 mg/kg/day in D7‐D11. The control group received the corresponding volume of 0.9% saline solution. We performed a single insemination 36 hr after sponge removal using frozen semen from two adult male goats with recognized fertility. The ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis was 30 days after the artificial insemination (AI). There was significant increase in pregnancy rates and twinning as well as a decrease in foetal loss in animals receiving enalapril (p < .01). The use of ACE inhibitors during the TAI protocol was shown to be a promising alternative to increase the efficiency of such reproductive biotechnology.  相似文献

The serine proteases, tissue‐ and urokinase‐type plasminogen activators (PLAT and PLAU) and their inhibitors SERPINE1/2 are regulators of plasminogen to plasmin conversion. They are widely expressed in ovarian tissues, including granulosa and cumulus cells, and their expression is regulated by gonadotropins. The aim of this work was to assess the effect of serine protease inhibitors (aprotinin and AEBSF) and SERPINE1/2 on FSH‐induced cumulus cell expansion, the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and retention of hyaluronic acid (HA) in expanding cumulus. The serine protease activity proved to be essential for the production of PGE2 and also for the retention of HA; the inhibition of plasminogen activators by SERPINE1/2 had the same effect. Collectively, these data indicate that plasmin is required for proper function of expanding cumulus cells in vitro and presumably also in vivo in the pre‐ovulatory follicles.  相似文献

In field and laboratory conditions the reproductive potential (survival at different stages of development) of the Colorado potato beetle has been measured, the dependence of the parameters of insects fertility on varietal features of the feed has been investigated, the food activity of the representatives of insects from four areas of the Southern Urals has been measured, the intensity and time of hypersensitivity reactions on potato leaves has been defined. In laboratory experiments, the level of activity of hydrolytic enzymes in insects and the level of activity of these enzymes inhibitors in the leaves of three potato varieties differing in their resistance to the Colorado potato beetle have been determined. The results show that the insects-representatives of different samples have different food activity in relation to different potato varieties. High mortality rates were revealed at feeding with leaves of potato of the Bashkir variety characterized by a high level of hydrolases inhibitors and relatively rapid development of necrotic reactions after the appearance of eggs laying on the leaves. We suppose that the neerogenetic barrier appearing in the form of necrosis is the major cause of the fetal mortality of insects. The level of the content of inhibitors inactivating larvae digestive enzymes affects the survival of insects at postembryonic stages. The speed of the necrosis emergence, the level of activity of digestive enzymes inhibitors in potato can be considered as criteria for the selection of breeding material for resistance to the Colorado potato beetle.  相似文献

多重耐药菌的出现已成为农业防治植物病害的一大难题,目前急需发展新的防治策略。群体感应 (quorum sensing, QS) 是一种微生物之间普遍存在的依赖于菌体密度的沟通协调机制,控制着细菌的生长、增殖、致病性、生物被膜形成及相关群体活动行为。群体感应抑制剂在抑制细菌毒性基因表达时不会对细菌生长产生压力,从而避免了细菌耐药性的产生。这一新颖的抑菌机制使其在开发新型农药方面有很大潜力。本文着重介绍了细菌群体感应机制、天然的及合成的细菌群体感应抑制剂种类及其应用。  相似文献

为明确不同发育阶段小麦赤霉病菌对甾醇生物合成抑制剂类(SBIs)杀菌剂的敏感性差异及杀菌剂的作用方式,对4种SBIs类杀菌剂进行了室内毒力测定及田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明:不同发育阶段小麦赤霉病菌对4种SBIs类药剂的敏感性存在较大差异,其敏感性由高到低依次为菌丝生长阶段和产孢阶段芽管伸长阶段孢子萌发阶段;其中,戊唑醇对菌丝生长、产孢、芽管伸长和孢子萌发阶段的EC50值分别为0.686、0.191、3.532和3.825μg/m L,咪鲜胺分别为0.063、0.305、0.827和36.581μg/m L,苯醚甲环唑分别为0.873、3.659、5.687和79.465μg/m L,烯唑醇分别为1.961、33.658、41.881和54.986μg/m L。显微观察4种SBIs类杀菌剂对小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发形态的影响,发现杀菌剂处理后菌丝末端分枝增多,新生菌丝伸长受阻,菌丝体局部膨大,有时可见菌丝及芽管的消解。田间试验结果表明:用量为有效成分100 g/hm2的戊唑醇、200 g/hm2的咪鲜胺和200 g/hm2的苯醚甲环唑对小麦赤霉病的保护效果为77.15%~79.26%,治疗效果为70.64%~72.77%,于发病前后使用均可有效防治该病害。  相似文献

Wheat grain damaged by wheat bug (Eurygaster spp.) contains the bug salivary secretion which hydrolyses the gluten needed for the dough quality of breadmaking due to its proteolytic activity. Since the protease inhibitors are widespread throughout the plant kingdom, the possibility of using some plants, especially food and feed legumes to decrease the proteolytic activity of flours milled from bug damaged wheats was investigated. The proteolytic activity was considerably inhibited by pefabloc-SC and EDTA-Na2, suggesting that bug protease(s) included serine and metallo proteases. Extracts from cones of hops, seeds of grass pea, red kidney bean and sunflower caused reduction in the activity of bug protease(s). Effects of hop extract on electrophoretic, rheological properties of high protease activity flours milled from different bread wheat cultivars damaged by the bug were also studied. The dough development time and stability values of high protease activity flours increased considerably with hop extract at the lowest addition level (10:1, flour to hop extract ratio). The doughs supplemented with the hop extract had higher maximum resistance and lower extensibility values as compared to their controls. These results suggested that hop extract had improving effects on high protease activity flours due to the bug damage.  相似文献
