In China, the purity of maize hybrid strain is discomforting to the development of seed industrialization. Finding a new method for reproduction of maize hybrid strain is necessary. In this study, using particle bombardment, barstar gene was transferred into maize inbred line 18-599 (White), which is an antiviral and high quality maize inbred line. By molecular detection of the anther of transgenic maize, two plants transferred with barstar gene were gained in this study, which are two restorer lines. The two plants showed normal male spike, and lively microspores. But the capacity of the two restorer lines should be studied in the future. The aim of this study is to find a new method of reproduction of maize hybrid strain using engineering restorer lines and engineering sterility lines by gene engineering technology.  相似文献

In the ironmaking process, it is essential that sinter and feed of blast furnace are established economically and reasonably. Taking some steel company for example, the best economical condition for feed of blast furnace is comprehensively considered from technologic demand and economic efficiency. According to LP and based on practice and trial, aimed function and confined condition is confirmed, computation programs are made by Matlab while realizing optimization feed. The blast furnace material balance and heat balance are calculated by program with visual interface. Thus, we can directly judge rationality of optimization. BACKGROUND: High resistance of brown planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens Stål to common insecticides is a challenge for control of the pest. An alternative control strategy based on the combined application of fungal and chemical agents has been evaluated. RESULTS: Three gradient spore concentrations of oil‐formulated Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschnikoff) Sorokin (Ma456) were sprayed onto third‐instar nymphs in five bioassays comprising the low buprofezin rates of 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 µg mL?1 respectively. Fungal LC50 after 1 week at 25 °C and 14:10 h light:dark photoperiod decreased from 386 conidia mm?2 in the buprofezin‐free bioassay to 40 at the highest chemical rate. Buprofezin (LC50: 1647, 486 and 233 µg mL?1 on days 2 to 4) had no significant effect on the fungal outgrowths of mycosis‐killed cadavers at the low application rates. The fungal infection was found to cause 81% reduction in reproductive potential of BPH adults. In two 40 day field trials, significant planthopper (mainly BPH) control (54–60%) was achieved by biweekly sprays of two fungal candidates (Ma456 and Ma576) at 1.5 × 1013 conidia ha?1 and elevated to 80–83% by incorporating 30.8 g buprofezin ha?1 into the fungal sprays. Serpentine radiant heat transfer pipes(SRHTP)are expensive and with low heat exchanged, so the heat transfer panel with capillary imbibition core (HTPCIC) is put forward. HTPCIC is composed by potassium citrate-plaster (PCP), and PCP board becomes a uniform channel of which the flow rate is 55.3% when water is cooling medium. By changing the emissivity of HTPCIC' surface(low emissivity 0.23,high emissivity 0.95)and the temperature of cold-water(7~18 ℃), at 26 ℃ (±1 ℃), heat transfer characteristics of HTPCIC are analyzed whose average pore radius is 0.015 mm and porosity is 55.3%. The experimental results show that the cooling capacity of HTPCIC meets the requirements of conventional radiation air-conditioning, and compared with SRHTP, the initial cost reduces by 80%. Moreover, regression equation of the HTPCIC heat transfer guideline is proposed: Nu=0.029Re0.21Pr2.6θ0, which provides basis for establishing a complete design theory.  相似文献

A new chemical kinetic mechanism model of NO-CH4 interaction is adopted to simulate the reaction process of CH4 in the plug flow reactor (PRF) and HCCI engine based on the experimental verification. The initial NO mole concentration and reaction temperature are changed and the effect of NO on CH4 oxidation is analyzed. The results show that: NO mainly reacts with alkylperoxy ROO·produced in CH4 oxidative reaction, and alkylperoxy ROO · is transformed into alkoxy radicals RO ·. NO accelerates the oxidation of CH4 at low concentration. With the concentration of NO rising, its performance of speeding up fuel oxidation is inhibited. At low temperature, NO promotes oxidation of CH4. But at high temperature, due to low concentration of alkylperoxy ROO ·, NO almost loses its effects. The effect of NO on ignition delay of HCCI combustion is closely related to its concentration. The ignition delay reduces when NO is at low concentration, and the trend reducing the ignition delay slows down at high concentration. These results are mainly based on competition between R126 and R150.  相似文献
