The dynamics of collembolan communities were investigated in a spruce forest and in a dry natural meadow (Moscow Region, Russia) from 1991 to 1998. The long-term dynamics of springtail communities were compared to understand the role of external and internal factors responsible for changes over time. The two springtail communities were similiar in species richness (54 and 52 species), species diversity, as well as their rank/dominance distribution patterns. There were two dominant species in the forest, Isotomiella minor (Schäff.) and Parisotoma notabilis (Schäff.), and three in the meadow, P. notabilis, Lepidocyrtus lignorum (Fabr.) and Protaphorura armata Gisin. Community organization was much more stable over time in the forest than in the meadow. Population densities of the two dominant species changed synchronously and correlated with mean monthly temperature in the forest. In the meadow, densities of only some dominant species (P. notabilis and L. lignorum) correlated with each other and with temperature. It is supposed that a constant organization of collembolan communities through time arises as a result of successional changes over long periods with relatively stable conditions allowing the gradual formation of complexes of dominant species. 相似文献

Soil communities are compartmentalized into pathways of trophic interactions and nutrient flows that originate from plant roots, bacteria and fungi. The pathways differ in terms of the organisms that comprise them, the habitats that the organisms occupy and the rates by which the organisms process and transfer material and energy. The fungi, nematodes and arthropods within the fungal pathway live in air-filled pore spaces and water films, while the bacteria, protozoa, and nematodes within the bacterial pathway occupy water-filled pore spaces and water films. Organisms within the fungal pathway have longer generation times and process matter at slower rates than those within the bacterial pathway. Empirical studies have shown that under natural conditions the pathways co-exist in a stable manner. The relative sizes (indexed by the densities of organisms) and activities (indexed by nutrient-flow rates, excretion rates and respiration rates) of the pathways may change seasonally and in response to minor disturbances, but they persist. However, large anthropogenic and natural disturbances induce shifts in the relative sizes and activities of the pathways. Coincident with these shifts are reports of changes in the aboveground plant community and the availability and retention of plant limiting nutrients. We developed simple models of the bacterial and fungal pathways to explore the consequences of the observed shifts on the dynamic stability of the system. The more stable configurations occurred when there was a balance in the flow of nutrients between the two pathways. Large shifts in nutrient cycling and community structure towards either the fungal pathway or toward the bacterial pathway resulted in less stable or unstable configurations. 相似文献

施用有机肥是循环农业的典型措施,能够净化环境、保证食品安全、加强土壤的可持续利用。本文以中国农业大学曲周试验站长期设施蔬菜地为研究对象,试验已进行6年,共设单施有机肥、有机无机配施与无机肥3种施肥处理。结果表明:施用有机肥处理的土壤有机C含量显著高于有机无机配施和无机肥处理107.02%、171.71%;干筛分析表明有机肥处理下的土壤非水稳性团聚体的平均重量直径(WMD)和几何平均直径(GMD)值均显著高于有机无机配施与无机肥65.68%、4.18%和16.80%、8.26%;湿筛结果也表明有机肥处理下的土壤水稳性团聚体WMD、GMD值显著高于有机无机配施与无机肥41.12%、34.78%和77.78%、63.16%;0~20 cm耕层有机肥处理增加了土壤分散系数,而20~40 cm耕层有机肥处理显著降低了土壤分散系数。在蔬菜有机栽培中单施有机肥可增加土壤有机C、非水稳性团聚体、水稳性团聚体及耕层下微团聚体含量,是改良土壤结构的有效措施。 相似文献

The storage stability of melon milk at room (30 ± 2 °C)and refrigeration (10 ± 2 °C) temperatures was determined by analyzing changes in the chemical, microbial andsensory properties of the milk stored for 7 days. Theresults showed that at both storage temperatures, solublesolids and pH of the milk decreased while titratableacidity increased with storage. The standard plate countsincreased appreciably while coliforms were absent in themilk with storage at both storage temperatures. The overallacceptability score of the melon milk dropped duringstorage, the drop being faster at 30 ± 2 °C than at 10 ± 2 °C. 固化茧丝的丝胶稳定性及染色性直接关系丝胶固着丝绸产品的市场开发前景。通过测定丝胶溶失率、耐洗涤性能和上染率及红外光谱,研究了固化茧丝的丝胶稳定性及适用的染料和部分染色工艺条件。检测结果表明固化茧丝的丝胶溶失率比普通茧丝低,丝胶性能稳定,90℃条件下固化茧丝的丝胶溶失率只有1.6%;红外光谱显示固化茧丝的分子结构发生了一定改变;活性染料和酸性染料对固化茧丝的上染试验显示酸性染料的上染率高于活性染料,但其染色均匀性不及活性染料,活性染料和酸性染料对固化茧丝的最高上染率分别为67.9%、68.5%;适宜固化茧丝纤维上染的温度为70℃,用酸性染料上染固化茧丝不宜采用强酸性浴。 相似文献

采用分光光度计比浊法测定酿酒酵母INVSc1的生长曲线,确定菌体生长规律;并以此为依据,制备酿酒酵母感受态细胞,进行葡萄芪合酶基因酿酒酵母重组质粒的转化;采用菌落PCR法快速鉴定阳性重组子,并进一步检测重组质粒在重组菌中的稳定性.结果表明,于酵母菌对数生长中期(OD600为0.8时)进行重组质粒的转化,可以得到较高的转化效率;在0~72 h发酵培养过程中重组质粒在宿主菌中的稳定性达到100%.这为后续工作开展葡萄芪合酶基因在酿酒酵母中的诱导表达研究奠定了技术基础. 相似文献

粒重稳定性是小麦稳产性的重要评价指标。为了发掘小麦在遭受虫害等减源逆境伤害时影响粒重稳定性的QTL,以小偃81和西农1376杂交衍生的重组自交系(RILs)群体为试验材料,设早播和晚播两个播期,对减源处理下该群体的粒长、粒宽和千粒重进行表型分析,同时计算减源处理与对照处理的表型比值,进而估测发育稳定性,并利用50K芯片构建的遗传连锁图谱进行QTL定位。结果表明,与对照处理相比,减源处理下RIL群体的粒长、粒宽和千粒重均显著下降。采用完备复合区间模型对不同处理的表型值、表型比值分别进行QTL定位,共检测到18个QTL,分布于2A、3A、3B、3D、4B、4D和5D染色体上,其中有8个QTL在减源处理和对照处理中均表达, Qgl.nwafu-5D.3和 Qkgw.nwafu-5D均在早播对照处理和晚播减源处理中被检测到,平均可解释表型变异的8.73%和8.19%,为稳定QTL,且 Qgl.nwafu-5D.3也在早播减源处理中被检测到,推测这2个稳定QTL可能为新发现的位点。控制表型比值的QTL大多与控制粒长、粒宽和千粒重的QTL区间重合,推测维持减源后粒重稳定性的QTL与控制粒长、粒宽和千粒重的位点紧密连锁或存在“一因多效”现象。 相似文献
