草鱼、银鲫和青鱼捕捞后的应激反应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

分别评价了捕捞对草食性(草鱼)、杂食性(银鲫)和肉食性(青鱼)鲤科鱼类血液指标(血浆史质醇、葡萄糖和乳酸浓度)、肝糖原含量和两种肝脏糖酵解酶(己糖激酶和丙酮酸激酶)活性的影响。结果显示:草鱼、银鲫和青鱼捕捞后血浆史质醇、葡萄糖和乳酸浓度均显著升高;草鱼和青鱼捕捞后2 h时肝糖原含量呈下降趋势,但银鲫捕捞前、后肝糖原含量未出现显著变化;捕捞前、后青鱼血糖浓度显著高于草鱼和银鲫。银鲫肝糖原含量显著高于草鱼和青鱼,其捕捞后血浆葡萄糖和乳酸浓度增加幅度较小,这意味着捕捞后银鲫应激反应强度相对较低。草鱼和银鲫捕捞后肝脏己糖激酶和丙酮酸激酶活性未发生显著变化,青鱼捕捞后2 h己糖激酶活性显著下降,这意味着捕捞应激后血糖升高未导致草鱼、银鲫和青鱼的肝脏糖酵解酶活性增强。  相似文献

Metallothioneins (MTs), considered as metal biomarkers by many authors, are very conserved proteins that present great interests in phylogenetical studies. This paper reports the purification of the hepatic MT from the roach (Rutilus rutilus). After extensive reverse-phase HPLC, the sequence of the MT was established by a combination of techniques including automated Edman degradation, mass spectrometry and enzymatic treatment. Sequence comparison with other fishes or mammalian MTs showed considerable identities and a high conservation in cysteine residues positions. MTs of roach and goldfish that both belong to the same family (Cyprinidae) share 97% identity. Ninety five% identity were found between roach and stone loach (Cypriniforms, Cobitidae) MTs. Only 77% identity were found with pleuronectiforms or salmoniforms. This sequence brings a new element in the study of the phylogenetical relationships among teleost species.  相似文献

Fish are the most diverse species of all vertebrate groups, and their blood cells have shown variable characteristics in terms of morphology. Cytochemical staining for enzyme activity in blood leukocytes will help assess the immune function of fish. We characterize blood cells from crucian carp (Carassius auratus) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) by using a Diff‐Quick stain as well as different cytochemical methods. Blood specimens obtained from crucian carp and grass carp were evaluated after cytochemical staining for acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), naphthol AS chloroacetate esterase (AS‐DNCE), naphthyl acetate esterase (NAE), α‐naphthyl butyrate esterase (NBE), peroxidase (MPO) and periodic acid–Schiff's reaction (PAS) using commercial kits. Blood cell types were evaluated based on their morphological characteristics and the presence or absence of specific chromogen. The expression pattern of enzymes was similar between the two Cyprinidae and was also broadly consistent with other fish species. However, there were some interesting differences detected between crucian carp and grass carp, including naphthol AS chloroacetate esterase activity in monocytes, peroxidase activity and location in thrombocytes. The ACP, ALP and MPO expressions of different leukocytes of the two Cyprinidae were evaluated by Image Pro Plus and were analysed for statistical significant differences. This investigation provides basic haematology and enzyme activity analyses for crucian carp and grass carp and serves as an approach to evaluating the immune response of fish.  相似文献

Abstract – We examined the reproductive characteristics of 38 female longnose dace ( Rhinichthys cataractae ) from one of the southernmost populations of this species during two sampling periods in 1999 (ES=March 1999, LS=June 1999). Our data indicated that ES fish had not spawned, whereas LS fish had begun spawning. The smallest mature female captured was 56 mm SL (age 1+). Mean potential fecundity differed significantly between ES (mean±1 SD=1832±572 oocytes) and LS (mean±1 SD=775±415 oocytes) specimens. Potential fecundity was positively correlated with both standard length and somatic mass for both ES and LS specimens. Oocyte diameter frequency histograms indicated that ES specimens possessed two modes of oocytes, whereas LS fish contained two or three modes. Female longnose dace appeared to spawn more than once during a reproductive season. Oocyte number varied substantially both among individuals within periods and between periods. The number of Mode II oocytes in ES fish was positively correlated with both length and somatic mass. Female longnose dace appeared potentially capable of spawning 6+ clutches per year. GSI values for longnose dace ranged from a high of 21.4% (LS specimen) to 2.4% (ES specimen). Regression analysis demonstrated that there was no evidence of differential reproductive effort between longnose dace of different size in this population.  相似文献

Entrainment of 0+ riverine fish (mostly pelagic cyprinids) by a power station intake, and down-river drift over a nearby weir, followed the same pattern, occurring throughout the year and being greatest during the night in the first weeks of life (i.e. in summer), reaching a peak shortly after dusk. Entrainment and drift of benthic species, and of fish older than 0+, were negligible. Mortality following entrainment was 100%. Impingement of fish on the intake screens was negligible, probably because individuals larger than the screen mesh were able to escape the intake current. The species composition and length-frequencies of the drifting fish, but not their overall abundance, showed some variation with distance from the river margin. It is argued that the fish vulnerable to entrainment are those 0+ individuals which are dispersing in the river by drifting.  相似文献

Freshwater fishes worldwide face an array of threats from dam construction, river fragmentation, pollution, over‐exploitation and interactions with introduced species. Such impacts are especially prevalent in densely populated countries undergoing rapid development, and their effects are felt most strongly where regional fish diversity is high. We reviewed studies of the distribution of freshwater fish species throughout China to map a biogeographical pattern and ascertain the environmental factors contributing to this distribution. We then linked this information to identify geographic areas to be recommended as the focus of conservation efforts. A total of 920 species in 302 genera, 54 families and 21 orders were recorded. Among the recorded species, 73% were Cypriniformes and 12% were Siluriformes. Cyprinidae was the most dominant family with 473 species, followed by Balitoridae with 157 species. The administrative division of the biogeography of China's freshwater fishes consisted of nine regions, including the Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau Region, Oriental Region, Northwest Region, South Region, Loess Plateau Region, Heilongjiang Region, Upper Yangtze Region, 3H Plain Region and Middle‐Lower Yangtze Plain Region. The river system was the primary factor in determining China's freshwater fish biogeography. Under stepwise regression analysis, river discharge was found to be the most influential factor in determining richness, followed by population size and net primary productivity. The higher level of fish endemicity and sensitivity to environmental change led to the identification of Southwest China and the higher areas of Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau as the primary areas to be considered for fish conservation and potential natural reserves.  相似文献

This study aimed at (1) evaluating the efficacy of live food organisms (Artemia and natural zooplankton) and an artificial diet in the larval rearing of African carp Labeo parvus and (2) determining appropriate rearing conditions. After yolk sac resorption, the larvae were separated into five different feeding trials with two replicates. At the end of the larval rearing period (28 days post‐hatching), the highest (94.6%) and the lowest (53.7%) cumulative survival rates were found when larvae were fed with natural zooplankton for 7 days followed by Nippai food for 21 days, and when larvae were fed from the beginning of exogenous feeding with Nippai food only respectively. The significant highest body weight (351.6 mg), total length (34.4 mm) and specific growth rates (15.5%day?1) were recorded when the larvae were fed with Artemia nauplii for 14 days followed by Nippai food for 14 days. The lowest growth performance (body weight and specific growth rates) were obtained when larvae were fed exclusively Nippai food. These results indicate that L. parvus can be successfully cultured in indoor nursery systems from hatching to the early juvenile stage.  相似文献

首次记述了瓣结鱼的早期发育过程,对其胚胎及幼鱼发育各期特征先后进行了3次较为仔细的观察,并记述了胚胎发育的积温、积累度时值以及从孵化到105d的幼鱼的生长数据。成熟卵直径1.7~1.9mm,受精卵吸水膨胀后,外膜径达2.5~2.7mm,具粘性。在水温20.5~23.0℃条件下,受精卵历时71h7min孵化,初孵仔鱼平均全长6.6mm,经65~72d,幼鱼发育基本完成,对瓣结鱼胚胎发育的下限温度及早期发育作了探讨。  相似文献
