婴幼儿配方奶粉研究进展

婴幼儿配方奶粉是非母乳喂养婴儿最重要的营养来源,我国婴幼儿配方奶粉市场需求巨大,但基础营养与加工技术研究起步较晚。本文从母乳营养需求、配方奶粉标准和奶粉基料研发等方面,详细介绍了婴幼儿配方奶粉的营养学研究进展;从干法与湿法等生产工艺对配方奶粉特性的影响方面论述了婴幼儿配方奶粉加工技术的研究进展;同时也讨论了婴幼儿奶粉中存在的危害风险,为我国婴幼儿配方奶粉在基料选择、生产技术和产业发展方面提供参考。     

Effect of Antibiotic-containing Extenders on Taylorella equigenitalis Contaminated Semen

Taylorella equigenitalis is a gram-negative coccobacillus and the causative agent of a transmissible venereal disease in horses known as contagious equine metritis. Outbreaks of contagious equine metritis have been documented in various countries since 1977, with the most recent discovery in the United States in December 2008. During disease occurrences, culturing semen samples for T equigenitalis before breeding may help to prevent transmission of this disease; however, little is known about the antimicrobial activity of equine semen extenders against the organism. The purpose of this study was to investigate the infectivity levels of T equigenitalis in three equine semen extenders inoculated with known concentrations of the organism. The semen extenders used for this study included INRA 96, E-Z Mixin BF, and VMDZ. In addition, Timentin was added to INRA 96 at three different concentrations (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mg/mL) to investigate possible synergistic effects of antibiotic supplementation of extenders. Results were based on the visual counting of the colonies on chocolate Eugon agar plates. Both INRA 96 (with added Timentin) and VMDZ (as supplied by the manufacturer) significantly reduced the numbers of T equigenitalis isolated from semen extenders as compared with INRA 96 (as supplied by the manufacturer) or the antibiotic free E-Z Mixin BF. Our findings indicate that INRA 96 (with added Timentin) or VMDZ may significantly decrease the growth of T equigenitalis in extended semen; however, it is also important to consider the possible effects of antibiotic supplemented extenders on sperm longevity and fertility in addition to eliminating specific pathogens in semen.     

西瓜测土配方施肥试验

以西瓜新品种"凯旋"为试材,研究了测土配方施肥在西瓜上的应用效果。结果表明:测土配方施肥能促进植株生长,提高光合速率,增强植株光合能力,改善西瓜品质,提高西瓜产量,可增产20.55%,同时提高了收获后的土壤肥力。     

Intestinal absorption of forsythoside A in different compositions of Shuang-Huang-Lian

Shuang-Huang-Lian (SHL), a traditional Chinese formula containing Lonicerae japonicae flos (LJF), Scutellariae radix (SR) and Forsythiae fructus (FF), is commonly used to treat acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis and light pneumonia. Forsythoside A is one of the main active ingredients in Forsythiae fructus, a key herb in SHL. In the present study, effects of different compositions in SHL on the intestinal absorption of forsythoside A were investigated. The observations from in situ intestinal circulation model showed that A/%(h^− 1) of forsythoside A in FF + LSF, FF + SR and SHL were all reduced greatly compared with that in FF. However, in pharmacokinetics study, C_max and AUC_0 → 1440 of forsythoside A all increased and T_1/2 prolonged in SHL, FF + LJF and FF + SR compared with FF. The results indicated that the different compositions of SHL decreased absorption but increased bioavailability of forsythoside A, which may be related to its metabolism inhibited in intestine or liver.     

蛭石与人造沸石氨氮等温吸附理论式与判别式

为比较在高起始氨氮浓度C0点和介质用量W0点上,吸附理论通式Qe=W0qmC0/[qmKw W0(qm-qe) C0]与其简化方程Qe=W0qmC0/[qm(Kw W0) C0]的适用性,测定了给定pH值和温度条件下反应平衡时NH4Cl溶液中蛭石和人造沸石的氨氮吸附量(Qe).在该试验条件下确定的蛭石单位介质吸附容量qm和介质系数Kw值分别为22 mg/g和15.5 g/L,人造沸石的qm和Kw的值分别为45 mg/g和8 g/L.在整个试验氨氮浓度C0和介质用量W0范围内,用该通式描述两介质刘氨氮的等温吸附过程具有很高的精确度.而简化方程仅在有限范围内即C0相对小或W0相对大时才适用.若给定预测相对误差(RD),则C0/qm(Kw W0)≤RD可作为简化方程应用的判别式.     

威布尔(Weibull)空间分布型模型的抽样式研究

本文首次运用威布尔分布于昆虫空间分布型的抽样式研究中,经推导得出符合威布尔分布型模型的理论抽样式和序贯抽样式,具体给出了惠安县马尾松毛虫种群的抽样规则,旨在为实际应用和进一步研究提供科学依据。     

Composite site-productivity functions for Northeastern Ontario black spruce

Data from 122 northeastern Ontario plots were used to develop composite site-productivity functions for black spruce (Picea mariana [Mill.] B.S.P.). A logistic model produced the best fit to the data. The resulting equations produce sets of polymorphic site-productivity curves with subsets of three curves, one for each of Ontario's Forest Ecosystem Classification Operational Groups (FEC OGs) 11, 12 and 14. For direct estimates of site productivity, site index was expressed as a function of stand height, age and FEC OG by employing the reciprocal of the logistic model. Application of the resulting equations and tables is demonstrated in an example. The procedures employed may be used to develop ecologically based site-productivity functions for other areas.     

浅谈当前森林覆盖率计算的两个公式

介绍计算森林覆盖率的2个公式,指出应该用(2)式计算森林覆盖率.分析了有林地面积、国家特别规定灌木林地面积、灌木林地面积与森林覆盖率的关系.     

磷化锌药签配方及工艺改良研究

通过对6组助剂组合吸潮速度的测定，筛选出磷化锌药签最佳助荆组合，以KT50为指标筛选出最佳的药签配方，并在选择调制剂的基础上实现了药签生产的一步法工艺。     

林分断面积生长率公式探讨

根据林分生长理论，结合原始调查数据，对林业生产中的3种断面积生长率理论公式Meyer式、Pressler式和张角式的特性作了进一步研究，并对3种方法作了具体验证。研究结果表明：3种断面积生长率计算方法有一定差异，当后期与前期平均断面积比值大于1.30时，Meyer方法计算断面积生长率高于其余两种方法，张角法则和Pressler法则十分接近，但张角法更有理论依据。
