Exploitation of Wild Flowers and the Sustainable Development of Flowers Industry in China

This article introduced the new methods on the research of the wild flowers and plants idioplasmic resources, elaborated the introduction and domestication and exploitation of wild flowers and plants idioplasmatic resources and the sustainable development of flowers and plants industry in China, and put forward some proposals on the existing question and the prospects for the development.     

Effects of Ultra-drying on Viability and Physiological Characteristics of Platycladus orientalis Seed from Arid and Semiarid Areas of Northwest China

In order to supply quality seed for vegetation restoration in arid and semiarid areas of Northwest China, the effects of Platycladus orientalis seed storage under ultra-drying and accelerated aging were studied. The seeds were dried from 6.8% to 5.1%, 4.4%, 3.7% and 2.2% MC, respectively, in a desiccator with the silica gel. Effects of Different Covering Ways on Emergence Rate of Sophora japonica L. Afforested by Direct Seeding

In order to maintain higher emergence rate with direct seeding in Shandong rocky mountain, effects of different covering ways on emergence rate of Sophora japonica L. direct seeding were studied. Relationship Between Diurnal Changes of Net Photosynthetic Rate and Influencing Factors in Rice under Saline Sodic Stress

The net photosynthetic rate of flag leaves and influencing factors under saline sodic soil conditions were investigated at the full heading stage of rice. The net photosynthetic rate of rice leaves showed a double-peak curve in a day in both non-saline sodic and saline sodic soil treatments. 有机物料对污染土壤微生物碳和磷的影响

施用不同的有机物料对污染土壤微生物量及其磷素的固定作用的研究发现 ,有机物料施入污染土壤之后 ,土壤微生物碳 (C)在第 3d即达到高峰 ,土壤微生物磷 (P)在第 10d达到高峰 ,腐熟的牛粪对该土壤磷的活化作用很大 ,而葡萄糖的处理显著地降低了污染土壤磷的有效性 ,并不同程度地增加了对土壤磷的生物固定。     

2 个品系木奶果幼苗叶绿素荧光参数日变化分析

为了给木奶果Baccaurea ramiflora幼苗的遮阴养护提供基础支撑,以木奶果红皮和黄皮2个品系的盆栽幼苗作为试验材料,置于室外和室内2种条件下,测定其叶绿素荧光参数的日变化,分析木奶果幼苗的光适应性。2个品系的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PS Ⅱ实际光合效率(Yield)和稳态光化学淬灭系数(qP)的日变化趋势基本一致,表现为在中午光照强度较高时数值较低,在早上和傍晚光照强度较低时数值较高;电子相对传递效率(ETR)和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)表现为在中午光照强度较高时数值较高,在早上和傍晚光照强度较低时数值较低。在不同条件下黄皮品系的各项参数比红皮更优,其光能利用率更高、热耗散更少和电子传递能力更强,对环境的适应能力更强。
