为实现一种作业与运输兼用型地轮机构的状态转换,针对其结构特点研究一种非端部支撑的新型液压支撑方案,以满足在有限的安装空间内实现大工作行程的要求。在建立该机构力学及运动学模型的基础上,通过几何关系及动力约束条件进行参数的区域逼近;确定液压缸安装位置和参数的可行域后,运用动态图形模拟摆梁步进旋转时机构的运动情况,观测参数取值域曲线的运动状态,得出与可行边界线的交点,从而确定在液压系统压力16 MPa条件下,安装臂长度175 mm,安装臂距旋转点357 mm,液压缸缸体长度为916 mm,缸体内径为71 mm。研究及样机试用表明,非端部支撑对置双缸体液压支撑机构能够满足地轮状态转换的需要,且具有结构紧凑、工作行程大的特点。同时,该研究探索并证实了区域逼近与动态图形求解法在解决此类机构的优化与参数求解方面的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

Objective To evaluate the effect of the number of days exposure to a prepartum transition diet on mineral, energy and protein metabolism in dairy cows. Design A prospective cohort study. Procedures The prepartum transition diet consisted of ryegrass pasture, cereal hay, grain, grain by-product, protein meals, BioChlor®, rumen modifiers, minerals and vitamins and contained 13.9% crude protein, 10.0 MJ metabolisable energy/kg and a dietary cation anion difference of −35 meq/kg dry matter. Forty cows were bled bi-weekly from their introduction to the prepartum transition diet until day 35 of lactation. Blood samples were submitted for estimation of a range of metabolites. Cubic smoothed splines were fitted to scatterplots of metabolite concentration as a function of day relative to calving and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Linear regression modelling determined the effect of days exposed, age, body condition score (BSC) and calving day on AUC. Results The prepartum AUC of blood phosphorus and beta-hydroxybutyrate increased and the AUC of blood calcium and cholesterol decreased with increasing days exposed to the diet. The postpartum AUC of beta-hydroxybutyrate and non-esterified fatty acids decreased with increasing days exposed but increased with days exposed × age and days exposed × BCS, respectively. The AUC of other metabolites did not vary significantly with number of days exposed. Conclusions Increasing exposure to the prepartum diet significantly altered the AUC of blood metabolites associated with mineral, energy and protein metabolism in ways consistent with improvements in production and reproduction previously reported and the result suggests links between energy, protein and skeletal metabolism.  相似文献

选用1日龄健康AA肉鸡120只随机均分成4组,使用硫酸铜作为铜源,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,对照组饲料铜含量为11mg/kg,3个试验高铜组饲料铜含量分别为110,220,330mg/kg,试验至60日龄结束,来探讨高铜日粮对肉鸡肝线粒体膜通透性、脂类代谢及肝和肌肉铜含量的影响。结果显示:(1)随着铜浓度的增加和/或饲养日龄的延长,线粒体膜通透性转换孔(Mitochondrial permeability transition pore,MPTP)逐渐扩大(P0.05);(2)血清总胆固醇(T-Ch)含量110,220mg/kg铜添加组低于对照组(P0.05),330mg/kg铜添加组极显著低于对照组(P0.01),而甘油三酯(TG)的含量在各高铜组均极显著低于对照组(P0.01);(3)与对照组相比,肝脏铜含量110,220mg/kg铜添加组有所增加(P0.05),330mg/kg铜添加组极显著增加(P0.01),肌肉中铜含量在各高铜组均极显著高于对照组(P0.01)。这说明高铜可造成肝线粒体不同程度的肿胀和损伤,改变肉鸡脂类的新陈代谢,明显增加肝和肌肉组织的铜含量。  相似文献

根据姑婆山国家森林公园1999年和2009年森林调查资料,在ArcGIS和Fragstas 3.3的支持下对姑婆山国家森林公园景观格局动态变化进行研究。结果表明:研究期间,研究区主要景观类型没有变化,阔叶树、灌木林、杉木林3种主要景观类型面积占总面积的比例由80.44%提高到94.51%;景观基质均为阔叶林,占总面积比例由63.63%提高到75.82%;总斑块数量由301块下降到174块;平均形状指数呈下降趋势;多样指数由1.233下降到0.862;优势度指数则由0.846升高至1.217。总体表现为针叶林向针阔混交林,进而向阔叶林演替,景观趋向连续和稳定。  相似文献

鄂西贫困县耕地利用转型空间分异及其影响因素   总被引:10,自引:2,他引:8  
耕地利用转型对推动乡村转型发展,促进乡村社会经济水平的提高具有重要意义。为准确分析鄂西贫困县耕地利用转型的空间分异特征及其影响因素,该文从空间形态和功能形态2方面测度了耕地利用转型状况,利用空间自相关模型分析了耕地利用转型的空间分异特征,并利用径向基神经网络模型从人口、经济和产业结构3方面分析了耕地利用转型空间分异的影响因素效用。结果表明:从全局空间自相关来看,鄂西16贫困县2002-2013年耕地空间转型具有显著正相关效应,其中在2002-2005年正相关效应最强;而耕地功能形态转型呈现出逐渐减弱的空间正相关效应。从局部空间自相关来看,鄂西16贫困县耕地空间形态转型的低-低区分布主要在鄂西北地区,高-高区和低-高区主要分布在鄂西南地区;耕地功能转型的局部空间自相关性较低,空间异质性不明显,仅来凤县处于高-高区。在影响因素效用方面,人均固定资产投资和城市化率对耕地空间形态转型的影响效用最大,人口密度和第一产业占比影响效用最低;人口密度和人均固定资产投资对耕地功能形态转型的影响效用最大,城市化率、人均GDP、第一产业占比等影响因素效用较低。在影响因素的调控过程中,因素的影响效用与耕地利用转型调控程度呈正相关,因素的影响效用越高,对耕地利用转型调控力度越大。  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the effect of extracellular heat-shock protein 70 (HSP70)/HSP70-peptide complexes (HSP70-PCs) on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells and its probable mechanism. METHODS:HepG2 cells were divided into 3 groups: control group, HSP70/HSP70-PCs (2 mg/L) group and LY294002+HSP70/HSP70-PCs group. The mRNA and protein expression of epithelial cell surface marker E-cadherin, mesenchymal cell surface marker α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) was examined by real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting. RESULTS:Extracellular HSP70/HSP70-PCs promoted the initiation of EMT of HepG2 cells. The expression of HIF-1α and PI3K significantly increased in the process of EMT of HepG2 cells. After PI3K was blocked by LY294002, EMT did not occur and HIF-1α was not up-regulated in HepG2 cells. CONCLUSION:Extracellular HSP70/HSP70-PCs may promote EMT of hepatocellular carcinoma cells via PI3K/HIF-1α signaling pathway.  相似文献

A transition period of at least 2 years is required for annual crops before the produce may be certified as organically grown. There is a need to better understand the various management options for a smooth transition from conventional to organic production. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of different organic amendments and biofertilizers (BFs) on productivity and profitability of a bell pepper–french bean–garden pea system as well as soil fertility and enzymatic activities during conversion to organic production. For this, the following six treatments were established in fixed plots: composted farmyard manure (FYMC, T1); vermicompost (VC, T2); poultry manure (PM, T3) along with biofertilizers (BF) [Rhizobium/Azotobacter + phosphorus solubilizing bacteria (Pseudomonas striata)]; mix of three amendments (FYMC + PM + VC + BF, T4); integrated nutrient management (FYMC + NPK, T5); and unamended control (T6). The yields of bell pepper and french bean under organic nutrient management were markedly lower (25.2–45.9% and 29.5–46.2%, respectively) than with the integrated nutrient management (INM). Among the organic treatments, T4 and T1 produced greater yields of both bell pepper (27.96 Mg ha?1) and french bean (3.87 Mg ha?1) compared with other treatments. In garden pea, however, T4 gave the greatest pod yield (7.27 Mg ha?1) and was significantly superior to other treatments except T5 and T1. The latter treatment resulted in the lowest soil bulk density (1.19 Mg m?3) compared with other treatments. Similarly, soil organic C was significantly greater in all the treatments (1.21–1.30%) except T2 compared to T6 (1.06%). Plots under INM, however, had greater levels of available nitrogen–phosphorus–potassium (NPK) than those under organic amendments. T1 plots showed greater dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase activities compared with other treatments. However, T4 and T5 plots had greater activities of β-glucosidase and urease activities, respectively. The cost of cultivation was greater under organic nutrient management (except T2) compared with INM. The latter treatment gave greater gross margin and benefit/cost (B/C) ratio for all vegetables, except that T2 gave greater B/C ratio in garden pea compared with other treatments. We conclude that T1 and T4 were more suitable for enhancing the productivity of bell pepper–french bean–garden pea system, through improved soil properties, during transition to organic production.  相似文献
