2012年1月至3月,本研究采用粪便分析法对黔金丝猴冬季的食物利用进行了调查研究。结果表明在此期间黔金丝猴采食植物部位有嫩枝、树芽、叶片、花、树皮以及果实和种子,食物种类较多。其中,地表灌木层木姜子属(Litse asp.)的嫩枝是黔金丝猴取食较多的采食对象。本次研究也首次发现黔金丝猴食用地面上的四照花果实。我们推测黔金丝猴利用落地果实的现象可能是该物种对温带森林中高质量食物果实和种子利用最大化的一种适应。建议在温带灵长类生态行为研究中,加强对落地果实、矮小灌木和草本植物等猴群食源植物的监测,以期精确地探讨物种的食性以及对环境的适应。 相似文献

Soaking can affect respirable dust particles and the concentrations of some nutrients in alfalfa and cool season grass hays. However, the effect of soaking on nitrates in hay has not been reported. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of soaking on teff hay, a warm season annual grass, that contained high concentrations of nitrate (>2.0%). Six bales of teff hay were used for the study. Six 0.5 kg samples were taken from each bale and assigned to one of six soaking treatments: no soaking (control), cold water immersion for 10 seconds, warm water immersion for 10 seconds, cold water soaking for 1 hour, warm water soaking for 1 hour, and cold water soaking for 8 hours. After soaking, hay was dried, ground, and submitted to a commercial laboratory for analysis. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance as a block design. When the main effect of treatment was significant (P < .05), means were separated by Tukey's honest significant difference test. Soaking for 1 or 8 hours decreased water-soluble carbohydrate (P < .0001). Phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc concentrations were reduced by soaking for 1 hour or longer (P, K, Na: P < .0001; Zn: P = .003). Nitrate concentrations were reduced (P < 0.05) to safe levels for horses (≤0.5%) by soaking hay for 1 hour or longer but soaking also reduced the concentrations of some nutrients in the hay. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different rearing conditions of indoor and outdoor in winter and summer on growth performance and immune function of Heijiao MA chicken.In the winter and summer, 180 Heijiao MA chicken with the age of 35-day-old were chosen and randomly divided into two groups with three replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate.The Heijiao MA chicken were reared at outdoor and indoor, respectively, and at 49, 63, 77, 91 days the immune organ indexes, serum antibody titers and growth performance were measured.The results showed that:①Whether it was winter or summer, the body weight of Heijiao MA chicken rearing at indoor were higher than that of outdoor, and the difference was significant at experimental stages in winter (P<0.05).There was significant difference only at 77 days old of Heijiao MA chicken in summer (P<0.05), the rest were not significant (P>0.05);②The ADG of outdoor group in summer was higher than that in winter, while the F/G of outdoor group in summer were significantly lower than that in winter (P<0.05).The ADFI and ADG of indoor group were not significantly different between winter and summer (P>0.05).③On immune function, immune organ indexes and ND antibody titer of Heijiao MA chicken of indoor group in winter were higher than outdoor group, while part of immune organ indexes, AI (H5) and ND antibody titers of outdoor group in summer were higher than that of indoor group;And ND and AI (H5) antibody titers in winter were higher than summer.In conclusion, The climate and season were major factors to influence the growth performance and immune function of Heijiao MA chicken. 相似文献

为了探讨两种同期发清处理方法和不同年龄阶段对非繁殖季节奶山羊同期发情效果的影响,选用12∽15月龄初产奶山羊和4∽5胎经产奶山羊分为两组,采用孕激素耳栓埋植和阴道栓塞两种处理,并辅以肌注PMSG及PG-CL、E2,每组试验重复2次.结果显示:孕激素耳栓埋植法和阴道栓塞法两种同期发情处理方法处理初产组奶山羊总发情率分别达到87.5%和100.0%,经产组分别达到77.8%和83.3%,均无显著差异(P>0.05).但两种方法0∽24 h内的同期发情率初产组阴道栓法平均为94.1%,耳栓法平均为37.5%,差异显著(P<0.05),经产组阴道栓法平均为61.1%,耳栓法平均为44.4%,差异亦显著(P<0.05);无论初产、经产组奶山羊阴道栓法处理0∽24 h内的同期发情率(分别为94.1%、61.1%)显著高于24∽36 h发情率(分别为5.9%、22.2%)(P<0.05).用阴道栓同一种方法处理初产和经产奶山羊,初产组24 h的同期发情率(86.7%)显著高于经产组(60.0%)(P<0.05).阴道栓法处理同期发情效果优于耳栓法,初产奶山羊的同期发情效果优于经产奶山羊. 相似文献

优质早籼稻产量性状分析及育种策略探讨 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
对115份优质早籼稻新品系的产量性状与产量的相关分析和通径分析结果表明:各产量性状均与产量呈正相关,除株高外,其余5个性状与产量的相关均达极显著或显著水平,产量性状之间存在着相互制约和相互依赖的关系;每穴穗数对产量的贡献最大(47.84%),其次为每穗总粒数(21.86%),再次为千粒重和结实率(分别为14.47%和9.46%).根据分析结果,笔者认为优质早籼稻高产育种应主攻分蘖和提高分蘖成穗率,同时注意提高每穗粒数和千粒重.优质早籼稻高产(即产量达500~600kg/667m^2)育种的产量性状模式为单株有效穗8~10穗、每穗总粒数125~150粒、结实率80%以上、千粒重24~27g. 相似文献
