农田信息管理决策支持系统的设计与实现——基于Silverlight

随着我国农业的发展,农田分布范围不断扩大,产生的农田信息繁多而复杂。基于WebGIS的农业决策支持系统已在一些地区的现代化农业生产中得到了示范应用,但由于其客户端采用Ajax或Flex技术实现,存在多媒体功能不足及平台可移植性较差等问题。为此,借助WebGIS开放性平台,采用微软Silverlight技术,设计开发了基于Silverlight的农田信息管理决策支持系统,实现了地图基本操作、地块信息管理决策及环境信息管理决策等功能。该系统可以辅助用户管理农田信息,并为施肥及生产计划提供决策支持。在黑龙江红星农场的试用结果表明:系统自投入使用后运行正常,并能提供信息管理及适宜辅助决策支持。     

基于SD模型的长沙市水资源承载力研究

基于长沙市水资源现状,为平衡居民生活用水、经济生产用水和环境生态用水之间的关系,运用系统动力学方法,建立长沙市水资源-人口-经济-生态环境的耦合系统,模型模拟了现状延续型、经济发展型、节水治污型和综合协调型四种发展模式,选取GDP、人口数量、居民生活需水量、经济需水总量、供需压力作为主要评价指标。结果表明:第一、二、三产业分别保持10%、12%、12%年增长率且节流治污情况与现状延续型保持一致的方案,供需压力将达到节流治污方案的两倍多;经济生产用水对水资源供需压力的影响远大于居民生活用水和环境生态用水;通过适当降低人均用水量来平衡因人口数量增长而增加的居民生活用水是可行的。     

种植方式对青海湖流域人工草地植被和土壤养分特征的影响

为探究多年生人工草地在青海湖流域的适应性和稳定性,本研究以青海草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis. Qinghai)和青海中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis. Qinghai)单播及混播人工草地为研究对象,分析不同种植方式下人工草地植被和土壤养分特征的变化。结果表明：青海草地早熟禾+青海中华羊茅混播草地和青海草地早熟禾单播草地的生物量和盖度高于青海中华羊茅单播草地,且在生长旺期(8月),青海草地早熟禾+青海中华羊茅混播草地生物量最高,为586.2 g·m^-2;青海草地早熟禾单播、青海中华羊茅单播和青海草地早熟禾+青海中华羊茅混播草地间土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、硝态氮、铵态氮和土壤含水量在相同土壤深度下差异不显著,但土壤氮、磷及有机质间存在显著的相关性。综上所述,在青海湖流域建植青海草地早熟禾+青海中华羊茅混播型人工草地可以获得较高的产量,但需在种植和管理过程中协调好土壤氮、磷间的关系。     

用层次分析法决策喷灌规划设计方案

在喷灌工程规划设计过程中,正确地选用规划设计方案,实际是一个综合分析决策的过程。主要应考虑的因素中,有些可定量,有些则是无法定量的。如何对非定量因素作定量分析,进而对整个喷灌规划设计方案作出评价决策,层次分析法是解决这类问题简洁、有效、实用的方法。

Regression Applied in Continuous Mathematical Forecast

In order to realize the continuous mathematical forecast that will be used in the Marketing Decision Support System for Industrial Enterprise, the authors use the method of regression to discuss how to design the algorithm for Data Mining, how to design the model for Data Mining, and so on. When the algorithm applied to the sales forecast, the result processing to simulation data indicates it can realize the expected effect.     

Knowledge-based Intelligent Decision-making System for the Safety of Rockets

With the progress of science and technology, the astronautics has obtained great development and researched in many countries, the problem on rocket safety control is important during the rocket launching proceeding, and is also the focus of every space country. At first, the importance of rocket safety control is introduced and the characteristics of the existing system for the safety of rockets are analyzed. After indicating its disadvantages, the design idea, system framework and method for realization of the knowledge-based intelligent decision-making system are proposed to improve certainty and authenticity of safety decision, containing correspond knowledge and adopting the technology of intelligent decision and reasoning on AI.     

Risk Decision-making Method of Slope Resistant Engineering

Considering the character of slope resistant engineering invest benefit, in line with security and economy balmaced, combining initial investment and anticipated hazard loss, disaster resistant engineering should be satisfied with the criterion of minimum cost. The paper introduces the protocols and basic components of QoS,then expatiates the conception and the basic principles of policy control QoS, moreover,emphasizes the structure model of policy control QoS and how it runs. At last,it introduces the transport process of data packets under the control of policies in a policy control QoS system,and how to make the policies in the real world.     

Customer Service Satisfaction Evaluation System and Method Viewed From Supply Chain Management

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate. This evaluation method is scientific, round and objective with more stability and convienience in practical use.
