Distribution Network Structure Planning Based on Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm

Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem,which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods.In order to solve this problem,Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm is introduced to the distribution network optimal planning. Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm draws into the immune diversity and antibody's density mechanism to maintain the individual's diversity and remains evolution algorithm's global stochastic searching ability,so it can promote diversity and the whole optimal-searching ability of genetic algorithm.The optimal module takes the minimum annual cost as its object,and the capacity and voltage drop of feeder and the radiation of distribution network as its restrictions.According to the require of radiation of distribution network,the spanning tree of the alternative network is taken as the initial solution to speed up the calculation.And the branch-exchange method is used in designing crossover operator and mutation operator to avoid the radiation checking and enhance the optimizing ability.This algorithm has been illustrated effectively by examples,at the same time,the calculation example demonstrates that,the algorithm has higher calculation speed than the traditional immune genetic algorithm.     

AMETHOD OF COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION TO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALTERNATIVES

In view of the complication of compreliensive evaluation to development projectplanning alternatives,an AHP model for comprehensive evaluation to the alternatives is advanced,the way of determinating the weight of each index affecting the aIternatives' quality is expounded,and the general methods of evaluating the alternatives with the indexes are given.     

Development of Assembly-Type RC Structure and Building Industrialization

Based on the analysis of the status of building construction in China, the development of Assembled Structure System (ASS) can solve not only the problems in construction, but also is the key for realization of building industrialization. On the basis of technique innovations, a study on the structural performance, construction method and precast production of ASS should be carried out to inherit the old one and overcome its demerits. The process reengineering should be done in the construction enterprise to promote the development of building industrialization.     

The Convergence Rates of Improveed Kernel Estimators for Regression Function

The kernel function of kernel estimator for regression function is often defined with compact support, the moment of Y is bigger than one. The convergence rate of the improved kernel estimator is discussed under the improved kernel function. The result is also discussed under random censorship. The class of applicable kernels include those having unbounded support and even not integral .The condition of moment of Y is discarded under the improved kernel estimator. The results are wholly the same as usual and generalize the relative results of the paper .     

Synthetic Assessment of Power Transformer Condition Based on Matter-element Theory

Condition assessment on power transformer is an important approach to improve reliability of transformer and provide proper decision-making for condition-based maintenance. For long, static assessment method used in the past has already not adapted to the development of modem electricity transmission and distribution technology. So based on the deficiency of fuzzy synthetic assessment method, matter-element synthetic assessment method is introduced. The method can evaluate transformer condition not only in quality but also in quantity. Because each index weight can be given fairly and fast through improved analytic hierarchy process, which need not carry on consistency chec accuracy of assessment can be improved. Examples analysis has proved that assessment method of power transformer condition based on matter-element theory is rational and effective.     

Study and Practice of Safety Grade Assessment for Large Convention and Exhibition Centre

This paper takes "how to estimate the complex security of Large Convention and Exhibition Centre effectively" as the research goal.Based on analyzing the difficulties,target system,technical constitution,probing into the architecture,safety science,and using for reference the mathematics,operational research,statistics and modern system theory and method,trying to explore establishing an evaluation methodological system,which is provided with integrated characters on subject.Based on these ways,it exerts "quality to quantity" fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP) and aims at discussing the safety grade assessment of the Chongqing International Conference Exhibition Center focusing on designing theories.The aim is to enhance the integration of design practice and safe consciousness,strengthen the building safety management,and perfect city public security system.In practice,it is also an efficient tool for favoring values of architectural environmental safety.     

STUDY OF DIGITAL SIMULATION FOR THE CIRCUIT ELEMENTS AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAYS COMMONLY USED IN RELAY PROTECTIVE DEVICES

This paper applies the Gear-4 algorithm to constitute the companion models lor the circuit elements and electromagnetic relays commonly used in relay protective devices. The interface computation, which describes the node equation of companion model and differential equation of mechanical moving part for the electromagnetic Jelay, is also presented. For the reason mentioned above, it makes possible* to solve more accurately the transient process of relay protective devices including electromagnetic relay using the companion model method. The simplicity and effectiveness of interface computation have been proved by the example calcultaion.     

软包装调味笋的研制

对软包装调味笋加工的色泽和口感进行研究。研究表明,用质量分数为0.005%的NaH SO3溶液预处理原料,用质量分数为0.1%的CaCl2溶液预煮杀青10m in,并用0.15%的醋酸浸泡30m in,焖煮时间控制在5m in,就能较好地保持新鲜笋的色泽,同时兼顾产品较高脆性和较好的滋味,达到良好口感的需要。     

A STUDY ON FRACTURE MECHANICS OF BRITTLE MATERIAL WITH PER-CRACKS

In this paper the fracture process of specimen,with single crack, double cracks and triple cracks is observed and analysed. The experimental results show that the fracture process of specimen is different because of the differention of the number, the distance and the type of array of cracks. And the fracture propagation of specimen with triple cracks and double cracks is foundmentally the same.     

基于HIS颜色特征的田间成熟番茄识别技术

研究了一种基于HIS颜色特征的田间成熟番茄识别技术。将计算机视觉系统获取的番茄RGB图像转换成HIS图像，通过统计H、I、S分量的灰度分布找出成熟番茄、未成熟番茄和叶子(枝干)灰度分布差别；然后根据H分量的灰度分布用阈值法分割出成熟番茄区域；经过空洞填充后，计算出番茄质心坐标。该方法对田间成熟番茄之间相互分离的情况有很好的识别效果。
