金刚健身液的毒性研究

金刚健身液是由雄蚕蛾,锁阳和鏖有胶等提取制成的口服液。动物试验无明显毒性,经最大耐受量测定,小鼠的最大耐受量相当于临床用药量的４３４．２１倍。     

A solid‐phase buffer technique to maintain low concentrations of phosphate in nutrient solutions

An inexpensive and mechanically simple technique has been developed to maintain realistically low P concentrations in nutrient solutions using a solid‐phase buffer. Phosphate is adsorbed on alumina in a PVC column, and the resulting alumina‐F is desorbed against nutrient solution circulated through the column. Kinetics of P adsorption and desorption indicate that the solid‐phase‐P has rapidly and slowly desorbing components and that buffering capacity is limited by desorption from the solid phase. The technique has been used to maintain F concentrations as low as 0.4 minol m^‐3 for 26 days in experiments with maize (Zea mays L.), and in solution cultures with prune (Prunus domestica L.) trees. Effects of P supply on P accumulation and P transport are discussed.     

Synthesis and characterization of copolyester sizing agents

The effect of main chain structure of anion-containing copolyesters on the properties of copolyester sizing agents was investigated. The copolyesters were prepared by conventional two step polymerization technique from DMT, DMI, DMS, EG, and DEG. The copolyesters synthesized were characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy,¹H-NMR Spectroscopy, GC, FTIR Spectroscopy, and DSC. The solubility decreased as the DMT content increased. The copolyesters having DMT:DMI=1:1 showed the minimum viscosity. The effect of EG content on the solution stability was not clear and the samples having high DMI content showed better solution stability. The water resistance was best when only DMI and EG were used, while it was worst when DMT:DMI was 1:0.     

The effect of pH and calcium on copper availability to the springtail Folsomia candida in simplified soil solutions

The effect of pH and calcium on copper bioavailability to the springtail Folsomia candida was determined by assessing uptake kinetics upon copper exposure for 15 days in simplified soil solutions. A slight bioaccumulation of copper was observed in all treatments and controls. The effect of exposure concentration and calcium level on copper accumulation was not significant. Although pH and time slightly but significantly affected copper concentrations in the body, copper uptake rates were not significantly different from zero. This suggests that copper uptake in F. candida exposed to sub-lethal copper concentrations in soil pore water is not affected by pH and calcium.

蓝莓土肥水管理及病虫害防治

蓝莓栽植对土肥水要求严格，适宜土壤pH值在4．5～5．5之间，要施入硫酸铵等肥料，最好进行滴灌供水，并覆盖黑膜，以保证地面潮湿度。蓝莓容易感染枯焦病、急性坏死病、介壳虫、蛆虫、黄刺蛾等病虫害，需注意加强防治。     

中式解冻液解冻牛精液的受胎试验

中药解冻液１、２号和对照液２．９％柠檬酸钠液的一次受胎率及６０－９０天不发精率比较，中式解冻液具有更广泛的实用性。     

施有机肥条件下的土壤溶液盐分变化动态

用定期取表层土样测定其电导率和在不同深度埋设盐分传感器探头的方法，在作物生长季节内，监测了施有机肥农田不同深度的土壤溶液含盐量变化。结果为：（1）田间施用有机肥可明显减少土壤表层盐分积累，并有利于灌水对土壤表层盐分的淋洗。（2）灌水使有机肥处理小区10cm深处土壤盐分含量迅速下降，并且灌水后10cm深土壤盐分的累积过程不明显。（3）施用有机肥可使30cm深土壤在灌水前的盐分累积过程变缓。灌水后盐分含量迅速下降，并不再回升。（4）有机肥处理小区的60cm深土壤溶液盐分大幅度降低出现在第二次灌水后，此后至作物收获，土壤溶液盐分含量保持在很低的水平并不再累积。     

贵州农村土地流转合同纠纷的预防及化解

对贵州农村土地流转中产生的代耕与互换、出租与征用及土地流转合同效力纠纷进行类型化实证研究,认为缺失程序意识、流转主体特征与行政权力越位是纠纷的成因,提出强化土地普法、规范流转行为和平衡流转主体利益实现事前预防,及时调解与诉讼救济化解纠纷的对策,为"三农"决策提供参考。
