履带式行走机构压实作用下土壤应力分布均匀性分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
履带式行走机构因具有较小的接地压力而被逐渐应用在大型农业车辆上,以减小对土壤的压实。然而由于履带下应力分布的不均匀,导致农业车辆对土壤的最大应力并未有效减小,对土壤较长的压力作用时间反而增加了土壤被压实的风险。应力分布的不均匀还会造成履带沉陷量的增大,降低车辆在软土地面的通过性能。为了研究履带式行走机构压实作用下土壤内的应力分布规律以及如何提高应力分布的均匀性,以缓解履带车辆对土壤压实作用、提高履带车辆软地通过能力,该文采用侧断面水平钻孔埋设压力传感器的方法,测得了履带式行走机构压实作用下履带中心线横截面内0.35 m深度土壤内沿履带长度方向上的垂直及水平应力分布;同时研究了履带张紧力大小对应力分布均匀性的影响。结果表明,履带式行走机构下的垂直应力在各负重轮的轴线处呈现一个应力峰值;水平应力在各负重轮轴线的前、后方分别呈现一个应力峰值,且最小应力在轴线处。各负重轮下的应力峰值大小不同。最大垂直应力出现在履带式行走机构后端的导向轮处;最大水平应力出现在后支重轮与导向轮之间。适当减小履带张紧力能够提高垂直及水平应力分布的均匀性。履带张紧力由1.8×10~4k Pa减小至1.6×10~4k Pa时,履带下的最大垂直及水平应力分别减小了约37.3%和21.7%;平均最大垂直及水平应力分别减小了约26.4%和20.4%。研究结果可为履带式行走机构结构的优化提供理论依据,以期提高履带下应力分布的均匀性。  相似文献

涝害和高温下棉花苗期的生长生理代谢特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
雨涝和高温是长江中下游地区限制棉花生长的2种主要气象灾害,且夏季伴随发生概率大,目前尚不清楚高温胁迫下棉花苗期对涝害的响应特征。2013年利用桶栽试验,在棉花苗期设置不同涝害(受涝0、3、6、9 d)和高温(高温0、3 d)水平,分析棉株关键形态生长特征、倒4叶叶绿素荧光特性及膜脂保护性酶活性。结果表明,受涝天数不超过3 d进行连续高温处理对棉花形态生长特征无显著影响;受涝时间3 d遭遇高温胁迫,进一步限制了棉花株高和叶面积生长,干物质量减少,根/冠比降低,且这些参数在高温胁迫下低于不受涝处理的时间普遍比自然温度条件下提早3 d。受涝过程伴随高温加剧降低了根系活力,进一步减少了叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量及PS II最大光化学量子产量和潜在光化学转换效率,而对叶绿素a/叶绿素b影响普遍不明显。在自然温度条件下,叶片和根系超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性随受涝天数的延长而降低,丙二醛含量则变化相反。涝害和高温复合胁迫下,叶片超氧物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性先升高后降低,在受涝3 d最高,受涝9 d最低;叶片和根系丙二醛含量急剧增加,表明受涝过程中遭遇高温天气加剧了棉株细胞膜的受损程度。从对棉花生长的影响程度来看,涝害居首位,高温胁迫次之,且二者交互作用在叶绿素、PS II潜在光化学转换效率及叶片超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和丙二醛上表现显著。研究可为长江中下游平原湖区棉苗抗逆栽培及棉田排水管理提供科学参考。  相似文献

Our research examined the role of acidic deposition as a primary, or predisposing, stress on 8–12 week old cuttings of hybrid poplar (Populos deltoides x nigra). Firstly, we examined the role of acidic deposition as a primary stress in terms of physiological indicators (gas exchange, chlorophyll concentrations, chlorophyll-a fluorescence). Our results suggest that levels of acid precipitation of > pH 3.5 did not act as a primary stress. Secondly, we hypothesized that acidic deposition could act by making trees more susceptible to drought. An acid treatment exposure regime was followed by 3–4 days of drought stress in a controlled environment. Preexposure to acidic deposition did not increase the degree, or rate of appearance, of water stress as indicated by predawn xylem pressure potentials and leaf conductances. Examination of cuticular water loss from excised leaves suggested that this parameter was insensitive to acidic deposition from pH 3.0 to 5.5.  相似文献

Summary Chickpea cultivars (Cicer arietinum L.) and their symbiosis with specific strains of Rhizobium spp. were examined under salt stress. The growth of rhizobia declined with NaCl concentrations increasing from 0.01 to 2% (w : v). Two Rhizobium spp. strains (F-75 and KG 31) tolerated 1.5% NaCl. Of the 10 chickpea cultivars examined, only three (Pusa 312, Pusa 212, and Pusa 240) germinated at 1.5% NaCl. The chickpea — Rhizobium spp. symbiosis was examined in the field, with soil varying in salinity from electrical conductivity (EC) 4.5 to EC 5.2 dSm-1, to identify combinations giving satisfactory yields. Significant interactions between strains and cultivars caused differential yields of nodules, dry matter, and grain. Four chickpea — Rhizobium spp. combinations, Pusa 240 and F-75 (660 kg ha-1), Pusa 240 and IC 76 (440 kg ha-1), Pusa 240 and KG 31 (390 kg ha-1), and Pusa 312 and KG 31 (380 kg ha-1), produced significantly higher grain yields in saline soil.  相似文献

果品跌落冲击力学特性的研究是表征其流变性能、跌落损伤机理以及设计作业件的基础。构建果实自由跌落冲击力学参数测试系统,对“富士”苹果进行不同高度的单次自由跌落、同一部位的多次跌落试验。在测试获得冲击力-时间数据的基础上,基于运动学原理进行理论分析计算,得到加速度-时间、冲击力-变形量、应力-应变以及跌落冲击弹性恢复系数等动态关系。研究结果表明随着跌落高度、跌落次数的增加,苹果冲击力、加速度峰值、冲击最大变形、冲击结束后的残余变形逐渐增大。苹果跌落弹性恢复系数随着跌落高度而逐渐降低,随着跌落次数增加而逐渐增大。跌落次数对跌落变形量增加的影响不显著,随着跌落次数的增加残余变形变化很小。  相似文献

The use of vermicompost as a biological fertilizer under salinity stress conditions was tested in this research. Accordingly, the seeds of Medicago rigidula were grown in the greenhouse. The experiment was performed based on factorial arrangement in a completely randomized design using 5 replications. Application rates of vermicompost were 0, 10, 20 and 30%. Salinity stress was conducted in three levels (0, 50 and 100 mM sodium chloride (NaCl)). The highest and the lowest values of the plant survival capacity (%), shoot dry weight (g), leaf relative water content (LRWC) (%), total chlorophyll content (%), leaf area (cm2), total nitrogen content (TNC) (%) and potassium (K) content (%) of the plant tissues were found in VC4 × SL1 and VC1 × SL3 treatments, respectively. Whereas, the maximum and minimum values of root dry weight and root:shoot ratio were seen in VC1 × SL3 and VC4 × SL1 treatments, respectively.  相似文献

“Close-to-nature forest stands” are one central key in the project “Future oriented Forest Management” financially supported by the German Ministry for Science and Research (BMBF). The determination of ecological as well as economical consequences of mechanized harvesting procedures during the transformation from pure spruce stands to close-to-nature mixed forest stands is one part of the “Southern Black Forest research cooperation”. Mechanical operations of several typical forest harvesting vehicles were analysed to examine the actual soil stresses and displacements in soil profiles and to reveal the changes in soil physical properties of the forest soils. Soil compaction stresses were determined by Stress State Transducer (SST) and displacement transducer system (DTS) at two depths: 20 and 40 cm. Complete harvesting and trunk logging processes accomplished during brief 9-min operations were observed at time resolutions of 20 readings per second. Maximum vertical stresses for all experiments always exceeded 200 kPa and at soil depths of 20 cm for some vehicles and sequences of harvesting operations approached ≥500 kPa. To evaluate the impacts of soil stresses on soil structure, internal soil strengths were determined by measuring precompression stresses. Precompression stress values of forest soils at the field sites ranged from 20 to 50 kPa at soil depths of 20 cm depth and from 25 to 60 kPa at soil depths of 40 cm, at a pore water pressure of −60 hPa. Data obtained for these measured soil stresses and their natural bearing capacities proved that sustainable wheeling is impossible, irrespective of the vehicle type and the working process. Re-occurring top and subsoil compaction, increases in precompression stress values in the various soil horizons, deep rut depths, vertical and horizontal soil displacements associated with shearing stresses, all affected the mechanical strengths of forest soils. In order to sustain naturally “unwheeled” soil areas with minimal compaction, it is recommended that smaller machines, having less mass, be used to complete forest harvesting in order to prevent or at least to maintain currently minimal-compacted forest soils. Additionally, if larger machines are required, permanent wheel and skid tracks must be established with the goal of their maximum usefulness for future forest operations. A first step towards accomplishing these permanent pathways requires comprehensive planning with the Federal State Baden-Württemberg. The new guideline for final opening with skid tracks (Landesforstverwaltung Baden-Württemberg, 2003) proposes a permanent skid track system with a width of 20–40 m.  相似文献
