Study on Application of ''Design and Build'' Contract Mode

The 'Design and Build' contract mode is a new contract and managerial approach, to which more and more attention has been paid. Now it becomes the contracting tendency in the international construction market. In this paper, the basic theories and method of the 'Design and Build' mode are widely and systematically studied. It specifies the intention of the 'Design and Build'contract mode, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures as well as its developing direction.     

Study and Practice of Safety Grade Assessment for Large Convention and Exhibition Centre

This paper takes "how to estimate the complex security of Large Convention and Exhibition Centre effectively" as the research goal.Based on analyzing the difficulties,target system,technical constitution,probing into the architecture,safety science,and using for reference the mathematics,operational research,statistics and modern system theory and method,trying to explore establishing an evaluation methodological system,which is provided with integrated characters on subject.Based on these ways,it exerts "quality to quantity" fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP) and aims at discussing the safety grade assessment of the Chongqing International Conference Exhibition Center focusing on designing theories.The aim is to enhance the integration of design practice and safe consciousness,strengthen the building safety management,and perfect city public security system.In practice,it is also an efficient tool for favoring values of architectural environmental safety.     

Management System of the Tender and Bidding for Power Projects with a Valuation Based on the Bill of Quantities

Valuation based on the bill of quantifies will change the existing valuation mode of tender and bidding. For the standardized management of tender and bidding for power projects and the inteUigentized information management of power enterprises, it is an inevitable trend of reform to apply the valuation mode based on the bill of quantifies. According to the characteristics of power projects, this paper expounds the working process of the valuation mode based on the bill of quantities and analyzes the goal and function need of the tender and bidding management system. Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Therefore it is of great significance to spread the new management mode of project costing with a valuation based on the bill of quantities.     

CO2-O2混合喷吹对铁液中C、V元素氧化的影响

为了验证用CO2替代部分O2进行转炉氧化提钒的可行性,在实验室进行了CO2-O2混合喷吹提钒模拟实验。结果显示C的氧化量与C的氧化速率随CO2含量的增加而升高;V的氧化量随CO2含量的增加而降低,其中CO2含量为20%与纯O2对C、V的氧化量接近;纯O2喷吹时C的氧化量为34.56%,V的氧化量为96.85%;CO2含量为20%混合气体喷吹时C的氧化量为36.83%,V的氧化量为93.29%;以V的相对氧化量与C的相对氧化量的比值(ΔV/ΔC)来衡量提钒保碳能力,CO2含量为20%的最终ΔV/ΔC为5.96,CO2含量,40%、60%、80%的最终ΔV/ΔC均小于3.8;反应前期,V的氧化速率随CO2含量的增加而升高,反应后期V的氧化速率随CO2含量的增加而降低。     

高产优质商品玉米生产模式：—三种遗传效应集成利用（TEU）

通过大量详实资料，对玉米杂种优势、雄性不育，油分基因花粉直感等3种遗传效应的研究现状作了详细概述，根据相关的遗传理论与实践，提出了将三种遗传效应进行技术集成的可能性，从而形成一种高产高油玉米生产模式，有可能是未来玉米生产的发展方向。     

玉米大豆间作体系沼液浸种的产量效应分析

利用玉米大豆间作体系与主作物玉米沼液浸种相结合,采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合设计,进行玉米大豆间作玉米密度、带型配置指数、沼液浸种时间与间作总产量关系的研究.结果表明:玉米密度、带型配置、玉米浸种时间三因子对间作总产量的影响达到极显著水平.沼液浸种时间与玉米密度、沼液浸种时间与带型配置指数;以及玉米密度与带型配置指数间都有一定的互作效应.当玉米密度、带型配置适当,沼液浸种能增加产量,即在玉米大豆间作体系中利用沼液浸种能有效地提高间作总产量.其最佳的实验方案为:玉米密度50 040～52 950株/hm2、带型配置2:4～3:3,玉米沼液浸种时间17.5～25 h时,可更好地发挥玉米大豆间作复合群体的增产效应.     

软包装调味笋的研制

对软包装调味笋加工的色泽和口感进行研究。研究表明,用质量分数为0.005%的NaH SO3溶液预处理原料,用质量分数为0.1%的CaCl2溶液预煮杀青10m in,并用0.15%的醋酸浸泡30m in,焖煮时间控制在5m in,就能较好地保持新鲜笋的色泽,同时兼顾产品较高脆性和较好的滋味,达到良好口感的需要。     

提高农业科技服务能力 推进农村小康社会建设

中国全面建设小康社会重点在农村，难点在如何增加农民收入，很大程度上取决于如何为八亿农民提供农业科技服务，促进农业技术创新和科技成果转化为现实生产力。本文从中国农业生产的现状、科技服务“缺位和滞后”和力量不足等问题入手，提出改革现行的农业科技运行和转化机制、开展科农携手共建利益共同体、发挥示范榜样作用、提高劳动者的科技素质等对策，促进科学研究面向生产第一线和科技成果直接应用于生产，为农民提供全方位、多层次、多领域的科技服务，推进农村全面建设小康社会进程。     

小麦异源细胞质对主要病害抗性影响的初步研究

在大田自然发病和人工诱发条件下,研究了小麦异源细胞质对条锈、叶锈、秆锈、白粉和赤霉5种主要小麦病害抗性的影响。结果表明在同核条件下,不同异源细胞质对同一病害抗(感)性的影响不同,同一种细胞质对不同病害抗(感)性的影响也不完全相同;并且在不同地区试验的结果有时也有差异。根据初步研究结果,无芒山羊草、拟斯卑尔脱山
