现代通信技术在温室中的应用

现代通信技术的快速发展为温室产业进一步向集约化、规模化方向发展，信息的远程采集、实时处理与控制提供了重要支撑。越来越多的温室环境控制系统集成了各种先进的通信技术解决方案，建立了高效的管理系统。本文从有线和无线分类角度对目前较常见的现代通信技术进行阐述，对各种通信技术在温室中的应用优势与局限性进行了对比，提出了当前较常用的几种现代通信解决方案。     

基于PLC的温室控制系统的研究

介绍了温室控制系统中的温度控制子系统、灌溉控制子系统的功能实现及软件设计.利用计算机的串行传输将控制值传入CPM2AE-60CDR-A PLC控制系统工作;同时,利用CPM2AE-60CDR-A PLC的扩展模块CPM1A-MAD02-CH将传感器的输出信号进行数模转换,PLC实时处理数据并发送指令调控温室内的温度和光照.该系统中各个子系统相互独立,互不影响.其功能块集成度高,性能可靠,工作稳定.实践证明,该系统能够实现温室的自动化控制,提高了温室管理的水平,降低了温室的成本,充分发挥了温室农业的高效性.     

基于Visual C++MSComm通讯控件的排种器实验台变频调速系统设计

介绍了排种器试验台变频调速系统的系统组成,以及实现计算机与变频器之间串行通讯的硬件构成及程序设计方法, 以此实现了计算机与变频器的串行通讯。利用本系统可以满足排种器实验台对计算机控制的速度实时调节的要求。     

基于Modbus协议的电力监控系统设计

针对ACR系列网络多功能电力仪表的特性完成了上位机监控系统的设计,该系统使用VB语言编写,通过RS232接口,利用MODBUS协议与20个仪表进行通信,将分析得到的电压数据在系统界面上显示。经测试,该设计可满足实际需要。     

Characterizing Farmer Users and Nonusers of Mass Media as Channels of Agricultural Information in Benue State,Nigeria

This study characterized farmer users and nonusers of mass media as channels of agricultural information. A structured interview was used to obtain data from 316 randomly selected farmers in Benue State, Nigeria. The data were subjected to discriminant analysis and the following socioeconomic characteristics significantly differed at a 5% level of probability between users and nonusers of mass media (and their F-ratio values): education (6.30), income (5.12), gender (4.84), and socioeconomic status (4.83). Farmer users of mass media are therefore those who have good level of education, belong to a relatively high income bracket, and are typically male and of a relatively high socioeconomic status. Farmers’ socioeconomic characteristics should be considered in planning mass media usage in agricultural information dissemination.

基于电力线载波的养殖场环境监控终端设计

设计了一种基于电力线载波的环境监控终端设计,使得养殖现场能够通过普遍存在的电力线组成局域网,并且通过WEB服务器与远程控制中心通讯,实现了远程集中控制在中小型养殖场的低成本解决方案。     

跨文化交际与“红楼梦”的“情”文化

当今社会，跨文化交际活动日趋频繁。一直以来跨文化交际研究主要集中于不同国家民族的主流文化之间，对于同一文化中的不同群体间的跨文化交际研究相对较少。而中国古典名著“红楼梦”对众多人物间纷繁复杂的关系的描写正体现了这种跨文化交际。在研究分析这些交际的同时，笔者发现这些跨文化交际与书中的“情”文化有着密不可分的联系。可以说，“情”文化奠定了跨文化交际成功的基础。本文尝试对“红楼梦”一书中这种群体间跨文化交际进行初步的探讨，并在此基础上剖析“情”文化对于跨文化交际的重要性，从文学作品中提炼出对社会语言学有价值的东西。     

Preliminary experiments on mechanical stretch-induced activation of skeletal muscle satellite cells in vivo

We have shown in vitro that mechanical stretch triggers activation of quiescent satellite cells of skeletal muscle to enter the cell cycle through an intracellular cascade of events including nitric oxide (NO) synthesis that results in the release of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) from its extracellular association and its subsequent presentation to signaling receptors. In order to explore the activation mechanism in vivo, stretch experiments were conducted in the living animal using our suspension model developed. This system used the weight of the hind portion of rats to stretch the inside muscles of the left hind limb suspended for a period of 0.5–2.0 h. At the end of the stretch period, the rats received an intraperitoneal injection of bromodeoxyuridine followed by immunocytochemistry for its incorporation as an index of satellite cell activation in vivo. Depending on the period of stretch, bromodeoxyuridine labeling was increased significantly over the contralateral unstretched leg or control muscle from untreated rats. A stretched muscle extract prepared from the 2 h stretched tissue by incubating it in PBS, showed the active form of HGF as revealed by immunoblotting and it could stimulate the activation of unstretched satellite cells. Also, administering NO synthase inhibitor L‐NAME prior to muscle stretch abolished the stretch activation of satellite cells. Therefore, the results from these experiments demonstrate that stretching muscle triggers NO synthesis and HGF release, which could activate satellite cells in vivo.     

A method for mapping the distribution of willow at a catchment scale using bi-seasonal SPOT5 imagery

This study showed that seasonal imagery acquired at specific stages of phenology can be used to improve the mapping accuracy of invasive willow at a catchment scale. SPOT5 XI (10 m) satellite imagery was acquired for early autumn and winter to represent the phenological stages of leaf cover and leaf fall respectively. Four classification regimes were evaluated using single‐ and bi‐seasonal composite imagery to determine the most accurate method. Significant spectral noise was found in willow populations, especially in the winter image, due to the effects of undergrowth exposure, shadowing, topography and boundary‐mixed pixels. Two noise reduction techniques were applied to the bi‐seasonal composite image to improve the classification results. The noise‐reduced bi‐seasonal composite image was classified using the spectral angle mapper (SAM) algorithm before importation into a geographical information system. Aerial photography was used to reduce the errors of commission associated with misclassification of pastures. The class accuracy achieved for willow using the method described in this study was 77.5% (Kappa =0.87). The high cost of eradicating willow means that managers must establish priorities for control; this technique can provide a powerful tool for prioritizing control programmes and for monitoring results at a catchment scale.
