浅析食品防腐剂

对食品防腐剂分类进行阐述,主要介绍了我国食品防腐剂的应用状况及开发进展,对我国目前广泛使用的化学防腐剂存在的问题和近年来新开发的天然防腐剂的种类做了较详细的综述.     

用叶绿素荧光研究植物伤害信息的系统性传递

采用机械损伤和(Z)-3-已烯醛熏蒸的方法,借助于叶绿素荧光手段,研究了伤害信息在合作杨檀株体内的系统性传递.结果表明,伤害信息在植株体内的系统性传递是双向的,不同部位叶片Fv/Fm的异质性为伤害信息在植物体内的双向系统性传递提供了直观的证据.     

文山县泰昌珍稀濒危植物园建设的意义及其可行性

位于文山县西北部，拟由私营企业文山泰昌花木场承建的文山泰昌珍稀植物固总规模63hm^2。文章论述了植物固建设对开展古老、珍稀、濒危物种种质资源的收集、迁地保存、驯化、繁育栽培以及发展经济等方面的重要意义。谊植物固划分为珍稀濒危植物展示区、繁育试验示范区、森林生态防护区、生活服务区。分析了建因的基本条件及其可行性。     

安徽农业投资与农民收入的相关研究

以1985—2003年安徽省农业统计资料为样本,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,建立安徽省农业投资与安徽省农业经济增长的计量经济模型,并在此基础上提出了增加安徽农业投资,加快安徽农民收入增长的对策。     

The consensus oligonucleotide competitive binding with NF-κB inhibits TNF production

AIM:To investigate whether a consensus oligonucleotide, which contains nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) binding site, decreases TNF production stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).METHODS:The thiophosphoric acid modified oligonucleotides were transferred into rat peritoneal macrophages directly, TNF content in LPS-stimulated cell culture supernatant was determined by ELISA.RESULTS:Adding the consensus oligonucleotides with NF-κB binding site into macrophages markedly decreased TNF production following LPS stimulation.CONCLUSION:These results show that use of the consensus oligonucleotides with NF-κB binding site, which can combine with NF-κB, can block or decrease TNF production induced by LPS in macrophages.

Internet listservers, a freely available resource on the Internet for anyone who can send and receive emails, provide a means for professionals to communicate and collaborate with each other in the field of soils and sediments. While moderated listservers are highly effective, in terms of quality and participation (activity) level, do not underestimate the knowledge base held within many of the soil and sediment-related listservers. Readers are encouraged to subscribe to those lists which match their own areas of the soil and sediment fields and to become active. Currently, the only listservers dedicated to sediments are of very low activity, with the lowest numbers of subscribers of all listservers surveyed. As a word of caution, Internet listservers are not a primary source of knowledge (in any scientific field), the quality of knowledge exchanged is highly variable, and if not properly managed, can waste time.     

犬冠状病毒的分离鉴定及其纤突蛋白基因的克隆与序列比较

以犬胎原代细胞，采用同步接种、带毒传代和添加新细胞的方法，从１例腹泻犬脾脏和１例临床健康犬肠内容物中分离出２株犬冠状病毒（ＣＣＶＹＳ１，ＣＣＶ ＣＩ１）。该２株病毒可使ＣＲＦＫ细胞出现典型的细胞融合病变，与从美国引进的ＣＣＶＮＬ－１８参考株形成的细胞病变相似；电镜负染和超薄切片观察，分离毒株细胞培养物中均含有典型的冠状病毒粒子，并形成胞浆内包涵体；经理化学、生物学鉴定，濉有ＣＣＶ的特性；间接免疫荧
