离子注入棉花种子M_1代细胞学效应研究初报 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本文分析了N~+离子注入棉子后,其胚芽细胞和当代植株花粉母细胞的细胞学效应。初步结果显示:在4×10~(16)N~+/cm~2剂量以下,离子注入对胚芽细胞的分裂无明显的抑制作用。而处理后的胚芽组织的核异常细胞率、微核细胞率和染色体畸变率均显著高于对照,且与离子注入剂量呈正相关。花粉母细胞的减数分裂也出现多种异常现象。 相似文献

The presence of multinucleated blastomeres (MNBs) in embryos is associated with poor developmental
competence in assisted reproductive technologies. This phenomenon is observed not only in humans but also in
other animal species. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of embryos with
MNBs (MNB embryos) that could be utilized in embryo transfer. The developmental rate of MNB embryos to the
blastocyst stage (50.8%) was significantly lower than that of normal embryos (73.3%) (P < 0.05). The
clinical pregnancy rates of fresh embryo transfer (ET) using day 2 or day 3 embryos were significantly lower
in MNB embryos (5.1%) compared with normal embryos (24.0%) (P < 0.05). In the case of frozen-thawed ET
using a single vitrified/warmed blastocyst, however, the clinical pregnancy rate of MNB embryos was close to
that of normal embryos (59.1% vs. 52.8%). Thus, the findings of the present study suggest
that the frozen-thawed ET of MNB embryos might improve the potential for implantation followed by successful

产CLA植物乳杆菌P8的离子束诱变与筛选 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本实验以植物乳杆菌P8为出发菌株,采用N+离子注入的方法进行诱变处理,注入能量为50keV,注入剂量为30、50、70、901、10、1301、50、1701、90×2.6×1013N+/cm2。结果显示,菌体的存活率随离子注入剂量的增加呈"马鞍型"曲线,"鞍脊"出现在70×2.6×1013N+/cm2~110×2.6×1013N+/cm2之间,此时菌体的存活率在21%~50%之间。综合考虑存活率、总突变率和突变幅度等因素,推荐90×2.6×1013N+/cm2作为离子注入植物乳杆菌P8的适宜诱变剂量。此菌株经N+离子束诱变,得到产共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)正突变菌株共36株,负突变菌株共66株,其中最高产CLA正突变菌株CLA浓度为0.2751mg/ml,转化率为27.51%。最低产CLA负突变株CLA浓度为0.0330mg/ml,转化率为3.30%。菌株的遗传稳定性正在进一步鉴定,若可以稳定遗传,将为研究植物乳杆菌P8产CLA的分子机理和生产出营养价值更高的保健食品奠定基础。 相似文献

Luman/CREB3 recruitment factor (LRF or CREBRF) was identified as a regulator of Luman
(or CREB3) that is involved in the unfolded protein response during endoplasmic reticulum
stress. Luman is implicated in a multitude of functions ranging from viral infection and
immunity to cancer. The biological function of LRF, however, is unknown. In this paper, we
report that uteri of pregnant mice and embryos displayed enhanced LRF expression at all
stages, and the expressed LRF was found to be localized specifically at implantation
sites. On the other hand, uteri of mice induced for delayed implantation or pseudopregnant
mice showed low levels of LRF expression, suggesting that LRF mediates uterine receptivity
during implantation. Further, expression of LRF was found to be modulated by steroid
hormones such as progesterone and estradiol. This study thereby identifies a potential
role for LRF in the process of implantation in uteri and development of preimplantation

迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)是唇形花科迷迭香属植物,是一种多年生常绿亚灌木,为观赏及芳香油植物,该植物已成为全球普遍重视的资源植物之一。迷迭香种子发育不良,种子萌发力极低,故通常采用无性繁殖法育苗,在生产中为了降低成本,节约资金,现阶段主要采用扦插法繁殖进行苗木生产。近年来,国内外对于迷迭香精油及抗氧化剂的研究报道及论文很多,但对迷迭香育苗技术报道却较少。开展该课题研究,对迷迭香的育苗技术进行研究,通过试验记载、观察、田间管理,为迷迭香种植提高育苗成效,降低成本,增加农民收入,为中国天然抗氧化剂的生产保障优质充足原料供应,具有重要意义。试验研究在玉溪对迷迭香进行扦插试验。迷迭香分别扦插在基质为菜园土的苗床上、用纸杯装菜园土扦插、在泥炭土:珍珠岩为2:1的基质上扦插,试验结果表明,试验结果表明,春季扦插成活率高,成活时间短,扦插苗生长健壮,在菜园土上扦插成本低,用纸杯装土扦插,成活率95%~99%,且苗生长健壮。在泥炭土:珍珠岩为2:1的基质上扦插结果,嫩梢作插穗在插后8d开始生根,25d全部生根,生根率99.5%。以上各种扦插方法培养的扦插苗移栽成活率均在95%以上,没有明显区别,可见3种方法扦插育苗都具有成活率高的特点,但采取什么方法,以成本和已有的生产材料及技术而定。 相似文献
