Methanol-concentrated wastewater is chosen to optimize the conditions of imbedded immobilization of microorganisms through a series of experiments. Activated sludge is imbedded in some little balls with the imbedding materials of Sodium Alginate and PVA, then orthogonal experiments of methanol wastewater treatments are done based on the decomposition of the indicator of COD. Whereafter, the optimum imbedding conditions of Sodium Alginate and PVA are determined and the performance of immobilized ball is improved under those conditions. Meanwhile, the study analyses the performance of the ball based on such parameters as the specific surface area, penetrability and electronic-microscope photo. It is concluded that reaction time is the most important factor, both SA and PVA are reticulations and their structures are suitable to grow for microorganisms, and the mechanical performance of the PVA immobilized ball is improved to a large scale after adding some chemicals.  相似文献

Wastewater from some chemical plant is of high content ,chroma and acid. On the base of these characters, "micro electrochemical reduction coagulation" process was opted to pretreat it and better efficiency was obtained. Running results indicated that the removal rates of COD and chroma were above 70% and 80% respectively on the best influent condition of pH=6,iron:carbon=2:3,the input rate=60% and micro electrochemical reduction coagulation was used as 1.5%.  相似文献

The anoxic-aerobic process was used to treat n-phenylglycinonitrile wastewater from a chemical plant. Furthermore, the chemical process was used to remove ammonia from effluent of bio-chemical process. The results show that when the influent contains COD Cr 1 000-2 000 mg/L and NH 3-N 300 mg/L, the effluent would contain COD Cr 200-300 mg/L and NH 3-N 30 mg/L. The treated water can be reused as cooling water for the factory.  相似文献

This paper studies the performance of a gas-Iiquid-solid fluidizedbed bioreactor(FBB)for the slaughter treatment.The results show that the COD removal rate is higher than 80% when COD concentration in the influent waste-water is about 1000mg/1 and the hydrauIic residence time(HRT)is 124.5 minutes.n the experiments,the crushed granular shale used as media in FBB has advan-tages of slight weight,easy fluidization,ease of attaching by microbes and cheap-ness.  相似文献

To solve some key problems existed in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM), a new technique using vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion weld technique to connect the metallic slice sheets is presented in this paper. The following conclusions can be draw from the experiments introduced specially: the size in the stack direction shrink at the rate of less than 1% and the shrinking is owed to regularly error, the atom-diffusion between two combined interface occurred clearly and new crystallites shaped meanwhile, shearing intension of well connected diffusion section is more than 100 MPa and micro hardness of well-knit portion is the same to matrix's. It can be proved from the result above that the vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion technique weld is a perfect technique for connecting metallic slice sheets used in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via LOM.  相似文献
