GIS在城市污染信息系统中的应用

随着社会经济的迅速发展,城市的环境污染日趋严重,迫切需要实时、准确、大范围、可靠地获取环境参数的现状和动态变化数据。为此,提出了以GIS为主要软件,开发平台建立城市污染信息系统,并确立了系统的结构与功能、系统的数据库、系统的应用等。城市污染信息系统将为城市环境的管理提供高效、科学的信息支持,从而提高管理水平。     

论高校读者消费权益及其保障

读者在利用图书馆资源时,已经与图书馆建立了消费、合同关系,图书馆要充分满足读者的使用权、咨询权、知情权,在保障人身安全、名誉权的条件下享受图书馆的服务。图书馆要加强制度建设,设施建设,增强服务意识,进行普法宣传,将图书馆建设成高校和谐相处的文明窗口。

介绍了西安城市混凝土立交桥涂装配套设计方案，对提高混凝土防腐涂层抗污性的措施和防腐抗污涂层的技术要求进行了论述，并对混凝土桥梁涂装的施工工艺进行了介绍。     

Agronomic Traits of Corn Fertilized with Sewage Sludge

Although research on the environmental impacts of using waste as a fertilizer is of great importance, the basic principle for using a product as fertilizer is that it should provide nutrients for plants without causing any harm to them. The objective of this study was to evaluate the agronomic traits (number of nodes, plant height, leaf number, yield, and protein content of grains) and the nutritional status of corn treated with sewage sludge. The experiment was conducted in the municipality of Jaboticabal in a Red Latosol. A randomized block design with four treatments (0, 55, 110, and 167.5 Mg ha^?1 of sewage sludge) and five repetitions was used. At 30 days after emergence (DAE), the dose of 110 Mg ha^?1 dry weight presented greater values for plant height, leaf number and stem diameter. At 60 DAE, the treatments did not affect the agronomic traits. No influence from the treatments tested was observed for protein content of grains and yield. The dose of 167.5 Mg ha^?1 showed greater weight of 100 seeds. All treatments showed nutritional imbalances. This study confirmed the agricultural potential of sewage sludge as a source of nutrients.

总结国内外3s技术在城市森林研究领域应用现状，分析其不足，即遥感学家与植物生态学家缺乏沟通、被动遥感优势尚未挖掘、生态系统服务制图滞后、生态系统管理中忽视信息系统建设，以及景观规划的精确性与客观性有待提高等，在此基础上提出相应改进建议，以期为我国城市森林的3S技术应用和城市森林建设工作提供借鉴。     

发展小城镇 推进城乡一体化进程

根据福建省南靖县城镇化发展现状与存在问题,分析了城镇化发展战略的可能与需求,提出了城乡一体化进程的发展路径。     

Effect of Peat-based Container Media on Establishment of Scots Pine,Norway Spruce and Silver Birch Seedlings after Transplanting in Contrasting Water Conditions

Abstract

Urban woodlands are the subject of complex decision-making that requires a strategic overview of the resource. This article contributes a national study of municipal woodland in Denmark. Data were collected among all Danish municipalities through a postal survey (with a response rate of 52%). As much as 83% of the woodland units were located within urban settlements or at their fringe, emphasising that municipalities are important urban woodland providers. Municipal woodland resources were typically divided into many separate units of varying size. On average, the responding municipalities owned 12.6 woodland units with an allocated area of 265 ha, resulting in a mean size of 21.5 ha. A general lack of management plans, and a significant drop in recreational facilities provided with decreasing woodland size indicate that the recreational use potential of small woodland units was largely overlooked. Municipal woodland units frequently bordered other woodland or nature areas of different ownership. Thus even small municipal woodlands can play a key role in the development of multifunctional green infrastructures in the urban landscape. Only municipalities with extensive woodland property had issued a woodland policy, and/or certified woodland management. This indicates a need for development of governance and strategic management instruments attractive to municipalities with limited woodland property.     

昆明都市农业的地位和作用研究——基于滇中城市经济圈一体化发展的视角

随着《云南省滇中城市经济圈区域协调发展规划》的出台，昆明市作为经济圈的核心，其农业发展为加快经济圈的一体化进程、保持圈内经济社会的和谐发展，将产生重要作用。分析了在经济圈一体化发展格局下，昆明都市农业的地位和功能，以及都市农业发展的内涵拓延，并提出了相关政策建议。     

城乡一体化视角中贵州农村劳动力素质研究

推进城乡一体化,建设社会主义新农村,需要具有高素质的新型农民。目前贵州省农民整体素质相对较低,与全面建设小康社会不相适应。因而在城乡一体化过程中,要发挥农民在新农村建设中的主体作用,就应把提高农民素质、培育新型农民作为一项战略任务,加大农村教育培训的力度,采用多种形式,实施培训工程,培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。
