Load dynamic matching of supply and demand side based on the utilization of urban sewage heat energy

Flowing dynamic characteristics and its temperature dynamic characteristics of a three-level sewage pipe network in Chongqing were analyzed. A mall's building whole year load was simulated. In the adverse condition of wastewater flow, the market construction peak discharge heat was compared with the sewage heat load, the balance between the most adverse flow and the building demand was found. Explored supply and demand matching method between urban sewage and city building load in flow adverse condition to take full advantage of the urban sewage cold and hot resources. the composite system was adeptcd to make up the most unfavorable flow time of sewage average heat load and the construction load difference; it also puts forward principle of load sharing and control strategy aimed at compound system.     

Around Body Flow Computation with Vortex-Flow-streamFunction in Boundary Fitted Coordinates

In this paper, partial differential equations of vortex flow-stream function in boundary fitted coordinates and related ADI equations were listed. The flow around a cylinder in quadrilateral area by auto control boundary was computed. The diagram of distribution of speed arrow, constant lines of flow-stream function, vortex, two speed parts and pressure were studied.     

Study on the Sedimentation Rule of the Particles in Debris Flow

In this paper, according to the study on a great number of experiments and data analyses, the sedimentation rule of solid particles in debris flow is set up. Three main factors that influence the particle sedimentation in debris flow were studied; the basic reasons to influence the particle sedimentation were analyzed. The particle sedimentation in debris flow could be divided into three stages,i, e. the starting stage, the quick sedimentation stage and the accumulation stage,and detailed analysis on the sedimentation process each stage was made. The liquid viscosity, particle quality and additional water pressure have an important role on the sedimentation rule of the particle in debris flow.     

四流T型中间包控流装置优化的水模拟分析

以某钢厂四流中间包为研究对象,根据相似原理建立了1∶3的物理模型。模型研究了不同结构的挡墙、导流孔和湍流抑制器对中间包内流动特性的影响。实验结果表明,“Y”型挡墙和梯形湍流抑制器(方案F)组合的控流装置能获得相对较优的实验结果。采用方案F的控流装置后,总体的死区比例从原型的23.69%降为8.02%,钢液能得到更为充分的混匀;各流平均停留时间的标准差从原型方案的23.56降低到7.34,各流一致性也得到了明显的改善。     

切线泵流动特征的整流场数值模拟

对单级切线泵在设计工况进行了定常流动数值模拟，分析了叶轮流道及蜗壳内的液体流动情况。结果表明，切线泵内流场非常复杂，叶轮进口有明显冲击，叶轮各流道的速度、压力差异很大，环形蜗壳内流动呈现旋涡推进特征，上、下游流动有强烈的相互作用，整机流场不具有对称性；环形蜗壳的几何结构以及流场上、下游的相互作用是导致整机流场非对称特性的主要原因。计算结果为进一步改进结构、提高性能、减小水力损失提供了理论依据。     

基于多块网格技术的离心泵叶轮CFD分析

网格生成是三维紊流数值分析的重要组成部分，其网格质量对数值求解的稳定性及精度至关重要。结构化网格具有节省内存和便于节点编号等优点被广泛使用。对于几何形状复杂的离心泵叶轮通道，用单块结构化网格难以很好地进行描述。采用多块网格技术，根据各块和流场的特点，探讨了离心泵叶轮通道结构化网格划分中的一些处理方法，同时对离心泵叶轮三维紊流场进行了雷诺平均N-S方程的数值模拟，检验了所提的方法。     

HD型石油化工流程泵双蜗壳内部流场数值计算

180°对称分布的双蜗壳结构在大型离心泵中应用广泛,但目前对双蜗壳内部流动规律的数值研究还相对较少。为了探究双蜗壳流道内部流动规律,利用CFD软件,基于雷诺时均N-S方程和k-ε紊流模型,通过SIMPLE算法进行压力速度耦合,对双吸式HD型石油化工流程泵蜗壳流道内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了蜗壳内的速度场以及压力场的分布规律,并重点分析了隔舌和扩散段内的流动。数值结果表明,蜗壳内的速度场以及压力场分布相对比较均匀,在隔舌和扩散段内存在一定的回流和涡流,但并不影响泵的良好性能和高效率。
