甜菜夜蛾[Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)]属鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)夜蛾科(Noctuidae),是芦笋、番茄、棉花、萝卜、玉米等植物上的重要害虫。明确该虫幼虫的龄数和龄期,可为其预测预报和科学防治提供依据。对甜菜夜蛾幼虫各龄期的头壳宽度、体长和体重进行测量,并根据频次分布图、戴氏定律、Crosby生长法则和回归分析推断和验证甜菜夜蛾幼虫的虫龄数。结果显示,甜菜夜蛾1~5龄幼虫的头壳宽度范围分别为0.21~0.30、0.40~0.49、0.65~0.75、1.05~1.15、1.65~1.80 mm,频次分布呈现出5个明显的集中区域;1~5龄幼虫的体长范围分别为1.0~3.1、2.5~6.5、4.0~10.0、5.0~15.0、11.0~27.0 mm,各龄期体长出现重叠,频次分布集中区域不明显;1~5龄幼虫的体重范围分别为0.025~0.567、0.200~6.000、1.100~15.200、6.200~65.600、32.900~275.200 mg。结果表明,试验条件下甜菜夜蛾幼虫共5龄,幼虫头壳宽度可作为分龄指标,而幼虫体长和体重在各龄期出现较大程度的重叠,不宜作为分龄指标。 相似文献

【目的】建立一种对虾急性肝胰腺坏死病(Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease)病原菌副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus, VpAHPND)荧光定量 PCR 检测方法,对该病进行快速检测。【方法】根据副溶血弧菌基因保守序列设计特异性引物和探针,经优化反应体系及条件,建立检测 VpAHPND 的荧光定量 PCR 方法;以重组质粒为标准品制作标准曲线,并进行特异性、敏感性、重复性及临床应用试验。【结果】该方法定量范围宽,起始模板浓度范围为 2.3×101
~2.3×107 拷贝 /μL 时,标准曲线具有良好的线性关系;最低检测限为 2.3 拷贝/μL,与对虾其他病原菌及病毒无交叉反应,重复试验变异系数为 0.45%~0.69%,可在 1 h 内完成样品检测;对临床对虾样品的检测结果表明,该方法与世界动物卫生组织(OIE)推荐的套式 PCR 法检测结果一致。【结论】应用 TaqMan 探针建立的检测 VpAHPND 的荧光定量 PCR 方法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好的特点,可有效用于临床对虾样品的 VpAHPND 检测。 相似文献

The possible importance of the O-linked glycosylation in virion stability and infectivity of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) was analysed. Enzymatic treatment with O-glycosidase of radiolabelled virions under different ionic conditions, to allow for possible alternative exposure of glycosidic enzyme cleavage sites, did not alter the specific infectivity of virions re-isolated after rate-zonal centrifugation in glycerol gradients. As an alternative method to assess the significance of carbohydrates in IPNV integrity, periodate oxidation in the presence of an aldehyde quencher was chosen. Following re-isolation of viruses, a 3-5 (10)log-unit reduction in specific infectivity was revealed and, at higher concentrations, a total disruption or virion aggregation was observed. The loss of infectivity of intact virions was not because of a lack of attachment to cells. Additionally, re-evaluation of reading values from UV-spectra of purified IPNV yielded a specific infectivity of 3 × 10(11) TCID(50)-units mg(-1) of protein and a ratio of 40 virions per TCID(50)-unit in the CHSE-214 cell system. 相似文献

对纯化的对虾皮下及造血组织坏死杆状病毒(HHNBV)进行了超微结构、紫外吸收、核酸类型及多肽SDS-PAGE的研究。同时用单克隆抗体对HHNBV的两分离株和MBV进行了血清学比较研究。用TMV作为内标定物测得病毒粒子大小为150nm×450nm,其衣壳为两个帽状物端夹13圈螺旋对称的园柱体结构。病毒在260nm处吸光系数为0.117mg/mL/OD260。病毒核酸为双链DNA,分子量大于35×106d。病毒囊膜有12种主要多肽。病毒衣壳有两种主要多肽。从寿光(HHNBV—937)和青岛(HHNBV—938)分离到的病毒种在SDS—PAGE和抗HHNBV—937单抗ELISA反应上没有显著差异。HHNBV与斑节对虾杆状病毒(MBV)在抗原决定簇上存在差别。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to examine laryngeal function at rest and during ridden exercise and to further analyse the impact of different head and neck positions on the laryngeal function in ridden sport horses. Fifty‐eight Warmblood horses were examined endoscopically during ridden exercise as well as during quiet breathing at rest before and after sedation. Four different head‐neck positions (unrestrained, reference, elevation and hyperflexion) were assessed during the exercise test. Laryngeal function was graded at rest and for every combination of gait and head and neck position during exercise. There was a significant correlation between the grade of laryngeal function during exercise and at rest both before (correlation coefficient = 0.794) and after (correlation coefficient = 0.741) sedation (P<0.01). No significant association was found between the grade of laryngeal function during exercise and the different head and neck positions. 相似文献

This case report describes an unusual diagnosis of central nervous system botryomycosis in a horse. A 16‐year‐old Welsh Section D gelding was evaluated for acute onset of hypermetric ataxia, leaning to the left and head tilt to the right. Based on the neurological signs, a cerebellar lesion with accompanying vestibular disease was suspected and supportive therapy consisting of antimicrobial and glucocorticosteroid drugs and hypertonic saline was instituted. This resulted in marked clinical improvement over a 48 h period. Computed tomography performed in the standing, sedated horse following initial stabilisation identified extensive sclerosis and lysis of the right temporal and occipital bones, consistent with an infectious or neoplastic process. Based on the grave prognosis for survival despite the clinical improvement, euthanasia was undertaken. Post mortem magnetic resonance imaging identified a mass lesion impinging on the right cerebellar hemisphere, sclerosis of the temporal and occipital bones lateral and ventral to the mass, as well as destruction of the temporal bone between the inner ear and the cerebellum. These changes corresponded to the presence of a mass within the right dorsal temporal bone, extending into the right lateral temporal bone. The mass extended to compress and adhere to the right lateral hemisphere of the cerebellum. A histopathological diagnosis of botryomycosis was made, affecting the temporal and occipital bones and compressing the cerebellum. 相似文献

A closed complete mid‐diaphyseal spiral fracture of the left femur in a one‐year‐old donkey was treated with a 4.5 mm titanium locking compression plate distal femur (LCP‐DF)1. This plate was originally manufactured for human orthopaedics, primarily for femoral osteosynthesis. The LCP‐DF1 has a distal head plate that was advantageous in this case because the distal fragment was smaller. Post operative radiographs showed optimal femoral reconstruction and a callus was present 3 weeks after surgery. The donkey was sound at the walk and trot 2 months after surgery. Radiographs taken 5 months after surgery showed stable implants and complete healing without complications. 相似文献
