阜阳剪纸艺术在新媒体语境下的传播研究

纵观阜阳剪纸的渊源与现状,认为阜阳剪纸是一门古老的民间艺术,是安徽省国家级非物质文化遗产,在皖北地区颇具影响。然而阜阳剪纸"地域相承、亲缘相承、师徒相承"的传播方式,极大地限制了它的发展潜力。研究着重探讨了阜阳剪纸资源的整合方法与整合平台的建立,认为新媒体时代的到来为阜阳剪纸艺术的传播敞开了从区域到全国乃至世界的大门,因此,利用多种新媒体技术途径,对阜阳剪纸艺术进行资源整合,建立多媒体传播系统,使阜阳剪纸艺术在传承中得到更广泛的传播,显得尤为重要。     

大球盖菇菌丝生长适宜氮源研究

研究了不同氮源对犬球盖菇菌丝生长的影响，结果表明大球盖菇菌丝生长最适氮源是尿素，其适宜浓度是0．026％；蛋白胨次之，其适宜浓度是0．1％；硫酸铵最差。大球盖菇菌丝生长对氮源浓度极敏感，低浓度氮促进菌丝生长，高浓度氮显著抑制菌丝生长。     

The growth of tagestes erecta,petunia hybrida nana compacta and myosotis alpestris in a range of peat‐based container media

Abstract

The dry matter yield and nitrogen content of marigold (Tagestes erecta), petunia (Petunia hybrida nana compacta) and forget‐me‐not (Myosotis alpestris) plants growing in a range of peat‐based container media amended with different proportions of either sand, perlite, pumice, sawdust, bark chips or soil were studied under glasshouse nursery conditions.

Plant responses differed between species as manifested by their different correlations with measured moisture and aeration characteristics of the media. Marigold and petunia were adversely affected by excessive moisture content as demonstrated by their negative correlation with micropore water and container capacity. However, forget‐me‐not, being adapted to relatively high moisture regimes, responded adversely to increased aeration.

砖混结构住宅楼温度裂缝的分析及防治方法

对砖混结构住宅楼顶层墙体普遍存在的温度裂缝作了分析，提出了在建筑、结构设计时为控制裂缝应采取的预防措施，以及对温度裂缝的加固处理方法，并以工程实例予以说明。     

A COMPARISON OF THE ROSTROCAUDAL OPEN MOUTH AND ROSTRO 10° VENTRO-CAUDODORSAL OBLIQUE RADIOGRAPHIC VIEWS FOR IMAGING FLUID IN THE FELINE TYMPANIC BULLA

Fluid within the tympanic bulla is an indication of middle ear disease. Radiography has a relatively low accuracy for the detection of soft tissue opacification in the tympanic bulla, and the most useful radiographic projection, the rostrocaudal open mouth (RCd (open mouth)), is technically difficult to perform in dogs and cats. An alternative projection for the feline tympanic bulla, the rostro 10 degrees ventro-caudodorsal oblique (R10 degrees V-CdDO), was compared to the RCd (open mouth) in 41 feline cadaver heads with the tympanic bullae randomly filled with KY jelly. Computed tomography was used as the gold standard. Each tympanic bulla was recorded as being positive or negative for soft tissue opacification. Although there was no significant difference between the accuracy of the two views, the R10 degrees V-CdDO was subjectively more accurate and easier to perform, and in a live patient may be performed without the need for general anesthesia. The R10 degrees V-CdDO projection is a good alternative to the RCd (open mouth) projection for detecting otitis media in the cat.     

EXCRETORY UROGRAPHY BY INTRAOSSEOUS INJECTION OF CONTRAST MEDIA IN A RABBIT MODEL

There are many indications for an intravenous excretory urogram. However, where intravenous access is not available, the intraosseous route to the circulation may be an alternative. We found that safe and diagnostic excretory urograms could be obtained in rabbits following the injection of different contrast media via the intraosseous route. In fact, these excretory urograms were indistinguishable from ones obtained by the conventional intravenous route. While the rabbits did not develop any abnormal clinical signs following the procedure, there were postmortem histologic lesions of osteochondrosis in 5 of 22 (22.7%) tibias receiving an intraosseous needle, but in none of the 14 tibias that did not receive an intraosseous needle. Further, the use of diatrizoate was associated with the development of osteochondrosis while the use of iopamidol was not.     

不同灌溉方式对水稻根系生长的影响

采用根箱试验研究了间歇灌溉与淹灌两种灌溉方式对汕优10号根系生长的影响.结果表明,间歇灌溉处理具有更高的根系活力,较高的根系生物量和较深的根层分布,抽穗以后土表10 cm以下根系生物量比例高于淹灌处理.这可能是间歇灌溉条件下,稻株氮素吸收及利用率增强,后期干物质积累及产量提高的重要生理原因.     

鹅掌楸容器育苗轻基质配方研究

选用泥炭、稻壳、森林表土、黄心土混合配制成5种轻基质配方,开展鹅掌楸容器育苗技术研究。结果表明:不同轻基质配方之间的重量,容器苗苗高、地径、根系、单株干物质重量达到极显著差异;4号轻基质配方(泥炭50%+稻壳20%+森林表土20%+黄心土10%)育苗效果最好,苗木粗壮、根系发达、基质重量较轻;1号轻基质配方(泥炭20%+稻壳50%+森林表土20%+黄心土10%)效果最差。研究认为:在鹅掌楸容器育苗生产上宜选用4号轻基质配方。
