关于《中图法》第四版现代舞、交际舞及体育舞蹈类目设置的探讨——兼与张晶老师商榷

针对现代舞、交际舞、体育舞蹈等类图书归类时出现的归类混乱的问题进行了详细分析，指出了《中图法》四版在此类类目设置的不足之处，并提出了解决问题的办法。     

Analysis of a Long-term Experiment with Repeated-measurement Models

Long‐term experiments are a classical case of repeated measurements. Traits are measured on the same experimental unit over many years so that correlations arise between the observations made on the same plot in consecutive years. This paper describes the analysis of a three‐crop‐rotation long‐term experiment. We analysed the yields of the crops and the organic carbon content in the topsoil over 30 consecutive years. Several variance–covariance approaches are discussed and the trait‐specific best fit is interpreted. Mixed models are used to describe the structure of the experiment. Both yields and soil organic carbon show a more or less pronounced variance heterogeneity. Especially for yields, the heterogeneity of cycles and years is dominant. The consideration of correlations results in a better model fit in all cases.     

高分子吸水剂在沙地植被重建中的盆栽效果试验

本试验于2002年4～10月在红原县进行,其目的在于通过对吸水剂的盆栽试验,探讨吸水剂对植株生长的作用,从而达到节水重建植被的目的。     

沙棘定向培育的试验研究

在内蒙古克什克腾旗对引进和选优的沙棘品种进行了13年的区域性试验，筛选出无刺、高V-C型、高氨基酸型、大果等10个有较高经济价值的沙棘优良类型，在筛选的基础上，结合生化测定，在不同立地条件下，定向栽培，推广面积达3000hm^2。     

银杏幼苗叶片转化酶活性及其动力学

采用波钦诺克XH法研究了田间和室内栽培的银杏幼苗叶片转化酶的活性及其动力学性质。结果表明:银杏幼苗叶片转化酶在pH值5.0、温度55℃时活性最强;该酶的米氏常数为3.7×10-2mol·L-1;室内盆栽的银杏幼苗叶片转化酶的活性显著高于田间栽培的同龄银杏幼苗叶片转化酶的活性。     

水稻控蘖增粒栽培技术增产原因初探

以金优桂９９、Ｗ６１５４Ｓ／特青、香Ｓ／ＧＥＲ－１等杂交组合为材料，从分蘖节位、茎杆粗细、穗粒结构等方面探讨“控蘖法”对杂交水稻的增产原因。     

借鉴大阪葡萄栽培经验 促进南京葡萄优质高产

介绍了日本大阪栽培葡萄采用棚架上盖薄膜、疏果、掐穗尖、叶面喷肥、喷赤霉素等方法取得了稳产优质的效果和通过农协切磋技艺及推销产品的经验。分析了南京葡萄栽培和采收中的问题。提出了控制产量、保证优质、修剪果穗,推迟采收、叶面喷肥、秋施基肥、推行棚架、加强冬管等一系列改进措施。     

The use of cultured hepatocytes from goats and cattle to investigate xenobiotic oxidative metabolism

The oxidative metabolism of aldicarb (ALD), a carbamate pesticide, and fenbendazole (FBZ), an anthelmintic, was studied using cultured hepatocytes obtained from 4 goats and a bullock and incubated with ALD (50 mol/L) and FBZ (10 mol/L). The parent compounds and the metabolites were measured by HPLC. Both compounds are metabolized at the sulphur atom via two sequential oxidations, first to the sulphoxide (aldicarb sulphoxide and oxfendazole, respectively) and then to the sulphone. Oxfendazole and fenbendazole sulphone from FBZ, and aldicarb sulphoxide from ALD were found in both species. Aldicarb sulphone was not produced by the hepatocyte preparations from the bullock. 棚菌灵烟剂的研究

筛选出适合配制烟剂的高效药剂,用低成本的供热剂,采用简便、安全的干制法配成复方棚菌灵烟剂,可防治温室、塑料大棚黄瓜、番茄的多种病害,具有高效、经济、低毒、对蔬菜污染小、便于推广应用等特点．     

应用花药培养技术培育苹果新类型

通过对苹果不同品种花培植株的试管苗及其高接树的染色体数目观察,看到大部分为单倍体,还有其他倍性的植株.幼龄期元帅花培植株的植物学性状与原品种元帅之间有显著差异,表现分枝多、有针刺、叶片小而薄、茸毛少、有缺刻等野生性状.在花培植株之间,也表现有明显的差别.田间高接后,花培植株随树龄增长逐渐向栽培性状转化,元帅花培植株元80—3已开始结果,表现出明显的短枝型特征.
