微量补体结合试验检测牛、羊副结核病的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用《中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫行业标准》“副结核病补体结合试验操作规程”方法(简称常量法)和微量补体结合试验(简称微量法)检测3677头进口牛羊的副结核病抗体并进行比较。结果表明,常量法和微量法的溶血素效价测定值相同,补体效价测定值近似,阴性血清对照、抗原对照、补体对照、红细胞对照、血清抗补体结合对照结果均相同,阳性对照血清效价微量法比常量法提高1个滴度,被检血清的阳性检出率微量法高于常量法。比较37℃水浴及37℃恒温培养箱环境下的微量法补体结合试验结果,溶血素效价、补体效价、各项对照试验结果完全相同,被检血清在37℃水浴反应更加充分。比较用变态试验和补体结合试验检验3677头牛羊副结核病的结果、以及用补体结合试验、变态反应和酶联免疫吸附试验方法同时检测2024头牛的结果,发现它们的相关性很小。 相似文献

对几种丛生竹种麻竹、吊丝球竹、青皮竹、粉丹竹、马甲竹、绿竹等进行根系固氮能力调查测定 ,用直接法测定 (干根样品 )前 5个种竹种的根系最高固氮酶活性分别为 2 0 .50、2 4 .81、10 .83、7.4 9、2 .4 6nmol(C2 H4 )·g- 1·h- 1,用富集培养法测定 (鲜根样品 )前 5个种竹种的根系平均固氮酶活性分别为 2 75、4 31、169、188、79nmol(C2 H4 )·g- 1·h- 1。不同生境和不同季节丛生竹根系固氮能力的调查显示 ,充足的水分供应、较高的温度及适当施用有机肥有利于竹子固氮。对几种丛生竹种根际不同部位固氮菌数调查测定显示 ,根际固氮菌数最多的竹种是吊丝球竹 ,在根际不同部位固氮菌数由非根际土→根际土→根表→根内依次急剧递增 ,越往内部根际效应越明显。用 2 #、12 #、14#、7#菌及混合菌液对麻竹组培苗进行接种显示 ,接种固氮菌可提高苗木成活率和植株含氮量 ,14#、7#菌和混合菌接种可显著提高麻竹组培苗生物量。 相似文献

从土壤微生物 ,土壤持水性、土壤物理、化学性质方面探讨不同类型樟子松人工固沙林土壤质量状况 ,得出针阔混交林比针叶纯林土壤质量高。松杨混交林、松枫混交林下微生物细菌、真菌数量分别比樟子松纯林高 1~ 3倍 ,表层枯枝落叶量比纯林高 8.5 4%~ 10 .0 2 % ,0~ 2 0cm最大持水量提高了 4~ 5个百分点。不同林分类型间土壤容重差异不大 ,混交林有降低趋势 ;养分状况表层有较明显差异 ,但深层土壤中除速效N之外 ,其它各项养分含量差异不明显 ,表明林木对土壤的改良作用是一个长期的持续过程 相似文献

Management of subterranean clover (Trifolium subterraneum L.) understory grown with loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) and slash pine (Pinus elliottii Engelm.) resulted in differences in both clover yield and pine diameter. Loblolly and slash pines were planted into a subterranean clover pasture in 1984. Suppression of warm season herbaceous vegetation by applying herbicides or disking the site in late summer resulted in significantly greater subterranean clover production than on the control site where no additional understory management was applied. Pine species had no effects on clover yield. The N content of the pine foliage on the blocks managed with herbicide application or disking generally was significantly greater than the control from the 5th through 7th growing seasons (1988–1990). The dbh of the pine trees in the disked and herbicide treatments was greater than the control after the 7th growing season (1990). 相似文献

Separate assessment of nutrient uptake by individual plants in mixed cropping with trees is impossible without tracer techniques.
The different 15N-to-14N isotope ratio of atmospheric and soil N can be used to study the contribution of biologically fixed N to the nutrition of
associated trees. In most cases, the assessment of nutrient uptake distribution is an appropriate way of evaluating how to
improve the transfer of biologically fixed N. Radioisotopes (e.g., 32P), stable isotopes (e.g., 15N) and rare elements (e.g., Sr) can be used to determine relative root activity distribution by applying the tracer to different
soil depths or distances from trees. A broadcast application of the tracer instead of point application makes it possibe to
calculate uptake values per unit area. The direct determination of nutrient pathways with such robust experiments offers considerable
advantages for improving nutrient use efficiency and complementarity in multistrata agroforestry systems.

Quantitative field measurements of biological nitrogen fixation (BNF) and biomass production by four different understorey pastures in a Pinus radiata-pasture agroforestry system were determined over a period of one year. The trees were two years old at the beginning of this study and the understorey pastures were being cut and removed for silage. The BNF was determined using the 15N dilution technique. Pastures of ryegrass+clover, cocksfoot+clover, phalaris+clover and lucerne were used. Substantial amounts of BNF were found (71 to 230 kg N ha–1 year–1) with lucerne showing the highest N fixation. However, lucerne derived only 71 to 72% of its N from the atmosphere (%Ndfa) during the spring/summer period compared to 83–97% with clovers, thus the net N demand from the soil was substantially higher with lucerne. This caused increased N stress to the trees. Clover in ryegrass+clover pasture fixed more N than the other grass+clover pastures. Although pasture position in relation to trees did not affect annual pasture total DMY and %Ndfa, pastures north of tree row grew better than those in other positions. Trees significantly affected the BNF of legumes and the botanical composition of pastures with highest BNF and legume production occurring in pastures midway between two rows of trees. These results suggest that it would be advantageous to evaluate different legumes and grasses for tolerance of shade and moisture stress in future studies. As the trees studied were only 1.5 to 3 m in height, their effects on BNF, seasonal pasture biomass production and botanical composition are expected to increase with tree dominance in the ecosystem with time. Amounts of N fixed were related to the productivity (i.e. dry matter and N yield) and seasonal persistence of the legumes. There are many advantages of bended wood,such as good-looking shape,simple process and low cost.The product,however,is easy to get recovery,which is urgent to be dealt with.This paper concludes the features of deformation and recovery of bended wood and wood-based composites and summarizes four treating methods to keep dimensional stability.Compared to bended solid wood,some elementary perspectives on the research of bended wood-based composites are presented.The purpose of this paper is to suggest:1)to investigate the optimum heating time and temperature that bended wood and wood-based composites need from the formation of deformation to the recovery and to the permanent fixation,according to its changes of dimensional stability such as curvature radius;2)to measure the composites comprised of wood and adhesives on the changes of stress relaxation,dynamic viscoelasticity and crystal1ization field;3)to quantitatively analyze changes of the major components in wood cell wall polymers as well as the composites under heat/steam treatment and untreated conditions.It will be helpful for subsequent research to clarify on the mechanisms of permanent fixation of bended wood and also contribute to that of wood-based composites. 相似文献
