腐皮镰孢引起的菜豆根腐病是一种世界性病害,在菜豆生产中危害严重。为对其有效的生物防治,针对菜豆根腐病利用枯草芽孢杆菌进行了拮抗机制及应用的研究。结果表明:YB5能有效抑制菌丝生长、孢子产生和萌发。YB5的无菌滤液对高温敏感。YB5菌液对种子发芽没有抑制作用,且能促进根系的发育。YB5菌液及无菌滤液对菜豆腐皮镰孢根腐病的盆栽均具有较好的防效,YB5菌液防效可达94.6%。  相似文献

Previous studies showed that the yellow seed color gene of a yellow mustard was located on the A09 chromosome. In this study, the sequences of the molecular markers linked to the yellow seed color gene were analyzed, the gene was primarily mapped to an interval of 23.304 to 29.402M. Twenty genes and eight markers’ sequences in this region were selected to design the IP and SCAR primers. These primers were used to screen a BC8S1 population consisting of 1256 individuals. As a result, five IP and five SCAR markers were successfully developed. IP4 and Y1 were located on either side of the yellow seed color gene at a distance of 0.1 and 0.3 cM, respectively. IP1, IP2 and IP3 derived from Bra036827, Bra036828, Bra036829 separately, co-segregated with the target gene. BLAST analysis indicated that the sequences of newly developed markers showed good collinearity with those of the A09 chromosome, and that the target gene might exist between 27.079 and 27.616M. In light of annotations of the genes in this region, only Bra036828 is associated with flavonoid biosynthesis. This gene has high similarity with the TRANSPARENT TESTA6 gene, Bra036828 was hence identified as being the gene possibly responsible for yellow seed color, in our research.  相似文献

Trees are the dominant species in agroforestry systems, profoundly affecting the performance of understory crops. Proximity to trees is a key factor in crop performance, but rather little information is available on the spatial distribution of yield and yield components of crop species under the influence of trees in agroforestry systems. Also, little information is available on how crop density may be exploited to optimize the yield in such systems. Here we studied the performance of cotton in jujube/cotton agroforestry. Field experiments were conducted in 2012 and 2013 in Hetian, Xinjiang, China. Cotton was grown at a row distance of 60 cm in three densities, 13.5, 18.0 and 22.5 plants m−2 in six m wide paths between tree lines in a jujube plantation. Plant density affected both cotton aboveground dry matter and yield significantly. The highest yield was attained at the intermediate density of 18.0 plants m−2 (20.0 plants m−2 corresponding in sole cotton), lower than the optimal density in sole cotton (25.0 plants m−2). Yield at the lower density was constrained by the low number of bolls per m2 as a direct consequence of the low density, whereas at the high plant density yield was constrained by a lower allocation of assimilates to cotton seed and lint, as a consequence of intraspecific and interspecific competitions. There were strong gradients in yield and yield components in relation to the distance from the tree rows. Leaf area and total dry matter of cotton in rows close to the tree lines were reduced, especially in the rows next to the trees. Moreover, biomass allocation to cotton fruits was reduced in these rows. Competitive influences from the trees on cotton performance extended two rows deep in a six-year old jujube stand, and even three rows deep in a seven-year old stand. Shading effects on cotton yield were compensated by increasing plant density as a result of greater boll numbers per unit ground area. Data from this study help guide the design of optimal plant density of cotton in jujube plantations and give insight in the spatial distribution and dynamics of competitive effects in agroforestry systems in general.  相似文献

Carotenoids are not only important to the plants themselves but also are beneficial to human health. Since citrus fruit is a good source of carotenoids for the human diet, it is important to study carotenoid profiles and the accumulation mechanism in citrus fruit. Thus, in the present paper, we describe the diversity in the carotenoid profiles of fruit among citrus genotypes. In regard to carotenoids, such as β-cryptoxanthin, violaxanthin, lycopene, and β-citraurin, the relationship between the carotenoid profile and the expression of carotenoid-biosynthetic genes is discussed. Finally, recent results of quantitative trait locus (QTL) analyses of carotenoid contents and expression levels of carotenoid-biosynthetic genes in citrus fruit are shown.  相似文献

以毛乌素沙地东南缘优势灌木作为保育植物,选择油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris)幼苗作为目标物种,将其分别种植在开阔地和优势灌木冠层下,连续3 a统计松树幼苗的存活率和主枝生长长度,从而确定毛乌素沙地优势灌木对松树幼苗的定居是否存在保育作用。同时,测量开阔地和灌木冠层下的环境指标,揭示优势灌木保育作用产生的机理。结果表明:1优势灌木冠层下松树幼苗的总存活率显著高于开阔地(P0.05),说明优势灌木可增加松树幼苗的存活率。2在持续3 a的恢复实验期间,优势灌木对松树幼苗定居的保育作用不随时间的变化而发生改变。3优势灌木冠层下松树幼苗的主枝生长良好,并未受到抑制。4优势灌木通过改善微环境,从而对其冠层下松树幼苗的定居产生保育作用,其中改善最为明显的是光照强度和土壤湿度,其次是土壤的有机质和全氮含量。总的来说,优势灌木对松树幼苗的定居存在保育作用,保育植物技术可作为一种有效的恢复措施,应用在毛乌素沙地东南缘的植被恢复中,从而为该区植被的恢复与生态保护提供基础数据。  相似文献

The work aimed to quantify native organic C mobilized in one calcareous soil in the 21 days after addition of biochar at a range of large to very large applications. The experiment was carried out in unplanted microcosms, and CO2 flux was used as a measure of net mineralization. A rapid methodological approach, which does not require 13C as a tracer, was used to assess any priming effects induced by the biochar. The amount of CO2‐C mobilized was small relative to the amount of biochar C and proportional to the amount of the biochar added. The additional CO2‐C was similar to the content of the water‐soluble organic carbon in the biochar added with each application. No interaction with native soil C, that is priming effect, was observed.  相似文献

为明确豆科绿肥对四川丘陵区橘园产量、品质、产值及土壤肥力的影响,2011-2013年在四川省西充县进行了试验研究。结果表明:(1)橘园间作豆科作物柑橘产量比对照提高3.3%-5.7%、但增产不显著;(2)凡涉及间作大豆的模式,经济产值极显著提高、比对照增加14.3%-16.2%;(3)凡间种豆科绿肥的模式,柑橘品质和土壤养分都有明显改善,柑橘总糖提高13.1%-15.5%、可溶性固形物提高17.4%-20.2%、Vc 提高13.6%-16.3%、可滴定酸降低10.3%-11.8%,土壤有机质增加13.2%-15.9%、全氮增加6.3%-8.7%、全磷增加8.0%-10.6%、速效钾增加6.2%-8.7%。橘园间作豆科绿肥和间作大豆-绿肥的综合效应良好,可选择应用。  相似文献
