研究型学院本科教学运行管理体系的构建与实践

研究型学院以培养创新人才和发展研究型教学为核心，构建适应研究型学院本科教学运行管理体系是实现这一核心任务的根本保证。通过探索和实践，初步构建了适合研究型学院的，能有效确保教学正常运行的管理体系，实现教学管理科学化、规范化、制度化，不断提高人才培养质量和管理水平。     

株洲农民专业合作组织经营效率评价

目前，株洲农民专业合作组织的发展仍然不能适应农业市场化发展的要求。如何辨识阻碍农民专业合作组织发展的主要因素及其对农民专业合作组织发展的影响，使农民专业合作组织提高资源配置效率，有效规避市场风险，最大化自身产出和收益，已成为一个亟待解决的研究课题。文章基于DEA方法对株洲农民专业合作组织进行了相关研究。     

Effects of Huaiyu decoctum on serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in rats after anorectal operation

ATM: To investigate the effects of Huaiyu decoctum on the serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in rats after anorectal operation. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats (n=40) were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group, model group, low-dose Huaiyu decoctum group and high-dose Huaiyu decoctum group. The concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in the rat serum were measured by ELISA. The pathologic changes of the anorectal tissues were observed under microscope with HE staining. The protein expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and NF-κB was determined by Western blotting. RESULTS: After Huaiyu decoctum administration, TNF-α and IL-6 concentrations in the serum were significantly decreased, and IL-10 concentration was increased as compared with model group. Moreover, Huaiyu decoctum markedly attenuated edema and hyperemia in the rats after anorectal operation. The protein expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and NF-κB in the anorectal tissues was obviously inhibited by Huaiyu decoctum treatment. CONCLUSION: Huaiyu decoctum improves the recovery of anorectal tissues after operation by decreasing the serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10, and reducing the protein expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and NF-κB in the anorectal tissues.     

日本农业保险运行机制与服务作用的思考和借鉴

2004年以来,中国农业保险发展迅速,目前已覆盖全国各地。但仍然存在农业保险制度尚不完善、缺乏稳定持续的政策支持、当事人的权利义务关系缺乏规范、农村基层机构参与农业保险存在法律障碍及政府部门职责分工不明等问题。以日本为例,介绍日本农业保险制度,指出其存在强制性与任意性加入相结合、政府负担部分保险费及共济、保险、再保险重层保险体系等特征,从共济加入方式、损失评估规定和共济金支付方式3个方面分析了农业保险运行机制,发现其具有减轻农民损失、稳定农业经营,提高凝聚力、促进协同发展,提高防灾、抗灾能力等社会化服务功能,为中国目前面临的农业保险业建设提出了相应的建议。

Acute cortisol responses of lambs to ring castration and docking after the injection of lignocaine into the scrotal neck or testes at the time of ring application

OBJECTIVE: To test whether injecting lignocaine into the scrotal neck 5 to 10 s before or into both testes immediately after ring castration and docking wound significantly reduce the plasma cortisol response to castration and docking. DESIGN: A physiological study with controls. PROCEDURE: Lambs were given one of six treatments: control handling, injection of lignocaine into scrotal neck, injection of lignocaine into both testes, ring castration and docking, ring castration and docking after lignocaine was injected into the scrotal neck, and ring castration and docking before lignocaine was injected into both testes. Blood samples were taken before and regularly after treatment and analysed for plasma cortisol concentrations. RESULTS: The plasma cortisol concentrations of lambs castrated and docked after lignocaine had been injected into the scrotal neck were significantly lower between 20 and 60 min after treatment than in lambs castrated and docked without local anaesthesia. Injecting lignocaine into the testes after ring application did not significantly reduce the cortisol response to ring castration and docking. CONCLUSIONS: Lignocaine injected into the scrotal neck 5 to 10 s before ring castration will reduce the cortisol response and by inference the pain associated with ring castration.     

Fat-Tailed Sheep Traits as Affected by Docking

The literature mostly indicates that docking fat-tailed lambs initially reduces growth but that post-weaning growth and feed conversion efficiency then increase. The amount of fat deposited, the total separable lean meat to fat ratio and the meat quality all increase, while the percentage of bone in the carcase either decreases or does not change in the carcases of the docked lambs. Wool growth and characteristics are, in general, not affected and reproductive traits in ewes and lambs are improved by docking. The rectal temperature, respiration rate and pulse rate are decreased following docking. The concentrations of immunoreactive beta-endorphin and cortisol in the plasma and the incidence of foot stamping and restlessness, as indicators of stress, increase after docking. Other constituents of the blood are not significantly altered following docking or by the methods of docking. Docking of fat-tailed sheep using rubber rings at one day of age can be recommended.
