Analysis on Effects of Constructions Building nearby the River Bank or across the River on Navigation Conditions

In this paper, the effects of construction nearby the river or across the river are analyzed on navigation conditions, such as navigation scales, navigation flow conditions, navigation way, navigation method and navigation aids. Some safety measures during its construction are presented.

Strategic Approaches for Implementing International Cooperation in Industrialised Housing in Chongqing

The paper deals with the concept of housing industrialisation, the importance of promoting industrialised housing in Chongqing. It analyses the current condition and the possible implementation approaches for developing industrialised housing in Chongqing. It addresses the aim, objectives, suggested organisation structure and the rules and responsibilities of each party in this project. The paper also mentions the importance for international cooperation and what overseas participants can offer for this project.     

The Need and Efforts to Industrialized Housing from Developers

There exists the problems of low technology, low quality of components and lacked process in the traditional houses. This article states the experience and lesson in the development of Chongqing Longhu Garden, and the efforts of developers in the industrialized housing.     

快速工业化中耕地变化与保护 ——以江苏如东县为例

快速工业化中，城镇化和工业化导致建设用地大量增加、耕地锐减，从而造成经济发展与用地的不协调。尝试通过对江苏省如东县近10年工业化发展与耕地变化的分析相关，厘清影响耕地变化的主导因素，从而有针对地提出耕地保护的有效对策。笔者主要应用定性与定量相结合的方法进行工业化与耕地变化相关性分析；应用霍夫曼系数来确定工业化阶段，应用单因素逐一回归分析耕地变化情况。研究结果表明，近10年如东县工业化处于加速发展阶段，耕地变化显著；导致耕地变化的主导因素主要是城市化和固定投资；应该通过集约节约用地、深挖用地潜力、协调城乡用地等方面进行耕地保护。     

A Talk about Mode and Buildings of Providing for the Aged

In this paper, the problems to be studied and solved after China entered the "Aging Society" are presented. Then, based on analysis of the living mode of aged, the complex mode of providing for the aged by combining the family supporting with social supporting is presented. Finally, to study, design and construct the housing suitable for the complex mode of providing for the aged, the welfare building and recreation center for aged is suggested. This paper will play an important role in investigation of mode of providing for the aged with China's character and promoting the construction industry to meet the needs of aging society.     

日本的营养液栽培现状及其新技术

该文从营养液栽培的发展规模、投资费用、营养液栽培方式等方面介绍了日本营养液栽培的现状、存在的问题及发展方向。在营养液管理方面，已发现单纯依靠检测电导率EC值控制营养液浓度的弊端，提出应针对各种离子的营养液浓度进行管理；各种废液的处理方法和营养液循环利用中去除病原菌和生长阻害物质的方法。分析了各种方法的利弊。最后该文详细介绍了日本营养液栽培的新技术——移动栽培和营养液土耕的基本原理，主要方法和效果。     

梯田田坎水分耗散及其对作物产量的影响初探

通过对陕北丘陵沟壑区梯田土壤水分及作物产量监测结果的分析，认为田坎水分蒸发对田面土壤水分的减少作用，在距田坎１ｍ距离内是明显的，它使作物单株产量较坡地减少了１８．２％，理论计算表明：１ｍ高田坎水分损失１０．９％，２ｍ高田坎水分损失１１．２％。     

TM影像中大棚菜地信息提取技术研究

大棚菜地在我国北方呈不断发展之势,快速、准确地获取其面积及分布状况,是蔬菜业健康发展和科学管理的客观需求。为探索快速准确的大棚菜地信息提取技术方法,以山东省青州市为例,采用TM数字图像,深入分析各主要地物光谱特征的基础上,构建了能够突出反映大棚菜地信息的大棚菜地指数模型,同时通过对图像的分区、掩膜处理,以及研究区背景数据及专家知识的应用,准确提取了大棚菜地信息。结果显示:青州市2002年4月14日的大棚菜地面积为21375.4hm2,集中分布于青州东北部平原区的谭坊、郑母、黄楼等乡镇。本研究技术方法对于大棚菜地信息的遥感提取有积极参考价值,为研究区及山东蔬菜业的合理发展提供重要技术支撑。
