Comparison of physiological and yield traits between purple- and white-pericarp rice using SLs

Five physiological and eleven yield traits of two pairs of sister lines generated from a high generation with similar genetic background (SLs) for purple pericarp were investigated to explore the reasons behind low-yield production of colored rice. Of the five physiological traits examined, except grain anthocyanin content, there were generally similar trends between the P (purple-pericarp) lines and the corresponding W (white-pericarp) lines over two seasons (in the year 2009 and 2010 separately). The results demonstrated that the chlorophyll content of flag leaves, the net photosynthetic rate of flag leaves, and the grain anthocyanin content could be easily influenced by the environment. The physiological functions of the traits for the P lines were more active than those of the corresponding W lines in the year 2010. The grain anthocyanin content of the P lines was much greater in the year 2010 than in the year 2009 during the growth period. The investigation of yield traits revealed that the P lines had reduced 1000-grain weight, yield per plot and grain/brown rice thickness compared to the W lines. A difference comparison of these traits and a source-sink and transportation relationship analysis for these SLs suggested that small sink size was a key reason behind yield reduction of purple pericarp rice.

航天辣椒新品种比较试验

为选育优良的辣椒品种,以红椒1号为对照,比较了红椒1号航天诱变得到的桂航1号、2号、3号品种的熟性、果实形状、果实品质、抗病性以及产量。试验结果表明,桂航1号发挥了中晚熟品种产量高和品质好的栽培优势,其辣椒素含量比红椒1号提高了近20倍;桂航2号表现了极早熟、产量较高、VC含量高等特点,熟性比红椒1号提早了10 d以上;桂航3号虽然产量稍低,但作为线形辣椒,可丰富本地线椒品种结构。     

Schwermetall‐ und schadstoffbelastung im unteren odertal und konsequenzen für die grünlandnutzung

Anthropogen verursachte Stofffrachten haben seit Beginn der Industrialisierung zur Sedimentation und Anreicherung von Schwermetallen und Schadstoffen in der weitgehend naturbelassenen Flussaue der unteren Oder geführt. Für die Grünlandnutzung in diesem Bereich des heutigen Deutsch‐Polnischen Nationalpark ergeben sich folgerichtig Einschränkungen in Form des Verbots der Milchproduktion. Boden‐, Sediment‐ und Pflanzengehalte sind seit 1990 raumbezogen analysiert worden. Hohe Gehalte im Boden haben nicht zwangsläufig hohe Pflanzengehalte bewirkt, wohl aber war sichtbar, dass die Gehalte in Senkenarealen meist höher als auf den übrigen Flächen lagen. Überhöhte Gehalte in den Pflanzen im Sinne der deutschen Futtermittelverordnung traten vor allem bei Cadmium und Mangan auf. Extensive Weidehaltung mit Mutterkühen, Mast‐ und Jungrindern ist unter Ausgrenzung von Problembereichen möglich.     

苏云金杆菌D—1(血清型H3ab)新菌株的研究

D—1菌株系从自然死亡的灯蛾虫尸分离的一株苏云金杆菌新菌株。经菌种鉴定与Bt.var.kurstaki相同,属血清Ⅲ型。其培养特性表现为:对培养基成分和培养温度适应范围较小,在温度28-30℃,培养基含固量为4.1-6.7％,C/N为5.7-6.2时发酵正常。32℃以上和浓培养基则影响其正常繁殖。这与HD-1菌株相吻合。对菜青虫、棉铃虫、玉米螟和松毛虫等4种昆虫毒力测定结果表明,D—1菌兼有H_5型青虫菌81—6和H_3型HD-1的杀虫特性。它对菜青虫和松毛虫的毒力与81—6相接近而高出HD—12.7—5.1倍。对棉铃虫和玉米螟的毒力则明显高于81—6也比HD—1强。
