Application of Water Quality Standand Leuel Method in Eualuazing Status Quo of Heauy-Metals Pollution in Riuers

The status quo of heauy-metals pollution in water phase of course of Long-Tan hydropower statian was eualuated by water Quality Standand Level Method. With this special method,mone objectiue and definite results were obtained.     

A MULTI -OBJECTIVE FUZZY DECISION -MAKING APPROACH FOR POWER NETWORK PLANNING UNDER UNCERTAINTY

This paper proposes a multi - objective fuzzy decision - making approach for power network planning under uncertainty ,which simutaneously considers not only the least investment cost,the minimum power loss,the maximum reliability,and the least environmental impacts, but also the uncertainty about the future load growth and the capital investment availability. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified with numerical examples.     

MicroRNA-9-5p mediates sympathetic overactivity by targeting KCNN3 in paraventricular nucleus of rats with T2D

AIM To investigate whether microRNA-9-5p （miR-9-5p） mediates sympathetic overactivity by targeting KCNN3 （potassium intermediate/small conductance calcium-activated channel, subfamily N, member 3） gene,which encoded small-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel 3 （SK3） protein, in paraventricular nucleus （PVN） of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2D）. METHODS A rat model of T2D was established by high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg streptozotocin. The levels of miR-9-5p and KCNN3 mRNA in PVN were detected by real-time PCR. The relationship between KCNN3 and miR-9-5p was predicted by TargetScan. Recombinant adeno-associated virus （rAAV）-miR-9-5p or KCNN3 were bilaterally microinjected into the PVN to observe the changes in plasma glucose levels and sympathetic drive indicators. The number of FosB and SK3 positive cells was measured by immunofluorescence staining. The protein expression of SK3 was determined by Western blot. The relationship between KCNN3 and miR-9-5p were confirmed by cell transfection and dual-luciferase reporter assay. RESULTS Compared with the rats in diabetes control （DC） group, the blood glucose, sympathetic drive indexes and the level of miR-9-5p in PVN were significantly increased, while the SK3 expression in PVN was obviously reduced in the diabetes mellitus （DM） rats. After microinjecion of rAAV-miR-9-5p in PVN, the sympathetic drive indexes, blood glucose, and the number of FosB-positive cells were increased significantly, but the SK3 protein expression was significantly reduced （P<0.05）. However, up-regulation of KCNN3 in PVN had the opposite effect. These responses were obviously enhanced in DM rats compared with DC rats. The results of cell transfection and dual-luciferase reporter assay demonstrated that miR-9-5p bound to the 3’-UTR of KCNN3 and inhibit its expression. CONCLUSION miR-9-5p was up-regulated in PVN of the rats with T2D, and it may mediate sympathoexcitation by targeting KCNN3.     

Cu(Ⅱ)对红壤性水稻土吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的影响

选择一种红壤性水稻土研究了Cu（Ⅱ）对土壤吸附CrO4^2-的影响。结果表明，Cu（Ⅱ）显著增加了土壤对CrO4^2-的吸附量，Cu（Ⅱ）对CrO4^2-吸附的影响程度随着Cu（Ⅱ）加入量的增加和体系pH的升高而增加。Cu（Ⅱ）不仅增加土壤对CrO4^2-的吸附量，也增加CrO4^2-的解吸量，但解吸增量比吸附增量低得多，说明cu（Ⅱ）对CrO4^2-在土壤中吸附的促进作用机制涉及静电作用、专性吸附和表面共沉淀。铜的促进作用增加了土壤对CrO4^2-的固定量，降低了CrO4^2-的活动性和生物有效性。     

绿壳蛋鸡IGF-Ⅰ基因SNPs分析及其与末期产蛋性能的相关性研究

本研究以胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(insulin-like growth factors-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅰ)基因作为候选基因,运用PCR-RFLP法检测基因变异,并分析其变异与鸡末期产蛋性能的相关性。以绿壳蛋鸡(n=113)作为试验材料,对IGF-Ⅰ基因5'调控区进行遗传多样性研究。研究结果表明,该调控区扩增产物经PstⅠ酶切后出现AA、AB、BB共3种基因型,经χ²检验绿壳蛋鸡在IGF-Ⅰ位点上符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P＞0.05)。相关分析表明,IGF-Ⅰ基因5'调控区PstⅠ位点对于产蛋末期(14和15月龄)的产蛋性能没有显著影响(P＞0.05)。     

PLC特性及其在碱回收系统中的应用设计

几种苹果矮化砧木的抗寒性研究

以71-3-150、GM256、SH6及M9 4种苹果(Malus)矮化砧木的1年生枝条为试材,进行-20℃、-25℃、-30℃、-35℃、-40℃低温处理,用电导法配合Logistic方程,求得拐点温度(LT50)即半致死温度,并对其电导率、可溶性蛋白含量和POD酶活性等指标进行了测定比较。结果表明:测得的电解质渗出率呈典型的S型曲线,与相应的低温呈极显著负相关;71-3-150、GM256、SH6及M9的半致死温度分别为-40.63℃、-39.29℃、-34.10℃、-30.10℃;抗寒性强的71-3-150和GM256能保持较高的可溶性蛋白含量和POD酶活性。     

短肢剪力墙设计在新高规中的变化

根据实际设计经验,简单阐述2010年版高规的短肢剪力墙在高层建筑结构设计中的注意事项以及相对2002年版高规的不同。2010年版高规规定不论是否短肢剪力墙多少,所有短肢剪力墙都要按短肢剪力墙设计。对普通剪力墙结构而言,2010年版高规更明确、适用,安全。
