Evolution of Conception of Ecosystem Service Value and City Planning

Ecosystem services imply the natural environmental conditions and their effectiveness formed and sustained by ecosystems and ecological processes. From the view of city planning, in this paper, the evolution of the conception of ecological service-value and the relationship between the ecological service-value and city planning are reviewed. At the same time, it raised a conception about ecological space service value and negative ecological effect and an innovation proposal on city planning is presented.     

Urban Environmental and Urban Ecological Problems in the Sustainable Development of Chongqing City and Its Countermeasures

The main urban environmental and urban ecological problems existing in the sustainable development of Chongqing city were introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the causes and features of these problems were analyzed. At last, some countermeasures, which would provide some scientific bases for accelerating the urban sustainable development of Chongqing city, were suggested.     

On Green Lighting Planning and Design of the City

The energy-conserving environmental protection and the culture characteristic protection are two themes to the sustainable development of modern city,and the green lighting project is an important condition to ensure sustainable development of the city.But now,in some lighting projects the energy consumption and economy power capability were ignored;some design tactics are identical and in the green lighting projects the whole lighting of the city was not considered,which cause the crisis of losing the city characteristic.This paper proposes the green view of city lighting planning,and points out that the energy conservation,environmental protection,economic feasibility and culture characteristic must be considered synthetically in the city green lighting planning and design to guarantee sustainable development of the city.     

西安市地下水污染敏感性分析研究

从"污染源排放→包气带传输→地下水污染"的系统概念出发,提出了地下水污染广义敏感性和狭义敏感性的概念,并构建了相应相对完善的评价指标;在广泛水文地质调查和污染源调查的基础上,以GIS空间分析为手段,完成了西安市地下水污染敏感性分析试验。结果显示:从纯水文地质条件出发,西安市地下水污染的狭义敏感性,以主河道、漫滩阶地、一级阶地和人工填土区最为敏感,与中心城区地下水污染的实际分布状况有较大偏离;考虑人类活动及污染源分布,广义敏感性为,西安市地下水污染的敏感性以建城区和北郊污灌区最为敏感,与地下水污染的现实分布格局相一致,但在广阔的农业区,使得敏感性等级不甚明显。进而得出,地下水污染狭义敏感性评价适合大尺度区、人类影响小或影响均一区的评价;广义敏感性评价适合小尺度区、人类影响大、影响不均一区的评价。本研究为地下水污染敏感性分析及西安市地下水污染防治提供了新的信息。     

试谈合肥城市绿地应急避难场所的建立

通过对城市绿地避难场所的概念及其防灾、避难功能的介绍,结合合肥城市特点、灾害隐患分析以及城市防灾避难工作现状调查,提出建立合肥城市绿地避难场所必要性和规划设施建议。     

麻城市油茶产业化发展的现状与对策

湖北省麻城市素有"中国油茶之乡"之美誉,具有发展油茶产业得天独厚的资源优势、环境优势和区位优势。本文通过对麻城市油茶产业现状的调查,针对存在的问题,提出了进一步推进产业化发展的措施与对策。     

浅谈阿勒泰市历史文化名城保护规划

城市的发展体现了悠久的历史和灿烂的文化,本文通过挖掘阿勒泰的文化内涵,确定文化名城的建设内容,提出合理开发利用方式。加强对阿勒泰的整体历史文化环境、山水格局、特色城市建设的保护规划建设,为其他历史文化名城保护规划提供参考。     

西部山地型城市及城市森林特点分析

对山地城市类型、布局结构及其特点进行阐述,分析山地城市森林影响因子及特点,认为我国西部山地城市森林具有四大特点:在城市规划区范围内以乔木为主体,自然林覆盖率和自然度0.5以上林地占城市绿地的30%以上;大型城市绿地斑块内自然、半自然林地比例较高,占斑块的20%以上;坡地林地率较高,林地率大于50%,群落结构稳定;坡地物种乡土性高,优势种明显,以自然次生林为主,并具有一定的面积和乔木数量。建议充分利用现有山地资源,从保护自然植被着手,充分保护环境基础设施,构建和完善城市组团隔离带和城周生态屏障,以形成山地城市特点鲜明的城市森林绿色生态网络。     

天水市蔬菜市场管理问题研究

通过对蔬菜批发市场、农村集贸市场、产地市场进行调查的基础上,阐述蔬菜市场建设模式、管理形式以及营销方式、外销品种和去向。针对目前天水市蔬菜市场存在的主要问题,在建设和管理方面提出几点建议。     

安阳市道路绿地调查与研究

对安阳市的道路绿地进行踏查,选择有代表性的8条主干路、5条次干路、3条支路的道路绿化形式、中央分车绿带、两侧分车绿带、行道树绿带、路侧绿带的植物配植进行实地调查;在此基础上对安阳城区道路绿化现状进行分析,并对道路绿化提出了合理建议。
