以江苏省姜堰市沈高农场为例,用地质统计学方法研究了冬小麦生育期内土壤水分和碱解氮的时空变异性,并分析了它们与产量的关系。结果表明,土壤水分和产量属弱变异性,碱解氮属中等变异性;除播前土壤水分外,产量及各阶段土壤水分、碱解氮均由趋势、剩余残差的空间相关部分和随机部分组成,所有变量都具有中等以上空间结构性;土壤水分空间分布随时间变化较大,碱解氮随时间变化不大;各时期碱解氮与产量都呈显著正相关,苗期相关性最强,灌浆期土壤水分含量与产量有一定正相关关系。  相似文献

Explaining yield gaps is crucial to understand the main technical constraints faced by farmers to increase land productivity. The objective of this study is to decompose the yield gap into efficiency, resource and technology yield gaps for irrigated lowland rice-based farming systems in Central Luzon, Philippines, and to explain those yield gaps using data related to crop management, biophysical constraints and available technologies.Stochastic frontier analysis was used to quantify and explain the efficiency and resource yield gaps and a crop growth model (ORYZA v3) was used to compute the technology yield gap. We combined these two methodologies into a theoretical framework to explain rice yield gaps in farmers’ fields included in the Central Luzon Loop Survey, an unbalanced panel dataset of about 100 households, collected every four to five years during the period 1966–2012.The mean yield gap estimated for the period 1979–2012 was 3.2 ton ha−1 in the wet season (WS) and 4.8 ton ha−1 in the dry season (DS). An average efficiency yield gap of 1.3 ton ha−1 was estimated and partly explained by untimely application of mineral fertilizers and biotic control factors. The mean resource yield gap was small in both seasons but somewhat larger in the DS (1.3 ton ha−1) than in the WS (1.0 ton ha−1). This can be partly explained by the greater N, P and K use in the highest yielding fields than in lowest yielding fields which was observed in the DS but not in the WS. The technology yield gap was on average less than 1.0 ton ha−1 during the WS prior to 2003 and ca. 1.6 ton ha−1 from 2003 to 2012 while in the DS it has been consistently large with a mean of 2.2 ton ha−1. Varietal shift and sub-optimal application of inputs (e.g. quantity of irrigation water and N) are the most plausible explanations for this yield gap during the WS and DS, respectively.We conclude that the technology yield gap explains nearly half of the difference between potential and actual yields while the efficiency and resource yield gaps explain each a quarter of that difference in the DS. As for the WS, particular attention should be given to the efficiency yield gap which, although decreasing with time, still accounted for nearly 40% of the overall yield gap.  相似文献

Nine polycross (PX) and nine different self (S1) progenies were randomly chosen from 43 selected tall fescue genotypes and evaluated for in vitro digestible organic matter (IVDOM), crude protein, neutral detergent fibre, acid detergent fibre and acid detergent lignin of whole plants, leaf blades and stems (stem plus leaf sheath) at each of four harvest dates in 1991 and 1992. Significant variation for all whole‐plant and leaf quality traits occurred among the PX progenies at the May harvest. Variation among S1 progenies was significant for almost all of the stem traits. Genetic variance components for both progeny groups were significant for almost all of the traits, confirming the presence of additive genetic variation. Heritability estimates on a progeny‐mean basis ranged from medium to high for almost all the traits of the whole‐plant and the leaf and stem fractions. The results suggest that spring would be the time at which direct selection for high IVDOM or low fibre content would be successful and that selection for leaf or stem quality traits improves whole‐plant quality. Selection for quality traits in the summer or in the autumn would be difficult since no significant genetic variability was found.  相似文献

A collection of 38 PVY isolates from seed potato batches, originating from several Western European countries, was characterized by using current biological, serological and molecular tools differentiating PVY strains and groups. The correlation between the three kinds of tests was good but not absolute. No single serological or PCR method was able to discriminate among the five isolate groups found. Twenty-nine isolates belonged to the PVYN strain and six to the PVYO strain. No PVYC was found. Two other isolates reacted serologically like PVYO, but were unable to elicit a hypersensitive response from the Nytbr gene and probably represent the PVYZ group. At the molecular level, these two isolates showed a combination of both PVYO and PVYN and could be recombinants of these strains. Another isolate reacted serologically like PVYO, but induced vein necrosis in tobacco, like PVYN-Wilga. Some PVYN isolates caused tuber ring necrosis in glasshouse conditions. These might belong to the PVYNTN group. The PVYNTN, PVYN-Wilga and PVYZ groups probably represent pathotypes within strains PVYN and PVYO, respectively. The present study also confirms previous reports showing a high genetic variation at the 5 end within the PVYN strain.  相似文献

Strains of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri were isolated from Mexican lime (Citrus aurantifolia) trees in several countries in southwest Asia. These strains produced typical erumpent bacterial canker lesions on Mexican lime but not on grapefruit (C. paradisi). Lesions on grapefruit were watersoaked and blister-like in contrast to the typical erumpent lesions seen after artificial inoculation with all described pathotypes of X. axonopodis pv. citri. This group of strains hydrolysed gelatin and casein and grew in the presence of 3% NaCl as is typical of X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype A. RFLP analyses and DNA probe hybridization assays also gave results consistent with X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype A. Metabolic fingerprints prepared with the Biolog® system showed similarities as well as differences to X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype A. In spite of the physiological and genetic similarities to pathotype A of X. axonopodis pv. citri, these strains had no or very little affinity for polyclonal antiserum prepared against any of the reference strains of X. axonopodis pv. citri and also did not react with monoclonal antibody A1, an antibody that detects all strains of pathotype A of X. axonopodis pv. citri. These strains were also insensitive to bacteriophage Cp3 like X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype A and unlike X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype B. We conclude that these strains, designated Xcc-A*, represent a variant of X. axonopodis pv. citri pathotype-A with pathogenicity limited to C. aurantifolia. The existence of extensive genotypic and phenotypic variation within pathotype A of X. axonopodis pv. citri was unexpected and further complicates the systematics of this species.  相似文献

基于浙江省2000、2010、2020年3期土地利用数据,构建涉及耕地利用转型的图谱分析模型,利用ArcGIS 10.6软件揭示浙江省耕地利用转型的时空演变特征。结果表明,浙江省耕地利用转型以林地占补和向建设用地转出为主,空间上由杭嘉湖平原、杭绍甬地区、甬温沿海经济带向浙中盆地丘陵区呈“C”型集聚,“东占西补”特征明显;耕地利用转型数量和空间分离度增加,耕地面积“占大于补”,但占补缺口正在缩小;耕地利用转型以后期变化型(即变化发生在2010—2020年)为主,林地是耕地补充的主要来源,建设用地占用耕地问题严重。基于此,建议持续盘活存量、带动增量、应对变量,推动山水林田湖草系统治理逻辑下的耕地资源优化配置和土地利用空间正义,实现耕地补充和建设用地保障“双向平衡”,生态保护、粮食安全、发展空间“三位一体”。  相似文献

Abstract  Variability in community (richness, diversity and evenness) and population (size structure) attributes of discards was evaluated in a shrimp fishery in Celestun Lagoon, Mexico, in different climatic seasons and hydrological zones. Sampling was conducted using two bottom nets with different mesh size codends: 1.3 cm (used in the fishery) and 2.5 cm. Although the shrimp:discard ratio was 1:1 in both cases, total biomass and abundance with the 1.3-cm mesh size were, respectively, 4.6 and 1.8 times higher than with the 2.5-cm mesh size. This result was consistent in time and space. Discards were dominated by fishes [60% in 1.3-cm mesh size and 96% in 2.5-cm mesh size, mainly Cichlasoma urophthalmus (Günther), Eucinostomus gula (Quoy & Gaimard) and Lucania parva (Baird & Girard)] and shellfishes (40% in 1.3-cm mesh size and 4% in 2.5-cm mesh size, mainly Palaemonetes spp. and Callinectes spp.). The highest discards were registered the nortes season with both mesh sizes. The 1.3-cm mesh size retained significantly smaller sizes than the 2.5-cm mesh size in six of the eight most important species. An increase in mesh size, together with a fishery closure during the nortes season, are suggested to mitigate the impact of the fishery on the discarded fauna.  相似文献

Microorganisms form the basis of soil food webs and represent key control points of carbon cycling and sequestration. Virtually all central European forests are managed and land-use regimes likely impact microbial abundance and community composition. Consequently, knowledge on how land-use intensity and abiotic variables, such as pH, C-to-N ratios, moisture regimes and concomitantly different stress levels, affect microbial communities is needed. We investigated phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) profiles of leaf litter and soil from four forest types differing in foliage, age and management intensity, replicated in three regions across Germany. To account for temporal variation, samples were taken twice in the same season, but with an interval of three years. Total microbial biomass and microbial community composition differed between years, presumably due to between year variations in weather conditions. The litter layer was more prone to effects of drying, with a reduction of almost 30% of total PLFAs in the drier year. In soil effects of weather conditions depended on soil type and therefore differed between regions, with microorganisms in the sandy soils of the Schorfheide being more susceptible to water-stress, as evidenced by a ten-fold increase of the stress indicator cy/pre ratio in the drier year. Despite temporal variations in microbial biomass and community composition, the balance between the fungal and bacterial energy channel, as measured by fungal-to-bacterial ratios, remained rather constant in particular in soil. While total microbial biomass did not differ between forest types, microbial community composition differed significantly between beech and coniferous forests. Despite more acidic conditions, the fungal energy channel was less pronounced in leaf litter of coniferous forests than in broad-leaved forests, whereas the proportion of bacterial fatty acids was the highest in coniferous forests. Increasing management intensity presumably fosters the bacterial energy channel in the exposed litter layer. Supporting this assumption coniferous forests featured significantly higher values of the stress indicators cy/pre and SAT/MONO ratio. Bacterial community structure and biomass closely correlated with pH, with particular PLFAs dominating at high and low pH, respectively, indicating pH-specific microbial communities. In contrast, fungal abundance in leaf litter was correlated with C-to-N ratio. The results suggest that leaf litter and soil need to be considered separately when investigating changes in microbial community composition, since susceptibility of microorganisms to environmental stressors differs markedly between these layers. This, and repeated sampling events, may be particularly important when investigating subtle effects such as those related to climate change.  相似文献

Digital images of cotton canopy growth information, which was determined using the grid sampling method to obtain the parameter Hue of HIS color system in conventional light conditions, were used to examine the spatial distribution characteristics of the canopy image H value and the relationship between the digital image H value and agronomic traits. We used these data to obtain information on cotton growth on June 21, 2014, then analyzed the spatial variation characteristics of cotton growth in the field. We found that the spatial distribution of cotton canopy digital image H value was moderately correlated with space, and the semi-variogram function model was spherical. In addition, we found that there was a logarithmic relationship between the H value and Leaf Area Index(LAI) (R2 = 0.8123), which suggests that the canopy digital image H value is a potentially reliable index to describe cotton growth across a cotton field. These results can provide guidance for improved production methods, and also lay a foundation for collection of field information and rapid detection methods for precision agriculture.  相似文献
