Two-dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock Method Based on Internet and Its Implementing Technique

Two dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock is a NP complicated problem. Each of optimum software gets the cutting results by using proximate and heuristic methods. But different optimum methods and their optimum software may not realize perfect effect according to certain data framework. Furthermore, enterprises can not buy lots of optimum software to choose the most optimized plan. Because of such problems, this paper provides a two dimensional optimum cutting stock method based on Internet and offers the real implementing technique of such method. The experiments, show that this method promotes the general optimum effect of two dimensional optimum cutting stock greatly.     

The Monitoring Measurements and Country Rock Control of NATM in Tunnel of Express Road during Construction

In this paper the author' s study on the monitoring measurement technique of NATM,the regularity and conditions of the country rock deformation are analysed based on the site measurement data in the west section of Zhongliangshan tunnel. The regression analysis of measure data for different measure lines of vavious country rock is done by the use of self-compiled CRAP program. The stability criterion for various rockmass and optimum time for primary and permanent support are provided. The conclusion available could conduct the theoretical research of NATM deeply as well as tunnel design and construction.     

A STUDY ON HEAT AND MOISTURE STATE OF HULL LAYER FOR THERMAL INSTULATION OF A COLD STORAGE

This paper analyses the thermal moist characteristics of the hull layer beside an air layer at lower temperature in an envelope for a cold storage and presents a new method of waterproof by air layer. With test data from engineering practice, the theory on the barrier of self moisture proof at the surface sublayer of the hull layer in an attic on a cold storage is proven. The dried zone about three phase point is confirmed. It is a new knowledge for thermophysics on thermal design of a cold storage with an optimum thermal performance.

介绍了喷漆机器人喷枪轨迹离线优化方法问题的数学模型，建立了评价喷涂效果的目标泛函，确定了具体的算法．并以圆锥面工件为例对整个喷涂过程进行计算机仿真，得出优化仿真结果。     

窄缝式挑坎体型及动水压强特性分

通过窄缝式挑坎的体型布置、动水压强特性等资料的总结和分析研究，对窄缝式挑坎的体型布置和反弧收宿段动水压强的计算方法进行探讨，将反弧收缩段的窄缝式挑坎动水压强分为两部分：一为反弧段曲率边界引起的离心惯性力，二为窄缝挑坎水流横向收缩产生的附加动水压强。通过分析研究和水力模型试验，提出了窄缝式挑坎最大动水压强的估算式。研究成果可供工程设计参考。     

梳穗收获飞溅损失的分析和试验

梳穗收获时梳穗齿和穗头的梳脱位置对梳穗收获机的性能影响较大．本文对梳穗收获的飞溅损失进行了初步分析与探讨．确定降低飞溅损失的最佳梳脱区和有效梳脱区并进行了试验，找出了影响飞溅损失的主要参数。     

花生收获机传动系统的运动机理分析与参数优化

通过对4H-2型花生收获机传动系统的运动机理分析,得到了该收获机传动部件的运动规律以及传动部件中主要参数的关系表达式。以提高作业质量、延长机具寿命、简化结构布局、确保动力传动的高效可靠为目标,建立了传动机构的优化模型。利用Matlab等相关软件,对4H-2型花生收获机的传动机构进行了优化分析,确定了主要杆件的尺寸,提高了4H-2型花生收获机的性能与工作可靠性,降低了造价。

根据泵站排涝运行特点，从降低变压器损耗入手，采用综合经济比较等优化选型方法，从初选的三种系列变压器方案中优选出最佳方案，以取得良好的综合效益。
