AIM:To observe the alteration of urotensin II (UII) receptors and contractile response to UII in rat aorta after balloon angioplasty injury. METHODS: The plasma membrane isolated from balloon injured aorta was used to study the binding of 125-UII to the membrane and the contractile potency of UII on rat aorta was assayed. RESULTS: In contrast to the normal aorta, the contractile potency to UII enhanced in balloon injury artery and the calculated maximal number of specific binding sites (Bmax) was increased about 44% and 36% respectively in rat artery after balloon injury 3 and 21 days (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The density of UII receptors and the contractile response to UII had changed after balloon angioplasty injury. It was proposed that UII might play an important role in the intervention of restenosis after angioplasty.  相似文献

Differentiated interactions between humic substances and isoelectric focusing-carrier ampholytes were demonstrated by comparing specific absorption ratios from the supernatant after precipitation with 2 M HCl and with acid ampholytes (pH 2–4) containing both carboxylic and sulphate groups. An increasingly stronger interaction was observed when comparing soil humic substances to those of synthetic origin or those extracted from young reclaimed soil material. Electrofocusing of the humic substances under study revealed a fingerprint-like quality; the band patterns observed were consistent with the concept of three main fractions.  相似文献

Intensive land use may affect soil properties (e.g., decreased soil organic matter [SOM] content) and, consequently, reduce crop yields considerably. One way of counteracting the loss of SOM and stimulating plant productivity could be the use of organic residues from agro‐industrial processes as bioactive products. The present study was focused on the possible effects of phenol‐containing organic substances derived from agro‐industrial by‐products on maize (Zea mays L.) metabolism in a pot experiment. Plants were grown for 12 d in a nutrient solution in the absence (control) or in the presence of either a cellulosolitic dry apple hydrolyzate (AP) or a dry blueberry cool extract (BB) applied at two rates (0.1 and 1 mL L–1). Both products increased root and leaf biomass and led to higher concentrations of macronutrients in the plant tissue. AP and BB also had a positive impact on nitrogen (N) metabolism stimulating the activity and gene expression of phenylalanine ammonia‐lyase, a key enzyme of the phenylpropanoid pathway. Furthermore, both products increased leaf concentrations of phenols (+ 28% and 49% for AP and BB, respectively) and flavonoids (+ 22% and 25% for AP and BB, respectively). From our results it can be assumed that residues from agro‐industry may be successfully used as bioactive products in agriculture to increase plant yield and resistance to stress conditions.  相似文献

Atrazine is a widely used herbicide for controlling weeds on both agricultural and nonagricultural land,which is equally detected in water supplies beyond safe concentrations.Although the presence of atrazine metabolites is an indication of herbicide degradation,some of them still exhibit toxicity,greater water solubility and weaker interaction with soil components than atrazine.Hence,studies with atrazine in the environment are of interest because of its potential to contaminate drinking water sources.Data on atrazine availability for transport,plant uptake,and microbial degradation and mineralization are therefore required to perform more comprehensive and realistic environmental risk assessments of its environmental fate.This review presents an account of the sorption-desorption phenomenon of atrazine on soil and other sorbents by revisiting the several mechanisms of atrazine-sorbent binding reported in the literature.The retention and transport of atrazine in soils;the influence of organic matter on atrazine sorption;the interactions of atrazine with humic substances,atrazine uptake by plants,atrazine bioccumulation and microbial degradation;atrazine transformation in composting environments;and finally atrazine removal by biosorption are discussed.  相似文献

Soil samples were collected from apple orchards 5,15,20,30,and 45 years old,and one adjacent forest soil was used as reference to investigate the free Cu2+ion activity in soil solution and the soil Cu fractionation in the solid phase following long-term application of copper fungicide,Bordeaux mixture,in apple orchards and to investigate the relationships among soil free Cu2+ions,Cu fractionation and soil microbial parameters.The total Cu concentration in the orchard soils varied from 21.8 to 141 mg kg-1,increasing with the orchard age,and the value for the reference soil was 12.5 mg kg-1.The free Cu2+ion concentrations in the soil solutions extracted by 0.01 mol L-1 KNO3 ranged from 3.13×10-8(reference)to 4.08×10-6 mol L-1(45 years-old orchard).The concentration of Cu complexed in the fulvic fraction increased with orchard age from 5.16 to 52.5 mg kg-1.This was also the case for other soil Cu fractions except the residual one.The residual soil Cu remained practically constant,ranging from 4.28 to 5.66 mg kg-1,suggesting that anthropogenic soil Cu mainly existed in the more labile active fractions.Regression analyses revealed that both the free Cu2+ions in the soil solution and the humic acid-complexed Cu fraction in the solid phase were strongly related with soil microbial parameters.  相似文献

以腐植酸作表面活性剂,洗提修复铜-菲复合污染土壤,研究了腐植酸对Cu2+和菲的单一溶出特性,Cu2+和菲的复合污染对腐植酸洗提污染土壤时的交互作用。结果表明,腐植酸对Cu2+和菲具有较好的洗提吸附性能,当腐植酸加入量为5 mg/g土壤时,复合污染土壤中铜离子饱和溶出量可达516.6 mg/kg以上,菲最大溶出量为569.1 mg/kg。无论有无Cu2+的存在,腐植酸对菲都具有较好的淋溶效果,菲的溶出量基本不受到Cu2+的影响,而菲的加入对Cu2+的溶出具有一定的颉颃作用。  相似文献

Impacts of berberine, a major isoquinoline alkaloid in herbal plants, on beta-naphthoflavone (BNF)-induced CYP1A expression were determined both in primary mouse hepatocytes and in vivo. Berberine concentration-dependently suppressed BNF-induced CYP1A expression in mouse hepatocyte and it significantly down-regulated BNF-induced CYP1A in mouse liver via suppression of mRNA and protein expression, and decreases of EROD and MROD activities. Moreover, berberine showed significant potential on suppression of BNF-induced lipid peroxidation in mouse hepatic microsome. Therefore, using berberine as a health supplement or an alternative medication might provide extra-benefit due to its inhibitory regulation on CYP1A expression and anti-lipid peroxidation activity.  相似文献

Chemical characteristics of humic substances in soils with different mineralogical characteristics and under different utilization paterns in Zhangpu,Fujian Province,together with two pairs of cultivated soils in North China Plain were studied by chemical analysis,visible and IR spectroscopy and ^13C NMR spectrometry.For soils in Zhanpu the HA/FA ratio and both the aromaticity and the degree of humification of HA were higher in soils with montmorillonite as the predominant clay mineral than in those with kaolinite as the predominant clay mineral,provided these soils were under the same utilization pattern.While for each pair of soils with similar mineralogical characteristics the HA/FA ratio was higher and the C/H ratio and the contnet of carboxyl group of HA were lower in paddy soil than in upland soil.Among the upland soils(or paddy soils)studied the Ha/FA ratio of soil in Zhangpu with kaolinite as the predominant clay mineral was the lowest,and that of soil in Zhangpu with montmorillonite as the predominant clay mineral was the highest .the lowest.and that of soil in Zhangpu with montmorillonite as the predominant clay mineral was the highest It was concluded that the presence of montmorillonite favored the fromation and maturation of humic acid.  相似文献
