研究了橘皮中水不溶性膳食纤维提取的工艺条件,并探讨了酶解温度、加酶量、料液比、碱液浓度、酶解时间对提取效果的影响。通过L16(45)正交试验确定了影响膳食纤维提取效果的最主要因素是料液比,并得出橘皮膳食纤维提取的最佳工艺条件:酶解温度60℃、加酶量0.4 g、料液比1∶10(g/mL)、碱液浓度0.25%、酶解时间120 min。

南瓜滤渣提取色素工艺及色素稳定性研究

以南瓜提取多糖后的滤渣为原料,对南瓜色素进行微波辅助提取和稳定性研究。结果表明:提取的最佳工艺条件是乙醇∶乙醚(体积比)3∶2,料液比1∶30,在温度60℃下,提取3 h;南瓜果肉色素是一种性质稳定的优良天然色素,该色素在各pH值条件下基本稳定,而且在碱性和中性条件下较稳定,在中、低浓度H2O2中有一定的抗氧化能力,但在高浓度H2O2中抗氧化能力差,较高温度时才有一定分解,但对光敏感。

Application of improved FAHP in schemes optimization about landslide treatment

Based on the landslide control scheme optimized by considering technical index and other factors,a landslide comprehensive control thought of “treating scheme optimization combined monitoring information feedback” is put forward.The multi level hierarchical comprehensive evaluation index on landslide control scheme is set up on the basis of analyzing many engineering examples,and formula of weight,fuzzy complementary judgment matrix and the consistency check method of judgment matrix of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process are given,the solution of multi objective decision problems based on improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is developed,too.Validity and reliability of this method is proved through the scheme selection for Xiangjiapo landslide control.It provides an effective method for construction decision makers.     

Improved AHP Assessment and Grey Relational Analysis Model for Optimizing Waterworks Sludge Treatment Process

The goal of AHP Grey Relational Analysis model is to solve problems during selecting the best waterworks sludge treatment process.And grey Relational Analysis is to confirm the compactness between the ideal process and candidate process.Moreover, weighting system was determined by the three mark matrix and consistency analysis of judgment matrix for traditional AHP was improved by the optimum transfer matrix.Base on these theories, AHP GRA model was established.A case study was addressed with the selection of waterworks sludge treatment process in Chongqing.It is found that this model is legitimate and credible.
