花皮高产西瓜新品种安业8号的选育

安业8号是山东省邹平县安业农作物研究所选育的中熟、花皮、大果型一代杂交西瓜新品种。全生育期约100d,果实发育期33d;具有果个大、花皮韧、易坐果、品质优、抗性强、适应范围较广等突出特点。

网纹甜瓜新品种金蜜龙的选育

金蜜龙网纹甜瓜是天津科润蔬菜研究所选育的网纹甜瓜新品种。果实发育期50d,单果重1.5kg左右;果皮黄色,果面覆中等均匀网纹,果形指数1.2;果肉橙色,肉质脆嫩多汁,风味清香,中心可溶性固形物含量16%,肉厚3.9cm。商品率高,耐贮性好,适宜春季设施栽培。2006年10月通过国家甜瓜新品种鉴定。     

Aloe ring spot,a new disease of aloe caused by <Emphasis Type="Italic">Haematonectria haematococca</Emphasis> (Berk. &; Broome) Samuels &; Nirenberg (anamorph: <Emphasis Type="Italic">Fusarium</Emphasis> sp.)

A ring spot disease of Aloe vera was found on leaves of potted seedlings of Aloe vera in Hachijojima and Chichijima Islands, Tokyo. From tissue of ring spot lesions, a fungus producing Fusarium-type conidia was consistently isolated. After 1 month, reddish perithecia of nectriaceous fungus had formed on the colonies of this isolate on PDA. These nectriaceous and Fusarium fungi were identified as Haematonectria haematococca and Fusarium sp., respectively. From a single ascospore isolation, the former was confirmed to be the teleomorph of the Fusarium sp. Typical ring spot lesions were reproduced by artificial inoculations using single ascospore and single conidium isolates. Inoculations of five species of genus Aloe revealed that they were highly susceptible except for A. arborescens. This is the first report of a disease on Aloe caused by H. haematococca (anamorph: Fusarium sp.) in Japan, and it was named aloe ring spot.     

Nucleotide sequence homology to bovine viral diarrhea virus 2 (BVDV 2) in the 5′ untranslated region of BVDVs from cattle with mucosal disease or persistent infection in Japan

Cytopathogenic and non-cytopathogenic bovine viral diarrhea viruses (BVDVs) were isolated from cattle with mucosal disease or persistent infection in Japan. These isolates were compared for antigenic properties by cross-neutralization tests with Japanese reference strains of BVDV belonging to classical type 1. Significantly low cross-reactivity to reference strains was noted, indicating the viruses to possibly represent a new serotype in Japan. Thus, to determine the genotype of the isolates, nucleotide sequences of the 5′ untranslated region were determined and compared with those of previously reported BVDV 1 and 2. The isolates were clearly shown to belong to BVDV 2, not to BVDV 1.     

秦川肉牛新品系的培育

产于陕西八百里秦川的秦川牛,千百年来一直是关中农业生产的主要动力和粪肥来源,建国后,通过广大科技工作者的通力合作,协同攻关,运用国际育种先进技术,选出优秀公牛,授配主产区大批秦川母牛,配合其他措施,从而加速了秦川牛的选育,使之很快由役用型转变为肉用型,形成了秦川肉牛新品系。经屠宰测定,其肉用,役用性能不仅大大高于５０年代调查时测定的指标,而且其中一些肉用性能指标与国际著名的肉牛品种相比也毫不逊色,     

棕尾虹雉短角鸟虱新种描述（食毛目：短角鸟虱科,短角鸟虱属）

本文报道了从上海动物园棕尾虹雉（Lophophorusimpejanus）体上所采集的鸟虱,经鉴定后,该虫神为头角亚目（Amblycera）短角鸟虱科（Menoponidae）短角鸟虱属（Menopon）一新种,文内对其所具有的分类特征进行了描述,并绘图。     

“中苜一号”紫花苜蓿耐盐遗传特性初步研究

以“中苜号”紫花苜蓿耐盐新品种为材料,应用ＮＣⅡ杂交试验方案,研究其耐盐遗传参数,旨在为今后苜蓿耐盐育种提供理论依据。结果表明,在直 迫下,苜蓿的干重、株高和分枝数诸性状的加性产应大于显性效应,狭义跗力较大,分别为０．４２５、０．３８７和０．４８４,具有通过选择进一步提高耐盐性的遗传潜力。     

2012年秋季玉米新组合鉴定试验分析

为提供玉米新品种。保证广西玉米生产可持续发展，进行玉米新组合鉴定试验，以筛选出玉米新组合。试验表明：20个参试品种中，18个组合表现为增产，正大619（CK）在20个组合中产量排名第19位，有S127表现为减产；基中KJ 1242、GD1201、KJ1226产量排名前三名，增产幅度在45％以上，说明在水肥条件较好的地区种植丰产性好；S127、6222、212B-30后期叶片保绿性好，耐熟性强；金卡6号抗病性差。     

经济后发地区农村新型医疗保障体系模式研究——以江苏省宿迁市为例

以江苏省宿迁市农村为研究对象,分析了现阶段宿迁市农村医疗保障体系运行中存在的主要问题,研究设计一个符合我国经济欠发达地区农村居民需求的多层次新型医疗保障体系,对农村新型医疗保障体系的结构模式和各种制度政策进一步完善优化,并提出切实可行的政策措施,以期完善经济后发达地区农村医疗保障体系,满足农村居民医疗保障需求。
