Air gap may easily emerge in the progress of backfill in ground heat exchange due to field operation problems. The single U tube three dimensional numerical heat transfer model is set up and there are 3 kinds of backfill air gap assumptions for computational analysis, which are the most common situations in practical projects. Different air gap situations will have considerable effects on soil heat transfer, especially the factor of soil temperature recovery performance, which is investigated in this research, and there is practical project operating data for the comparison confirmation with the theoretical calculation results in inlet and outlet water temperatures. It can be concluded that the backfill air gap will increase the soil average excess temperature in the period of recovery inside the place where the air gap is, and degrade the heat transfer performance of the ground heat exchange.  相似文献

This study measured the amount of uptake of labeled nitrogen (15N) of lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta Dougl. var. latifolia Engelm) seedlings, at three different phenological stages, in a growth chamber experiment. Thirty days after 15N application, the amount of 15N recovered in seedlings as a percentage of the total 15N fertilizer applied was 4% in early spring, 43% in summer and 33% in autumn. The total 15N recovered in the plant–pot system ranged from 80 to 96%, and is higher than reported in other studies. Total 15N recovered from the pot compartment alone ranged from 48 to 95%, suggesting that substantial pools of N remain in the soil. Results suggest that low 15N uptake in the spring was associated with limited development of new root as a result of low spring soil temperatures. The lack of unsuberized roots in spring could be a key factor decreasing the effectiveness of early spring fertilization in the boreal forest.  相似文献

Abstract

This study compares two principally different harvesting systems used for the thinning of Norway spruce [Picea abies (L.) Karst.] plantations in the Alps. The first system was whole-tree harvesting (WTH), producing only whole-tree chips for energy purposes. This system minimizes the production costs by simplifying the harvesting process. The other system was cut-to-length (CTL) mechanical harvesting with an excavator-based harvester. This system maximizes value recovery by producing both short sawlogs and quality fuel chips. Trials were conducted on two similar sites in the Dolomites, in northern Italy, and demonstrated that the CTL system resulted in slightly higher harvesting costs, and also higher revenue. The price differences between the different products determine which system offers the best economic results. If the delivered price of sawlogs does not exceed [euro]25 t?1, WTH and CTL harvesting offer very similar economic performances, and become profitable only if the delivered price of raw chip wood exceeds [euro]40 t?1. If the delivered price of sawlogs increases to [euro]50 t?1, the mechanized CTL system always becomes preferable, and it will turn some profits when the price of raw biomass exceeds [euro]35 t?1. The CTL system is less sensitive to long extraction and transport distances than the WTH system.  相似文献

分析研究具有强制集中换气木材干燥室的余热回收装置,并对其节能效果进行测试分析。对不同干燥阶段测试结果表明,从干燥室排出的通过余热回收装置后温度下降了13~16.3℃,补充到干燥室中的新鲜空气通过余热回收装置温度可以升高9~11.9℃。此余热回收装置的热回收效率为18.6%~28%,平均效率为22%,理论计算常规干燥每1m3、47mm厚的水曲柳的总排湿能量为1.4×106kJ,用该装置可节省热能为2.88×105kJ,相当于节省标准煤9.84kg。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of a dexmedetomidine constant rate infusion (CRI) in horses anaesthetized with isoflurane.Study designProspective, randomized, blinded, clinical study.AnimalsForty adult healthy horses (weight mean 491 ± SD 102 kg) undergoing elective surgery.MethodsAfter sedation [dexmedetomidine, 3.5 μg kg?1 intravenously (IV)] and induction IV (midazolam 0.06 mg kg?1, ketamine 2.2 mg kg?1), anaesthesia was maintained with isoflurane in oxygen/air (FiO2 55–60%). Horses were ventilated and dobutamine was administered when hypoventilation [arterial partial pressure of CO2 > 8.00 kPa (60 mmHg)] and hypotension [arterial pressure 70 mmHg] occurred respectively. During anaesthesia, horses were randomly allocated to receive a CRI of dexmedetomidine (1.75 μg kg?1 hour?1) (D) or saline (S). Monitoring included end-tidal isoflurane concentration, cardiopulmonary parameters, and need for dobutamine and additional ketamine. All horses received 0.875 μg kg?1 dexmedetomidine IV for the recovery period. Age and weight of the horses, duration of anaesthesia, additional ketamine and dobutamine, cardiopulmonary data (anova), recovery scores (Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test), duration of recovery (t-test) and attempts to stand (Mann–Whitney test) were compared between groups. Significance was set at p < 0.05.ResultsHeart rate and arterial partial pressure of oxygen were significantly lower in group D compared to group S. An interaction between treatment and time was present for cardiac index, oxygen delivery index and systemic vascular resistance. End-tidal isoflurane concentration and heart rate significantly increased over time. Packed cell volume, systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure, arterial oxygen content, stroke volume index and systemic vascular resistance significantly decreased over time. Recovery scores were significantly better in group D, with fewer attempts to stand and significantly longer times to sternal position and first attempt to stand.Conclusions and clinical relevance A dexmedetomidine CRI produced limited cardiopulmonary effects, but significantly improved recovery quality.  相似文献

研究了不同植物在石质山地的造林成活率、土壤化学性质随造林年限的变化和造林措施对土壤化学性质和植物胸径、树高年净生长量的影响。结果表明:不同植物在石质山地的成活率在21%~85%之间,其中白榆和沙打旺的成活率分别为81%和85%,而小叶杨、刺槐、栾树的成活率均在70%左右;植被能明显提高石质山地不同土层的有机质、全N、P2O5含量,但提高程度随土层深度、养分种类和造林年限的不同而不同;在同一土层,生物复合肥料、菌剂和保水剂均显著提高土壤有机质含量(p〈0.01)并显著降低土壤P2O5含量(p〈0.01);只有保水剂可引起土壤全K含量的明显升高;生物复合肥料、菌剂和保水剂均显著提高白榆、小叶杨、刺槐、栾树树高和胸径的年净生长量,但保水剂的提高程度最高。  相似文献

Nitrogen (N) dynamic is one of the main controlling factors of responses to climate change in N-limited terrestrial ecosystems, which rely on nutrient recycling and retention. In this study we investigate the N partitioning in ecosystem compartments of a grassland heath, and the impact of multiple climate change factors on long-term N retention after 15N pulse labelling. The impacts of elevated carbon dioxide (eCO2), warming and drought and the treatments in combination on ecosystem N retention were investigated in a field scale manipulation experiment. A 6-year time-course was assessed by pulse-labelling with the stable N isotope 15N and by sampling after 1 day, 1 year and 6 years. After 6 years we observed that the total ecosystem retained 42% of the amended 15N across treatments (recovery of the amended 15N in the pool). The fate of the applied 15N was mainly stabilization in soil, with 36% 15N recovery in soil, while the plant compartment and microbial biomass each retained only 1%–2% of the added 15N. This suggests a moderate retention of N, for all treatments, as compared to similar long-term studies of forest ecosystems. A decreased ammonium and vegetation N pool combined with higher 15N retention in the soil under eCO2 treatments suggests that eCO2 promoted processes that immobilize N in soil, while warming counteracted this when combined with eCO2. Drought treatments contrastingly increased the vegetation N pool. We conclude that as the organic soil layer has the main capacity for N storage in a temperate heathland-grassland, it is important for buffering nutrient availability and maintaining a resilient ecosystem. However, the full treatment combination of drought, warming and eCO2 did not differ in 15N recovery from the control, suggesting unchanged long-term consequences of climate change on retention of pulse added N in this ecosystem.  相似文献

采用水培的方法,以芥菜为材料,研究了施加不同质量浓度外源硒(Se)(1,2,6,8 mg/L)对单一质量浓度镉(Cd)(10 mg/L)胁迫下芥菜种子萌发生理效应的影响。结果表明,单一质量浓度Cd胁迫显著抑制了芥菜种子的发芽(P<0.01),种子萌发过程中幼苗中的可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量显著低于对照(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量则明显高于对照( P<0.01),表明单一Cd对芥菜种子的萌发产生了一定程度的伤害;单一Cd胁迫下加入不同质量浓度外源Se后,能够有效地提高种子的发芽率,使可溶性糖和淀粉含量增加,MDA含量明显降低,表明外源Se可以有效地缓解Cd对芥菜种子萌发造成的伤害;当外源Se质量浓度为2 mg/L时,芥菜的发芽率、可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量为最大值,且与对照相比变化不大(P>0.05),但均显著高于单一Cd胁迫下的相应值(P<0.01),MDA含量最低,且显著低于对照和单一Cd胁迫下的相应值(P<0.01),表明当外源Se的质量浓度为2 mg/L时,对单一质量浓度Cd胁迫下芥菜种子萌发的缓解作用最佳。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验研究硒处理对泰山四叶参矿质元素及氨基酸含量的影响,以期提高泰山四叶参营养品质。结果表明,硒处理降低泰山四叶参根干物质积累,硒处理浓度越高,干物质积累量越低。不同施硒处理后,泰山四叶参Mg含量明显提高,降低Ca、Fe、Mn含量,Zn、Se含量随施硒浓度的增大呈降一升一降的变化趋势且均于1.0mg/kg+t处理时达到最大值。硒处理改善泰山四叶参所含人体必需氨基酸的含量,丙氨酸、异亮氨酸明显增加,以1.0mg/kg+处理含量最高。1.0mg/kg十±处理有利于提高泰山四叶参保健价值。  相似文献
