Serum contents of E-selectin,sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 in patients with acute coronary syndrome

AIM:To explore the serum levels of certain adhesion molecules and its significance in acute coronary syndrome(ACS). METHODS:The subjects included 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Among the 80 patients, 60 patients accepted a follow-up 4 months. At the same time we selected 40 controls from people who attended a routine health check in the university. Serum levels of E-selectin, sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 were measured by ELISA.RESULTS:Serum levels of E-selectin, sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 were significantly higher in the ACS group(AMI or UAP) than in the control group. Four months later, the levels of E-selectin, sICAM-1 became significantly lower in the follow-up group than in the ACS group, while sVCAM-1 showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION:Serum levels of E-selectin, sICAM-1 may have certain diagnostic value for ACS, and can be a useful marker reflecting the stability of the disease.     

Effect of tea-polyphenols on the activation of NF-κB and the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in THP-1 cells incubated with VLDL,LDL or ox-LDL

AIM:To investigate the effect of tea-polyphenols (TP) on the activation of NF-κB and the expression of TGF-β₁ mRNA in THP-1 cells (a human acute monocytic leukemia cell line). METHODS:THP-1 cells were incubated with the different concentrations of TP, VLDL, LDL or ox-LDL. In the THP-1 cellls, the nuclear malposition rate of NF-κB was detected with immunohistochemistry technique, the positive index of the TGF-β₁ mRNA expression was detected by hybridization in situ, and accumulation of total cholesterol (TC) in cells incubated with 0.4-40 μg/L TP was determined with oxidase assay. RESULTS:The nuclear malposition rate of NF-κB, the positive index of the TGF-β₁ mRNA expression and TC in THP-1 cells incubated with 0.4-40 μg/L of TP were lower than those with 0 μg/L of TP in TP-V group, TP-L group and TP-O (P＜0.05). The differences of these markers in THP-1 cells incubated with more than 40 μg/L TP in TP-V group, TP-L group and TP-O were not statistically significant, compared with TP-C group (P＞0.05). CONCLUSION:TP inhibited the activation of NF-κB, the expression of TGF-β₁ mRNA and the foam cell formation in the mono-macrophage.     

水稻白叶枯病菌单细胞系毒力分化研究

 以稀释倒平板法从0型菌086和IV型菌967-4和9620中分离到59个单细胞系;在12个近等基因系品种上,086和其单细胞系表现为弱毒力,2个IV型菌及其单细胞系能克服抗病基因Xa-1、2、3、8、10、11、14的抗性,不能克服Xa-21、4、5、7、13的抗性;带主效抗病基因的品种Asominori、XM5、M41、XM6和丰锦能把3个母株的59个单细胞系区分为12种数量差异或质量差异的不同致病型;将此5品种与近等基因系配合,适合作为病菌致病基因变异频度监测的寄主;采用"段叶沙培,切口取菌胶"法分离病菌,在中国致病型鉴定品种上划分的致病型,是田间病菌群体毒力结构的表型反应。     

苹果的3种优良砧木

介绍了“B9”、“CG80”、“75-7-1”三种苹果矮化钻木，并以生产上应用较多的M26作为对照，研究了其矮化程度、早果性、嫁接亲和力、树体产量等性状。     

番茄新品种新星101的选育

新星 10 1是以高抗青枯病、抗病毒病的 114F64 2 株系为母本 ,优质、耐病的A4 5为父本杂交育成的一代杂种。果实圆形 ,单果质量 12 0g ,肉质紧实 ,耐贮运。经苗期接种鉴定表现抗青枯病和病毒病 ,在高温条件下能正常结果 ,抗逆性好。在多年种植番茄、青枯病和病毒病发生较严重的地区栽培 ,更能发挥它的优良特性     

少刺型黄瓜新品种中农9号的选育

中农 9号黄瓜是用自交系 183和 185配制而成的少刺、短瓜型高产多抗一代杂种。中早熟 ,生长势强 ,耐低温弱光性好。抗黑星病、枯萎病、细菌性角斑病 ,中抗霜霉病等。每 6 6 7m2 产量 75 0 0～ 15 0 0 0kg。适宜日光温室、春棚及秋棚延后栽培 ,以日光温室越冬嫁接栽培效果最好。已在山东莱西、莱阳、青岛、寿光及江苏等地推广 10 0 0hm2 以上。     

茄子新品种蒙茄4号的选育

蒙茄 4号是以 86D0 1 1 1 1为母本 ,79B0 1 2 2 2为父本配制的一代杂种。该品种中早熟 ,始花节位第 7～ 8节。果实近圆形稍扁 ,果皮深紫色 ,光泽度强 ,耐贮运 ,果肉紧密 ,商品性好。平均单果质量 4 0 0～ 4 5 0g,露地每6 6 7m2 产量 4 5 0 0kg左右。适宜露地栽培。     

优质茄子新品种引茄1号的选育

引茄 1号为杂种一代 ,植株生长势旺盛 ,果实细长、紫红色 ,果面光滑 ,果肉细嫩 ,平均单果质量 6 0～70kg ,抗青枯病和绵疫病 ,产量 30 0 0～ 4 0 0 0kg·(6 6 7m2 ) -1,适于我国喜食长茄地区的保护地和露地栽培。     

早熟春大白菜新品种三园春皇的选育

从北京、天津引进的大白菜品种中选育出两个自交不亲和系 90 2和 90 7,继而配制成春大白菜一代杂种三园春皇。该品种早熟 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ;一般 6 6 7m2 产量 40 0 0～ 6 0 0 0kg ,比对照鲁春白 1号增产16 % ;抗病毒病和霜霉病 ,对软腐病的抗性与对照相近 ;叶球橄榄形 ,质地脆嫩 ,品质优良。单球质量 2～ 2 .5kg     

Preparation and characterization of anti-hBLyS monoclonal antibody by DNA immunization

AIM:To establish the monoclonal antibody against human B lymphocyte stimulator (hBLyS) by DNA immunization and analyse its characterization. METHODS:The 858 bp DNA fragment of hBLyS was cloned into pcDNA3 plasmids. The cloned insert was identified by both sequence analysis and double digestion of the recombinant plasmid with restriction enzymesXho Iand EcoR I. After the splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with the recombinant plasmid of pcDNA3/hBLyS were fused with myeloma cells SP2/0,the hybridoma which can produce monoclonal antibodies against hBLyS were obtained. The specificity of anti-BLyS monoclonal antibody from hybridoma was verified by ELISA, Western blot and flow cytometry. RESULTS:The recombinant mammalian cell expression vector of pcDNA3/hBLyS was constructed,the sequence of the insert gene was identified to be the sequence encoding hBLy S antigen. The culture supernatants of hybridoma 9c10 were tested to be the monoclonal antibody with specificity against hBLyS on human peripheral blood CD3⁺T cell activated by hIFN-γ by ELISA,Western blot and flow cytometry.CONCLUSION:The monoclonal antibodies against hBLyS with high activity and specificity have been established successfully, and will be an useful tool in the studies of relationship between hBLyS and human autoimmunity diseases.
