试验建立了鱼饲料中17α-甲基睾丸酮的液相色谱检测方法。该方法以甲醇提取样品中的甲基睾酮,3β-甲基-17β-羟基-5-雄烯-7-酮为内标;梯度洗脱,流动相分别为水-乙腈溶液(80:20,V/V),流速0.5 ml/min;柱温40℃,DAD检测器检测,内标法定量,甲基睾酮的平均保留时间为11.29 min(R.S.D=0.20%),内标为8.68 min(R.S.D=0.19%)。结果表明,在7.5~60.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,拟合度为0.999 8,回收率在94%~100%之间,相对标准偏差为1.97%~3.21%。 相似文献

Silicone tubes filled with estradiol‐17β (E2) or the xenestrogen, bisphenol A (BPA) were covered with a polyethylene tube and implanted into mice subcutaneously. The releasing patterns from the tube in vivo were obtained from the volume of estrogen remaining in the tube by measurement with high performance lipid chromatography. E2 in glycerol was released in a few days from a silicone tube, which was not covered with a polyethylene tube (Type A). However, E2 in sesame oil was released very slowly from the silicone tube covered with a polyethylene tube (Type B) and approximately 10% of E2 remained in the tube at 56 days after implantation into the mice. The mean linear regression equation for E2 was Y = 70.967 ? 1.2271X (R2 = 0.9268) and the quadratic regression equation was Y = 77.97 ? 2.2773X + 0.0194 × 2 (R2 = 0.9864). The remainder rate curves of E2 and BPA were not significantly different throughout the experimental period of 56 days. The Type B tube in the present experiment might be useful for long‐term administration of estrogens. 相似文献

The effect of neem (Azadirachta indica) limonoids azadirachtin, salannin, deacetylgedunin, gedunin, 17-hydroxyazadiradione, and deaceytlnimbin on gut enzyme activity of the rice leaffolder larvae was investigated. When fed a diet of rice leaves treated with limonoids in bioassays, gut tissue enzymes—acid phosphatases (ACP), alkaline phosphatases (ALP), and adenosine triphosphatases (ATPase) activities of rice leaffolder (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) larvae are affected. Azadirachtin was most potent in all experiments. Larvae that were chronically exposed to limonoids showed a reduction in weight (59-89%) and exhibited a significant reduction in ACP, ALP, and ATPase activities. These results indicate neem limonoids affects gut enzyme activities. These effects are most pronounced in early instars. 相似文献

Herbicides are toxic for amphibians, influencing various developmental stages. In particular, paraquat and glyphosate have teratogenic effects on tadpole development, though little information is available on how they affect reproduction in amphibians. In the present work, ovarian tissue and testis of the water frog Rana esculenta were incubated in vitro in presence of different concentrations of the two herbicides. 17β-estradiol and testosterone levels were measured in the incubation medium by radioimmunoassay. The data showed that paraquat inhibited testosterone and 17β-estradiol production, with the lowest-observed-effect concentration (LOEC) of 10−4 M, while paraquat inhibition of steroidogenesis in amphibian gonads was reversed by the presence of epigallocatechin gallate in the culture medium. These result indicates that paraquat acts on gonadal steridogenesis through a mechanism involving reactive oxygen species. Glyphosate showed no effect on gonadal steroidogenesis. These results suggest that paraquat may interfere in amphibian reproductive processes. 相似文献
