凝固型酸牛乳新品种的研究现状

综述了我国凝固型酸牛乳新品种的种类、配方、产品特点及菌种选育等方面的研究现状。研制开发具有特殊风味和营养保健作用的混合原料凝固型酸牛乳新品种是我国酸牛乳研究的重点之一，高品质、营养保健、食用方便是凝固型酸奶的发展趋势，选育具有优良性状，制作温和可口、有益健康的酸奶益生菌是酸奶发酵剂的发展方向。     

园林树木衰退原因及其保健措施

对安徽主要城市园林树木生长衰退与环境条件的关系进行了调查,结果表明:引起园林树木衰退的主要原因有土壤透气性能差,土壤污染,土壤质地不良,根系深埋或根系裸露,机械伤害,病虫危害,树龄过大,空气污染等;提出了园林树木的保健措施。     

Electrophoretic comparison of the genomes of North American bluetongue viruses, one Australian bluetongue virus, and three other related orbiviruses

The genomes of U.S. bluetongue viruses, an Australian bluetongue virus, and three other related orbiviruses were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The genomes were comprised of ten segments of double-stranded (ds) RNA. Estimates of the molecular weights of the dsRNA segments revealed that the U.S. bluetongue serotypes were remarkably similar. Although the dsRNA profiles of the viruses exhibited common segments, each virus had a distinct dsRNA profile. The usefulness of the genome analysis as a diagnostic tool for identification and for epidemiologic studies is discussed.     

茶氟概论

氟是人体必需的微量元素。茶氟具有防龋齿的保健作用,而过多摄入茶氟又会导致氟骨症,甚至引起地氟病流行。为了趋利避害,有必要综合相关研究成果,设专题对茶氟进行全面的研究。     

猕猴桃薏米保健饮品的研制

[目的]以猕猴桃和薏米为主要原料开发研制一种新型保健饮料。[方法]以蔗糖含量、pH、薏米汁:猕猴桃汁的比例为3个因素,按L9(33)设计正交试验,以感官评分法为指标,确定最佳配方,并对饮料的可溶性固形物、还原糖、金属元素含量等指标进行测定。[结果]确定薏米汁与猕猴桃汁最佳配比组合为的比例为1:1、pH为3.5、蔗糖为15%为最佳工艺,该工艺下制得的猕猴桃薏米保健饮料可溶性固形物含量为11.0%,还原糖含量为59.4 mg/ml,所测金属元素含量分别为Mg:0.46 mg/L,Cu:0.33 mg/L,Ca:6.47 mg/L,K:1.58mg/L。[结论]研究制得的猕猴桃薏米饮料营养丰富,生产工艺简便,为猕猴桃、薏米的开发利用拓宽了新的方向。     

《中国动物保健》性质及学科分类

根据期刊性质和学科分类方法,以文献数量为依据对《中国动物保健》进行分类。结果发现,《中国动物保健》2010年刊登的文献以技术性为主,畜牧、动物医学、蚕、蜂和野生动物保护类文献达到当年文献总量的78.52%,其余学科文献均较少,不能划入相应学科,因此应将该刊归类为畜牧、动物医学、蚕、蜂和野生动物保护类专业技术期刊。

乡村空间格局的保护与健康评价研究——以长三角水网地区为例

分析了城镇化、工业化、农业现代化对乡村空间格局所产生的影响,并以长三角水网地区为例,总结水网地区乡村空间格局的典型类型,提出其保护的必要性。尝试通过构建乡村空间格局评价指标体系来诊断长三角水网地区乡村的健康发展程度,以便于指导乡村规划建设。     

奶牛健康监测与评价

牛奶的安全问题与奶牛的健康息息相关,只有健康的奶牛才能生产出健康的牛奶.牛群健康管理需要随时观察、定时检测,做到“未病先防”.因此,建立奶牛健康预警系统尤其重要,通过对单个敏感指标（乳体细胞数、牛乳pH、电导率、直肠温度、产奶量等）的变化和行为学观察及体况评分、运动评分、健康指数可以及时发现亚健康牛,减少疾病造成的损失,确保原料奶的品质安全.     

One or Two Feeders for Groups of 16 Growing–Finishing Pigs: Effects on Health and Production

Over a 3-year period, seven batches of growing-finishing pigs in groups of 16 pigs (total 672 pigs) were fed using one or two singlespace feeders. The pigs with access to two feeders had a significantly lower number of skin lesions (P<0.0001) and higher daily weight gain than did the pigs with access to one feeder (863 vs. 837 g day- 1 , P<0.05). The within-pen variation in daily weight gain was higher in the pens with one feeder than in the pens with two feeders (SD 139 vs. 106g day- 1 , P<0.0001). The pigs with access to two feeders consumed more feed during the period when they were allowed to eat ad libitum , in comparison to the pigs with access to one feeder (2.07 vs. 1.97 kg day- 1 , P<0.05). The feed conversion ratio of the pigs did not differ between the two treatments. No differences in carcass meat percentage, health or number of remarks at slaughter were detected. A comparison was made between using computerized IVOG® feeders, with individual recording of feed intake, and conventional feeders. The feed conversion ratio was poorer for the pigs fed with the IVOG-feeders than for those fed with conventional feeders. The automatic recordings from the IVOG-system showed that there had been a higher daily feed intake during the ad libitum period. During the restricted period the pigs had a lower daily weight gain than with the conventional feeders.
