基于Lasso和支持向量机的组合预测及其应用

针对Lasso方法与支持向量机两者的联系与各自的优势，给出了基于Lasso与支持向量机的串联型、并联型和嵌入型三种组合预测，并将它们运用到我国粮食价格预测中.实证结果表明，与单一预测方法的预测结果相比，基于Lasso方法与支持向量机的串联型组合预测和嵌入型组合预测具有更高的预测精度.     

香蕉MaSIP2-2基因的克隆、序列分析及表达载体构建

为进一步研究植物中水通道蛋白的表达调控以及作用机制,从香蕉中克隆了一个水通道蛋白(AQP)基因MaSIP2-2,同时运用生物学软件对该基因进行序列分析,并且构建了MaSIP2-2的植物表达载体。序列分析表明,该基因存在一个完整的开放阅读框(ORF)780 bp,编码260个氨基酸。多序列比对和进化树分析表明,MaSIP2-2所编码的蛋白与其他植物中SIP编码的蛋白具有较高的一致性。与马来西亚野生香蕉、油棕、甜橙、海枣、梅、可可、菠萝的AQP编码的氨基酸序列的同源性分别为98%、62%、53%、52%、57%、55%、59%。MaSIP2-2编码的蛋白质分子量为28800.62 Da,理论等电点p I为9.13,其亲水性氨基酸均匀分布在整个肽链中,多于疏水性氨基酸。通过PCR和酶切反应鉴定,成功构建该基因的表达载体。研究结果表明MaSIP2-2是水通道蛋白中小的内在蛋白的一个成员,为后续对其进行功能验证奠定基础。     

电压空间矢量脉宽调制的简单算法

在电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制技术原理的基础上,提出了一种简单快速算法,该算法只有普通的四则运算,计算变得非常简单,消除了常规的空间矢量控制算法中由于三角函数和无理数的近似计算而带来的计算误差及影响计算精度和速度的缺点,使结果更加准确。因而更适合应用于基于DSP 的数字化控制。理论分析和大量的MATLAB仿真结果表明,该算法具有谐波含量低、直流电压利用率高的优点。     

钙依赖蛋白激酶基因表达载体的构建及其对拟南芥的遗传转化

将钙依赖蛋白激酶(CDPK)基因插入到植物表达载体pBI121上,构建成特异性表达载体pBI121-CDPK,并采用农杆菌介导法将其转化进入拟南芥Arabidopsis thaliana Columbia生态型品种中,获得了卡那霉素筛选的抗性植株,通过PCR扩增验证,拟南芥基因组中含有此抗性基因.     

Saturation and Parameter Variation Influence Precision of Observer

The authors analyze the influence in vector controlled induction machine caused by parameter variation and main flux saturation affects speed estimation of adaptive state observer. According to simulation of the modified scheme with saturated induction motor model, it is proved that when the vector control scheme operates in field weakening region, the main flux saturation will obviously influence precision of speed observer and bring great error of speed estimation. Thereby, the main flux saturation should be compensated to improve performance of the vector control system.     

Design and Implement of WebGIS Based on SVG

SVG based on XML is a kind of language describing 2D vector graphics.It is usability and applicability to set up WebGIS.The paper puts forward a system structure of WebGIS based on SVG,which has been applied to campus electronic map system of Chongqing University.It has been proved the method is feasibility and practicability.The paper sets forth some key techniques of implement of the system in detail: coding method of organizing SVG spatial data;generation of SVG electronic map;storage of SVG spatial data and implement of client.     

THREE CRITICAL POINTS THEOREM AND ITS APPLICATIONS

In this paper, by use of the pseudo-gradient vector field, the three critical points theorem in [2] is extended to the C1 function in the Ba-nach space, and therefore the three critical, points theorem in [5] is strengthened and the existence of the saddle point of the C2 function is discussed.
